Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has had an impact on the tourism sector, resulting in the closure of tourist attractions, such as the Surabaya Zoo tourist attraction. The impact of Covid-19 then gave birth to an innovation in virtual educational tour packages formed by the Surabaya Zoo team as an alternative for tourists to carry out tourism activities during the Covid-19 pandemic. The method used in the study was a descriptive qualitative approach method, with data collection techniques using primary data sources from interviews and observations, as well as secondary data sources from references, articles, journals, and websites. The Surabaya Zoo virtual educational tour package is one of the educational tour packages formed by the Surabaya Zoo during the Covid-19 pandemic. This package is intended for tourists who want to get to know animal life online, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic. The Surabaya Virtual Zoo educational tour package has 4 route options, of which 4 routes have differences, namely, the route passed, the animals explained, and the discussion spots. Virtual zoo educational tour activities are carried out through the online zoom meeting application with a duration of 90 minutes. Promotion of virtual zoo educational tour packages is done directly such as distributing brochures and contacting agencies, the second way is indirectly such as uploading on every social media. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengidentifikasi strategi pengembangan Pasar Djadoel di Taman Wisata Tawun dengan mempertimbangkan kebutuhan pengunjung dan faktor-faktor penunjang pariwisata. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Data-data diperoleh dengan cara observasi langsung di Pasar Djadoel Taman Wisata Tawun, studi pustaka dan wawancara. Data tersebut kemudian dikelompokkan, diklasifikasikan, dan disusun secara sistematis serta kronologis untuk menjawab perumusan masalah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa diversifikasi produk, pengadaan event, gencar promosi, pengelolaan fasilitas, dan peningkatan infrastruktur pendukung merupakan langkah kunci dalam mengembangkan Pasar Djadoel sebagai destinasi wisata unggulan. Dengan implementasi strategi yang tepat, diharapkan Pasar Djadoel dapat terus berkembang dan memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan terhadap pariwisata dan ekonomi lokal di Kabupaten Ngawi. Upaya ini tidak hanya akan meningkatkan daya tarik Pasar Djadoel, tetapi juga akan memperkaya pengalaman pengunjung dan memperkuat posisi Kabupaten Ngawi sebagai destinasi wisata yang berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi literature tambahan yang bisa diacu atau disitasi dalam penelitian selanjutnya, dapat menambah pengetahuan di bidang pariwisata dan membantu peneliti selanjutnya yang ingin meneliti tentang pengelolaan wisata warisan budaya berbasis pasar tradisional di tengah kehidupan modern dan upaya pelestarian kearifan lokal.

Abstract

Various sectors seem to ignore the existence of persons with disabilities, including the tourism industry. The majority of tourist destinations have not provided accessible facilities for them. Transportation services also do not accommodate the mobility needs of persons with disabilities. This study focused on Ojek Difa in Yogyakarta. Through observation and interviews, qualitative data was obtained to see the recreational needs of persons with disabilities and how the roles of Ojek Difa. The study found that people with disabilities have different ways of defining tourism activities. Ojek Difa offers Difa City Tour to provide services for disabled people who want to take a tour in the city or visit other tourist destinations. The existence of Difa City Tour in the Ojek Difa organization shows the importance of involving service providers from groups of persons with disabilities in the tourism sector, especially in serving disabled tourists.[Berbagai sektor tampak mengabaikan keberadaan difabel, termasuk industri pariwisata. Mayoritas destinasi wisata belum menyediakan fasilitas yang aksesibel bagi difabel. Layanan transportasi juga kurang mengakomodasi kebutuhan mobilitas difabel. Penelitian ini terfokus pada Ojek Difa di Yogyakarta yang memberikan layanan mobilitas bagi para difabel. Melalui observasi dan wawancara, data kualitatif diperoleh untuk melihat kebutuhan wisata para difabel. Penelitian menemukan bahwa para difabel memiliki cara berbeda dalam mendefinisikan kegiatan wisata. Ojek Difa menawarkan Difa City Tour untuk menyediakan layanan bagi para difabel yang ingin melakukan tur dalam kota atau mengunjungi destinasi wisata lainnya. Eksistensi Difa City Tour dalam organisasi Ojek Difa menunjukkan pentingnya melibatkan pegawai atau penyedia layanan dari kelompok difabel di sektor pariwisata terutama dalam melayani para wisatawan difabel.]
