Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model evaluasi CIPP (context, input, process, product) pada program penanggulangan kemiskinan Gerdu Kempling (Gerakan Terpadu Di Bidang Kesehatan, Ekonomi, Pendidikan, Infrastruktur dan Lingkungan) di kelurahan Cepoko Kecamatan Gunungpati. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis teori diffussion inovation dan development as freedom. Klasifikasi pemilihan informan dipilih berdasarkan klasifikasi pengambilan keputusan, pada validitas data menggunakan triangulasi sumber dengan klasifikasi berdasarkan pembagian keputusan dan pelaksana program. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Pemerintah Kota Semarang tidak berjalan sendiri, tetapi bersinergi dengan berbagai stakeholders, tetapi pada kenyataannya model gerdu kempling yang dibuat dirasakan kurang optimal dan belum dapat menjawab permasalahan yang terjadi pada masyarakat miskin kota Semarang. Hal tersebut dikarenakan dalam pelaksanaannya di pihak internal terdapat komunikasi yang kurang, seperti sosialisasi kepada masyarakat mengenai adanya program Gerdu Kempling sehingga mempengaruhi responsivitas masyarakat terhadap program/kegiatan yang dijalankan, selain itu terbatasnya bantuan dana dan sarana baik anggaran dari Pemkot Semarang maupun dari para stakeholders, masalah minimnya pendampingan yang dilakukan oleh fasilitator akhirnya mengakibatkan program pendampingan tidak berkelanjutan. Selain itu kurang adanya sinkronisasi antara bantuan yang diberikan dengan apa yang dibutuhkan oleh warga miskin sasaran program sehingga bantuan terkesan tidak tepat sasaran dan kurang.

Abstract

The development of society today requires an industry to transform to increase customer loyalty. Lack of understanding of the importance of branding is a minimal marketing problem. This community service activity aims to develop a business owned by a beach fabric home industry called Aussenchia. The object of this community service was carried out in Denpasar City, Bali Province within 8 months. This method of implementation applies participatory action research involving Aussenchia in determining the rebranding of the logo. The result obtained is the formation of a logo adapted from the Aussenchia motif in the form of simple strokes that are collected and arranged to form a repetitive pattern and the addition of the shape of the gate as a philosophy of opening fortune.  This logo branding was then applied to the new Aussenchia packaging. The implication of this community service activity is to increase the novelty of marketing strategies used for beach fabric packaging. In addition, business actors in the household industry category can consider considering the importance of branding their business identity.

Abstract

Digital marketing is still not thoroughly known by business people. The lack of equal distribution of literacy education regarding information technology, especially in digital marketing, is still a major problem that must be resolved immediately. In addition, there is a lack of resources willing to provide training for MSMEs. The purpose of this community service activity is to analyze and educate the importance of digital marketing for business actors, namely MSMEs in Denpasar City. This activity uses a qualitative method where the data collection technique begins with observation, then interviews, followed by educational transfer. The result of this community service activity is that there are still many MSMEs that have not implemented digital marketing, so that educational transfer activities are considered quite successful in having an impact on MSMEs. The results of this activity are recommended to the academic community or stakeholders to provide digital marketing training evenly. So that business actors in the future will be ready to be competitive.

Abstract

Konsep phishing education adalah salah satu solusi untuk memberikan pengetahuan kepada pengguna(end user) tentang bahaya phishing yang setiap tahun meningkat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menyediakan tinjauan literatur bibliometrik tentang phishing education. Artikel-artikel yang didapatkan berasal dari database Sciencedirect. Terdapat 15 dari 72 artikel yang ditemukan dari basis data Sciencedirect yang dianalisis dalam penelitian ini, yang rentang tahunnya adalah 2013 hingga 2023. Referensi yang dipilih kemudian dikelola menggunakan software pengelola referensi bernama Zotero. Setelah mengelola database, penelitian ini mengklasifikasikan dan memvisualisasikannya dengan menggunakan software VOSviewer dan Biblioshiny. Secara keseluruhan, tinjauan ini memberikan titik acuan referensi yang sesuai untuk penelitian lebih lanjut tentang “phishing education”.

Abstract

The sustainability of processed food in Indonesia is inseparable from the role of economic actors, one of which is the home industry. Mrs. Farida Azis is part of the business activists from the home industry business group in Denpasar. The purpose of the community service is to find out 3 aspects partner's problems, namely aspects of flavor diversification, production management, and marketing transformation. The method used in this activity are observations, existing partners, survey of production and support equipment, Distribution of production equipment and flavors, packaging and logo design, distribution/provision of new packaging and logos, marketing transformation. The results of this community service activity have produced solutions from the production management aspect in the form of additional equipment, namely a 3-tray aluminum type oven machine, and an idea life multi-speed Premium Quality Idea life mixer (IL221s). While in the aspect of flavor diversification there are additional variants of cheese, almond, Choco ball flavors. Partners are also supported in terms of marketing aspects which have been given a logo and packaging that includes the partner's identity and marketing transformation, namely from the creation of Instagram social media under the name Farida bake. Overall, all aspects that are an obstacle for partners have received solutions that suit the needs of partners. The activity went well and smoothly and there was hope from the partners that this activity would not only stop until the community service program was completed, but could continue to foster other MSMEs that needed assistance.

Abstract

Artistic and cultural degradation has recently emerged amidst the rapid spread of digitised information. This research aims to anticipate the degradation of the understanding of the art of cultural identity by finding historical records, symbols and meanings in the Widya Prakrti Dance owned by the maestro of the island of Bali. It is essential to conduct an in-depth study that has an impact on the millennial generation in the digital era not to leave the tradition of meaning symbols in their cultural identity. The method used in this research is qualitative phenomenology. Data collection techniques in the form of in-depth interviews, documentation and literature studies and studied using George Herbert Mead's theory of symbolic interactionism. The participants are divided into 2 groups, namely key informants of 2 people and companion informants of 13 people who will complete the data presentation. The findings of this study examine the history, meaning and symbols of the Widya Prakrti dance. The sacredness of this dance is a manifestation of love for God and Lord Vishnu as the strength and balance of life.
