Abstract

The digital world brings a great influence for the actions of economic practitioners. This research will try to describe the startup phenomenon as a form of transformation of the actions of economic practitioners in the global world. The selection of the research objects and subjects is on ITB STIKOM Bali Campus with tenant (startup) informants who are starting a business and are given facilities in the form of incubators by the academics who are competent in their fields. Data collection techniques are carried out using interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that four digital startup tenants are under the shelter of the STIKOM Bali Business Incubator, they are Pasupati.id, Troll, Jemari Channel, and Agrito. ITB Stikom Bali is one of the leading universities in the field of technology by not leaving the roots of Indonesian culture, especially Balinese culture, with the contribution of Pasupati.id startups, digital homes for Balinese artists and the Jemari Channel is a digital commodity space for Bali endek craftsmen. The four startups transformed from conventional sales to digitalization.

Abstract

Currently a variety of strategies are strived by the entrepreneurs to strengthen their identity efforts amid new products popping up by presenting renewability in accordance with the interest that exists in the market. Partners in public service activities this is Kiki Adelya a young entrepreneur trying to do creative food products namely remahan beans and gnetum Brown named "Winsome". Partners often obtain orders for the event, wedding, and anniversary poems for personal consumption. Location of partners located in Banjar new temples, Gianyar. Currently owned by business partners are experiencing barriers in product development. The results of the solution that has been given is on product diversification done socializing by delivering the material results of scientific researchers on product diversification. Knowledge of product diversification which are much sought after on the market such as Yam, plantain, potato, maize and others. After the partners learned of the activities further granting of gifts in the form of additional flavor chocolate such as green tea, strawberry, white chocolate/vanilla as well as base material in addition to using a variant form of addition done Rau peanuts. Supplies product diversification has been given also practiced together with the team and partners so as to produce a new variant. The results of the second form of the creation of a more attractive packaging design to reinforce branding partners and granting standing pouch type ecobag as the site of the new packaging.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to elaborate on the tradition of Ngeneng Ngening ceremonies conducted by the Balinese Age Community of Bayung Gede Village and also look at the religious, social, and ecological impacts and Ngeneng-Ngening. Research using qualitative methods is selected to help solve this problem. The theory used in this research on ngeneng ngening is Talcot Parson's Structural Functionalism with 4 indicators namely Adaptation, Goal, Integration, and Latency. Based on the results on the ground it was found that the application of this ngeneng ngening tradition refers to the rules of PHDI and the Bali Customary Village Assembly. The implementation process in Bayung Gede Village is carried out for 3 days where all levels of society are at home, working at home and moving from home. People are prohibited from wewidangan activities ranging from receiving guests or visiting. Nunas Ica Ngeneng Ngening is carried out at the time of tilem kedasa, which is only allowed to do nunas ica and earth brew activities and prepare banten rayunan and yellow white sodaan for Sanggah Kamulan, banten segehan white yellow in natar merajan and various other networks to ngaturang bakti to bhatara kawitan and Sang Hyang Widhi Wasa.

Abstract

AbstractMukena are tools used when Muslims worship. One of the innovations found on Mukena currently is Balinese Mukena has characteristic different from others. Both partners in this activity are Mr. Achmad Nuha on partner 1 and mother Romjanah partners working in this production businesses 2 mukena bali. The intense effort by both of these partners have walked about ten years, was at Kampong Islam Kepaon Village, sub-district Pemogan, Denpasar Bali Province's South. Conditions that occur in the field they experience obstacles and problems. The problems experienced by both partners were relatively the same IE problem on production, inventory and financial management, as well as the limitations of marketing. Of the problems above, incremental activities will be performed starting from the granting of means of production, delivery and labeling of packaging design, and social media marketing training using instagram. Centrally began with socializing and doing a focus group discussion with both partners to find a solution of the obstacles faced, delivery of the equipment as production tools such as sewing machine, machine, machine, machine neci obras, boxes, neon signboard training of packaging and packaging label design, training and the creation of social media marketing as instagram. The indicator is close to 100% increase in production or at least stable revenues, increased revenue, increased understanding of business identity as a form of market expansion, and understand as well as consistent in the market the product through Online.Keywords: SME Mukena Balinese, Increased Production, Financial Management, Marketing, Competitiveness  Abstrak. Mukena merupakan alat yang digunakan umat muslim ketika beribadah. Salah satu inovasi yang ditemukan tentang Mukena saat ini adalah Mukena Bali yang memiliki ciri khas berbeda dengan lainnya. Kedua mitra dalam kegiatan ini adalah Bapak Achmad Nuha pada mitra 1 dan Ibu Romjanah mitra 2 menekuni bidang usaha produksi mukena bali. Usaha yang ditekuni oleh kedua mitra ini sudah berjalan sekitar sepuluh tahun, berada di wilayah Kampung Islam Kepaon, Desa Pemogan, Kecamatan Denpasar Selatan Provinsi Bali. Kondisi yang terjadi di lapangan mereka mengalami hambatan dan permasalahan. Permasalahan yang dialami kedua mitra ini relatif sama yaitu permasalahan pada produksi, manajemen keuangan dan inventory, serta keterbatasan pemasaran. Dari permasalahan diatas maka akan dilakukan kegiatan bertahap mulai dari pemberian alat produksi, pemberian desain labeling dan kemasan, dan pelatihan pemasaran menggunakan media sosial instagram. Kegiatam dimulai dengan melakukan sosialisasi dan focus group discussion dengan kedua mitra untuk menemukan solusi dari kendala yang dihadapi, pemberian peralatan sebagai alat bantu produksi seperti mesin jahit, mesin neci, mesin obras, papan nama neon box, pelatihan pengemasan dan desain label kemasan, pelatihan dan pembuatan media sosial instagram sebagai bentuk pemasaran. Indikator capaian adalah peningkatan produksi 100% atau minimal pendapatan stabil, peningkatan pendapatan meningkat,peningkatan pemahaman tentang identitas usaha sebagai bentuk perluasan pasar, dan paham serta konsisten dalam memasarkan produk melalui online.Kata Kunci : UKM Mukena Khas Bali,Peningkatan Produksi, Manajemen Keuangan, Pemasaran, Daya Saing

Abstract

Ditengah kondisi pandemi covid19 salah satu mitra yaitu Bp I Wayan Suartika mengalami penurunan drastis disebabkan sumber daya manusia yang mulai berkurang. Hal ini sangat bertolak belakang karena kondisi sosial dan lingkungan yang ada di Desa Paksebali merupakan sentra dari pengrajin endek. Berdasarkan observasi lapangan, permasahan tersebut disebabkan oleh kurangnya jaringan sosial antar pengrajin untuk saling memanfaatkan satu sama lain. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman kepada pengrajin endek Desa Paksebali mengenai pentingnya modal sosial untuk memperluas jaringan sosial hingga mampu meningkatkan ekonomi pengrajin yang berdaya saing baik secara lokal, nasional, maupun internasional. Focus Group Discussion dipilih sebagai metode yang tepat dalam memberikan pemahaman mengenai pentingnya penguatan modal sosial pada Bp. I Wayan Suartika. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat berupa penyuluhan ini diukur dengan kuisioner dengan besaran 80% mitra telah memahami dan akan menerapkan strategi yang telah diberikan oleh tim kegiatan pengbdian masyarakat.

Abstract

Melihat pengaruh dari media digital dan komunikasi global yang terjadi saat ini, penting untuk diadakan penyuluhan tentang inovasi strategi promosi dan media interaksi secara verbal dan visual yang tertuang pada media sosial. Angkringan yang terletak di Denpasar ini pada awalnya melakukan bentuk promosi bersifat konvensional dan mengandalkan pelanggan datang ke angkringan saja. Cukup tergolong khas, karena cita rasa yang disajikan masih seperti orang Jogja. Hingga akhirnya angkringan ini menjadi salah satu tempat peralihan rindu akan kampung halaman dengan tradisi ngopi. Pengabdian ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan memberikan peluang dan kesempatan usaha tradisional Angkringan Jogja untuk terus eksis dan bertahan dengan memanfaatkan media sosial sebagai bentuk media promosi dan interaksi dengan pelaku digital. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah peningkatan pemahaman tentang media sosial serta prospek jangka panjang untuk Angkringan Jogja yang dapat melakukan interaksi yakni berkomunikasi dengan para pelanggan Angkringa Jogja terkait informasi menu jam operasional, kondisi pengunjung angkringan. Pada promosi dapat dilakukan mengunggah menu baru, kondisi pengunjung angkringan yang menjadikan daya tarik para pelaku digital.

Abstract

The use of innovation from a technical standpoint is a step toward starting a business. The task management process, including task recording, assignment, and reporting, has not been integrated at CV. Balinet Intermedia, making it difficult to monitor the performance of the many company divisions. The goal of this research is to develop a task management system design document for CV. Balinet Intermedia using Model-View-Controller (MVC) approach to define the three key components of a system that alter data, show information to users, and operate the system. Data gathering methodologies include observation, interviews, and literature reviews. The system design makes use of Use Case Diagrams, Context Diagrams, and Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD), while the model make use of Class Diagram Models and controller designs make use of Data Flow Diagrams. Additionally, this task management system has tools for managing user information, clients, teams, tasks, notes, login logs, task submission, task verification, and task report printing. The average score obtained from the design suitability evaluation questionnaire with the user was 89 points. The study's conclusions serve as a documentation that is in line with user needs in order to act as a guide for system implementation in the future. Keywords: CV. Abstract

This study aims to describe the meaning of sexy uniforms for female GAS STATION operators. The phenomenon is there, operational standards and grooming at the GAS STATION 54.801.50 Denpasar, incompatible with the generally happens. The existence of rules for wearing sexy lingerie for women operators became one of the requirements for workers. This research uses qualitative research methods with types of case studies. The phenomenology of theories about the construction of self dissects the motives of the purposes and motives because the property of Alfred Schutz was chosen to analyze this research. The results of this study showed a dar motive cause and motive purpose for the operators of the woman who wears sexy uniforms at the time of work. There are three things the motive cause that is educational, economic, and social conditions. While there are purpose motives pda self-identity and comfort in doing the job obtained in addition to fulfilling the rules of the company.

Abstract

Kampung Islam Kepaon (Islamic Village Kepaon) is an example of an Islamic village. This village is located in the Pemogan area. This village is trying to retain its identity in the middle of life’s complexities of Hindu community dominance. The trace record of the village is historical evidence that still exists in the modern era. Thisresearch aims to know how the actualization of existing community in the village using Abraham Maslow's concept and Max Weber’s theory of Social Action. This research is qualitatively based research using single case studies. Observation, deep interviews, and documentation by photograph are the tools for collecting data. The selected interviewees are the chief of the village, elders, and some selected individuals based on gender and their active role. The results of this research show that the actualization of the Islamic community in the village is so powerful. There are several activities to actualize the existence of the village’s communities who live side by side with the Hindu communities such as the tradition of ngejot, the rodent tradition at Prophet Muhammad’s Maulid ceremony, mekibung, reinforcement of the Balinese language as a form of emerging Bali local wisdom, education-based Islamic, Rebana, and Bleganjur.

Abstract

Salah satu pelaku ekonomi yang terdampak akibat fenomena global pandemic Covid-19 adalah pelaku seni. Hal ini berdampak secara fisik maupun psikis bagi kehidupan mereka. Banyak pelaku seni bekerja dan berkreasi di rumah karena adanya larangan kegiatan berskala besar. Bali sebagai daerah terdampak dengan segudang pelaku seni, kini berusaha memulihkan perekonomian di berbagai sisi. Kehadiran perdagangan digital saat ini menjadi pilihan utama meneruskan usaha dan bisnis di tengah pandemic Covid-19. Penelitian ini berangkat dari fenomena hadirnya perdagangan digital yang disebut Non Fungible Tokens pada Crypto Art. Baliola menjadi satu-satunya marketplace di Bali yang menyediakan jasa perdagangan digital bagi para pelaku kreator seni. Banyak pelaku seni Bali mulai berbondong memonetisasi kreasi melalui perdagangan digital ini. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi transformasi ekonomi yang dilakukan oleh pelaku seni Bali melalui marketplace virtual Baliola. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, in depth interview dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pelaku seni yang telah berinovasi dan bertransformasi adalah pelaku seni ukir, seni tari, seni lukis, digital ilustrasi, seniman layanan, seni perfilman, seni pegiat heritage, dan komunitas seni. Wujud transformasi dipetakan berdasarkan pemasaran, jaringan sosial, ide kreatif dan legalitas. Dalam hal ini juga telah menghasilkan preferensi pelaku seni terhadap Baliola Marketplace yaitu dari individu berupa sistem yang mudah dijangkau atau lokasi Baliola berada di wilayah Bali, berfokus pada seni bali, serta penggunaan token berbasis kearifan lokal (uang kepeng) dan sosial berupa religiusitas yang berarti terverfikasi aman dan halal, diawasi dan didukung pemerintah Bali serta validasi rekanan atau teman yang telah menggunakan sebelumnya
