Abstract

This study aims to analyze user satisfaction with the Competence Development Center (CDC) application developed by LP3I using the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUSC) method. The EUSC method is applied to evaluate various aspects of user satisfaction, including usability, reliability, feature availability, and the overall user experience with the application. The approach used in this study is quantitative, with data collected through online questionnaires distributed to active users of the CDC LP3I application. Respondents were purposively selected based on specific criteria, such as the frequency of application use and the level of engagement with the available features. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistical techniques to identify the factors influencing user satisfaction. The results of the study indicate that most users are satisfied with the CDC LP3I application, particularly in terms of usability and feature availability. However, some areas require improvement, such as system reliability and support service responsiveness. These findings provide valuable insights for the developers of the CDC LP3I application to enhance quality and user satisfaction. This study also contributes to the literature on evaluating user satisfaction with mobile applications in the fields of education and professional development. Furthermore, the findings can serve as a foundation for further development of the CDC LP3I application and as a reference for other educational institutions planning to implement similar technology.

Abstract

The utilization of information technology at PT. Atri Distribusindo Banda Aceh is still limited, particularly in logistics management, which is conducted manually. This situation complicates administrative processes, leading to delays and a high risk of errors in inventory management. To address these issues, this study develops a computerized logistics information system using the prototyping method, PHP, and MySQL. The prototyping approach allows for iterative feedback during system development, ensuring the system meets operational needs more effectively. The system is designed to enhance data accuracy and improve workflow efficiency in logistics operations. Based on observations and analysis, the logistics information system is expected to provide accurate and timely information, ultimately supporting better decision-making within PT. Atri Distribusindo Banda Aceh.

Abstract

Dalam suatu perkuliahan, seorang dosen adalah manajer yang bertanggung-jawab untuk mengelola segala sumberdaya yang ada untuk tercapainya tujuan pembelajaran. Pada skala yang lebih besar, suatu perguruan tinggi harus mampu mengelola semua sumberdaya yang dimiliki secara efektif dan efesien dalam upaya menghasilkan lulusan yang berkualitas. Bahan-bahan ajar dan metode penyajiannya adalah sumberdaya yang harus dikelola. Sekarang ini bahan ajar sudah banyak yang berformat digital dan multimedia. Dan Para dosen pun sudah lazim menggunakan komputer (notebook) dalam mempresentasikan materi ajarnya. Namun aplikasi untuk membuat presentasi masih belum banyak pilihan. Dibutuhkan software yang berfungasi sebagai media pembelajaran, yang mudah diopersionalkan. Penelitian ini mencoba untuk memberikan solusi dengan merekayasa perangkat lunak yang berfungsi sebagai media pembelajaran, sebagai sarana yang dapat memuat dan menayangkan semua bahan ajar digital dan multimedia.. Perangkat lunak tersebut dapat diaplikasikan secara stand alone (off line) dan juga mampu beroperasi dalam jaringan kampus (online). Metode dan model perancangan software dalam penelitian ini digunakan function  data methods dan waterfall model. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah prototypt software “Asisten_Dosen”, yang akan diuji-kembangkan sebagai media Pembelajaran Berbantuan Komputer (Computer Asissted Learning) di AMIK Indonesia Banda Aceh. Kata kunci: Perancangan, Media Pemebelajaran, Computer Asissted LearningÂ
