Abstract

The aim of the study was to determine the Analysis of the Factors Affecting Repurchase Interest Through Consumer Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable in Bang Jamil Grilled Fish in Situbondo. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling of 96 consumers. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM) The results of the direct effect hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that product diversity has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction, consumer trust has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction, product diversity has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention, trust has a negative effect but not significant on repurchase intention, consumer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention, product diversity has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention through consumer satisfaction, consumer trust has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention through consumer satisfaction

Abstract

The results of multiple linear regression indicate that the product diversity (X1), service quality (X2), and price (X3) variables have a positive influence on the Consumer Satisfaction variable (Y) it is shown in the results of multiple linear regression analysis Y= 4.026E-16 + 0.264X1 + 0.157X2 + 0.520X3 + e. shows the value for the product diversity variable is t_count 3.333 > t_table 1.985, meaning that the product diversity variable has a partial effect on consumer satisfaction. The value for the service quality variable is t_count 2.168 > t _table 1.985, meaning that the price variable has a partial effect on consumer satisfaction. The value for the price variable is t_count 6.709 > t_table 1.985, meaning that the price variable has a partial effect on consumer satisfaction at Kedai Neng Irma in Situbondo. The F test shows the value of Fcount 38.748 > Ftable 2.70, so it can be concluded that the research hypothesis (H2) which states that the variables of product diversity, service quality and price have a simultaneous effect on consumer satisfaction. Based on the dominant test, the value of the price variable is greater than the other variables of 6.709. The coefficient of determination or R square shows a value of 0.550 from these results, meaning that all independent variables (product diversity, service quality and price) have a contribution of 55,0% to the dependent variable (customer satisfaction) with a level of influence "strong enough", and the rest of 45,0% influenced by other variables not included in the study.

Abstract

This study aims (1) to determine the partial effect of compensation, job promotion and work discipline on ASN performance (2) to determine the simultaneous effect of compensation, job promotion and work discipline on ASN performance (3) to determine compensation, promotion and discipline work that has a dominant influence on the performance of ASN. The method used is multiple linear regression analysis, t test, f test, dominant test and coefficient of determination. The result of this research is multiple linear regression equation Y = -8,300E-17 + 0.404X1 + 0.270X2 + 0.257X3 + e. The results of the t-test of the compensation variable are tcount 3,580 > ttable 2,004. The variable of job promotion is tcount 2,335 > ttable 2,004. The variable of work discipline is tcount 2.189 > ttable 2.004. Then the variables of compensation, promotion and work discipline partially affect the performance of ASN. The results of the F test show the value of Fcount 10.236 > Ftable 2.78, so compensation, promotion and work discipline simultaneously affect the performance of ASN. The dominant test results for compensation variables are 3.580, job promotions are 2.335 and work discipline are 2.189, then the value of the compensation variable is greater than the variable of job promotion and work discipline, which is 3.580 thus, the compensation variable that has a dominant influence on ASN performance.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the partial, simultaneous, and dominant influence of product quality, price, and location variables on consumers' buying interest. The data analysis method used in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis, t test to determine the influence partially, F test to determine the influence simultaneously, dominant test and coefficient of determination. Statistical tests of variable regression results (X1), (X2) and (X3) have a positive influence on the variable Purchase decision (Y), it is shown in the results of multiple linear regression analysis, namely Y = 0.000 + 0.179 + 0.114 + 0.622 + e. The t test (X1) counts 2.247 > ttable 1.984, meaning that the variable (X1) has a partial effect on (Y). For variables (X2) thitung 1.381 < ttabel 1.984 means that variables (X2) do not have a partial effect on (Y). For variables (X3) the calculation is 7.792 > ttable 1.984 means that the variable (X3) has a partial effect on (Y). Simultaneous statistical tests or F tests showed a calculated F of 70.226 > of fable 2.98 so that it can be concluded that the variables (X1), (X2) and (X3) have a simultaneous effect on (Y) can be accepted Based on the independent variable dominant test, the value of the influence of variables (X3) is 7.792 greater than that of variables (X1) and variables (X2). Based on the coefficient of determination, it shows a value of 0.687 from the results, it means that all free variables have a contribution of 68.7% to bound variables that have a very high influence, and the remaining 31.3% is influenced by other factors that are not included in the study.

Abstract

This study aims (1) to determine the partial effect of work environment, work stress, education and training on the performance of state civil servants (ASN) (2) to determine the simultaneous effect of work environment, work stress, education and training on the performance of state civil servants (ASN) (3) to determine the work environment, work stress, education and training which have a dominant influence on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN). The method used is multiple linear regression analysis, t test, f test, dominant test and the coefficient of determination. The result of this research is multiple linear regression equation Y = 4.164E-17 + 0.378 X1 - 0.374 X2 + 0.348 X3 + e. T-test for the work environment variable (X1) tcount 2.803 > ttable 2.030, work stress variable (X2) tcount -2,973 < ttable -2,030 and education and training variables (X3) tcount 2,547 > ttable 2,030. Then these variables have a partial influence with a positive significant level on the variable Performance of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) (Y). Simultaneous statistical test or F test shows Fcount > Ftable, 10,842 > 2,87 so it can be concluded that the work environment, work stress, education and training have a simultaneous effect on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN). Based on the dominant test, the value of the work stress variable (X2) is -2,973, which is greater than the work environment (X1) and education and training (X3) variables.
