Abstract

Puskesmas or (Public Health Center) is one of the government agencies engaged in public health. The function of the Puskesmas or (Public Health Center) is as a health center for health development in the region. This study aimed to analyze and test the impact of workload, work stress and work environment on job satisfaction through motivation as an intervening variable in health centers. Work Environment on Job Satisfaction through Motivation as an Intervening Variable in UPT. Kendit Situbondo Health Center (On Non-State Civil Apparatus). The population in this study is all Non-State Civil apparatuses at UPT. Kendit Health Center Situbondo has a population of 50 employees with sampling using a saturated sampling technique, meaning it is taken as a whole. The analysis in this study used the help of the Smart PLS 3.0 application. The results of hypothesis testing in direct influence using the Smart PLS 3.0 application show that workload has a significant positive effect on work motivation, work stress has a significant positive effect on work motivation, work environment has a significant positive effect on work motivation, workload has a negative insignificant effect on job satisfaction, work stress has a negative insignificant effect on job satisfaction, work environment has a positive insignificant effect on job satisfaction, work motivation has a positive insignificant effect on job satisfaction through work motivation, work stress has a positive insignificant effect on job satisfaction through work motivation, and work environment has a positive insignificant effect on job satisfaction through work motivation.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui posisi strategis UMKM kerajinan kerang dan kayu di Kec Panarukan Kabupaten Situbondo serta strategi pemberdayaan agar mampu bersaing di Masyarakat Ekonomi ASEAN 2017. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan yaitu dengan menggunakan Diagram analisis SWOT, External Faktor Analysis Summary (EFAS) dan Internal Faktor Analysis Summary (IFAS). Luaran penelitian yang dicapai berdasarkan hasil analisis pada diagram SWOT, dari nilai total masing-masing faktor tersebut dapat dijelaskan bahwa strategi yang paling tepat dilakukan untuk bersaing dalam Masyarakat Ekonomi ASEAN (MEA) dengan cara mendukung strategi “Diversifikas”. Hasil analisis strateginya adalah 1)Diversifikasi produk dilakukan dengan mengembangkan model kerajinan kerang dan kayu yang lebih variatif dan unik, 2)Harga dan kualitas produk yang ditawarkan harus tetap bersaing dan konsisten serta terus dilakukan pengembangan, 3)Mitra penjualan diperluas serta membuka toko online dan offline (toko) di beberapa daerah tujuan pemasaran dan 4)Sumberdaya Manusia (SDM) terus diberikan pelatihan-pelatihan guna meningkatkan pengalaman dan kreatifitasnya.

Abstract

The angkringan business is also a good plan in terms of attracting consumers and in the current era it is certainly a big opportunity for angkringan entrepreneurs to make it easier to survive and develop an angkringan business. Consumer satisfaction must always be considered for entrepreneurs engaged in the culinary field. Observing consumer satisfaction, consumers feel satisfied in terms of service because it is in accordance with the wishes expected. If the consumer is satisfied, the consumer will definitely come back to make a purchase. Consumer expectations in feeling satisfied or dissatisfied will create high consumer loyalty. The purpose of this study is to determine the quality of service and location of consumer loyalty with consumer satisfaction as an intervening variable at Angkringan Giras in Situbondo. the population in this study is the entire population in this study are all consumers who make purchases at Angkringan Giras Situbondo. After observing and interviewing consumers of Angkringan Giras in Situbondo. Random sampling method (simple probability sampling) without regard to strata in the population in this study. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural-partial Least square equation model (PLS-SEM). The results of the hypothesis test have a direct effect using the smart PLS 3.0 application, indicating that service quality has a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction. Location has a significant negative effect on consumer satisfaction. Service quality has a significant positive effect on consumer loyalty. Location has a significant positive effect on consumer loyalty. Consumer satisfaction has a significant positive effect on consumer loyalty. Service quality has a significant positive effect on consumer loyalty through customer satisfaction. Location has a significant negative effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The aim of the study is to analyze Education and Work Discipline on the Performance of Village Officials with Job Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable (Case Study at the Kilensari Village Office, WringinAnom Village, SumberKolak Village. Panarukan District, Situbondo Regency). The sampling technique used in this research was a saturated sample with a sample size of 40 village officials. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this research used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct effect hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that education has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, work discipline has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, education has a positive but not significant effect on performance, education has a positive but not significant effect on performance, satisfaction work has a significant positive effect on performance, education has a significant positive effect on performance through job satisfaction, work discipline has a significant positive effect on performance through job satisfaction.

Abstract

The aim of the study is to determine the effect of sales promotion and service quality on repurchase intention mediated by consumer satisfaction at the AsembagusSitubondo Yamaha Surya Inti Putra Dealer. The sampling technique used in this study was simple random sampling with the Slovin formula with a tolerable error rate of 10% for 96 consumers. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM) The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that Sales promotion has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction, service quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction, sales promotion has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention, service quality has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention, consumer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention, sales promotion has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention through consumer satisfaction, service quality has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention through consumer satisfaction

Abstract

The aim of the study was to determine the effect of service quality and brand image on purchase intention and customer satisfaction as an intervening variable at Honda Jaya Terang 2 Situbondo dealers. The sampling technique used in this study was simple random sampling of 98 consumers. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square. The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that service quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction, brand image has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction, service quality has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention, brand image has a negative but not significant effect on purchase intention, consumer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention, service quality has a positive but not significant effect on purchase intention through consumer satisfaction, brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention through consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

The automotive industry plays an important role in the Indonesian economy because this industry has a very complete chain, starting from component manufacturing, vehicle production and assembly, network distribution and sales and services to the public, and all of it is capable of absorbing a very large workforce. The aim of this research is to determine the significance of the influence of liquidity, leverage and financial performance on company value through share prices. This research uses descriptive and quantitative research. The population in this study were 11 automotive and component sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2022 period. The sampling technique in this research used the Purposive Sampling technique. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this research used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that Liquidity has a positive but not significant effect on stock prices, Leverage has a significant negative effect on stock Prices, Financial performance has a significantly positive effect on stock Prices, Liquidity has a negative but not significant effect on company value, Leverage has a negative but not significant effect on company value, financial performance has a negative but not significant effect on company value, share prices have a significant negative effect on company value. The results of the indirect influence hypothesis test show that the variable Liquidity on company value through share prices has a negative but not significant effect, Leverage on company value through share prices has a significant negative effect, Financial performance on company value through share prices has a positive but not significant effect.

Abstract

Organizations that provide capital or financial goods to conduct financial activities are known as financing institutions. The operational activities of this financing institution can be in the form of providing capital products or funds by not taking money directly from the general public in the form of savings, current accounts, deposits and promissory notes. This study aims to determine the effect of Asset Structure, Sales Growth and Profitability on Share Price with Capital Structure as an Intervening Variable in Financing Companies Listed on the IDX 2019 - 2022. This research method uses quantitative methods Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The result of direct influence hypothesis test using Smart PLS 3.0 application, shows that Asset structure has negative and significant effect on Capital structure, Sales growth has negative and significant effect on Capital structure, Profitability has negative but insignificant effect on Capital structure, Asset structure has negative but insignificant effect on Stock price, Sales growth has negative and significant effect on Stock price, Profitability has negative but insignificant effect on Stock price, Capital structure has positive but insignificant effect on Stock price. The result of indirect effect hypothesis test shows that asset structure has negative but insignificant effect on stock price through capital structure, sales growth has negative but insignificant effect on stock price through capital structure, and profitability has negative but insignificant effect on stock price through capital structure.

Abstract

The results of direct influence hypothesis testing using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, work environment has a significant positive effect on job performance (H1 accepted), work competence has a positive but insignificant effect on job performance (H2 rejected), work environment has a positive but insignificant effect on job satisfaction (H3 rejected), work competence has a positive but insignificant effect on job satisfaction (H4 rejected), work achievement has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction (H5 accepted), work environment has a positive but insignificant effect on job satisfaction through work achievement (H6 rejected) and work competence has a positive but insignificant effect on job satisfaction through work achievement (H7 rejected).

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of Capital Structure, Liquidity, and Leverage on Firm Value with Profit Growth as an Intervening Variable in Retail Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2019-2022. The population in this study consists of all retail companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), totaling 32 companies. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling, resulting in 9 samples. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study utilize the Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) method. The hypothesis testing results of direct and indirect effects using Smart PLS 3.0 indicate that The Capital Structure does not significantly influence Profit Growth. Liquidity does not significantly influence Profit Growth. Leverage does not significantly influence Profit Growth. Capital Structure has a positive and significant influence on Firm Value. Liquidity does not significantly influence Firm Value. Leverage does not significantly influence Firm Value. The results of indirect effect hypothesis testing show that Capital Structure does not significantly influence Firm Value through Profit Growth. Liquidity does not significantly influence Firm Value through Profit Growth. Leverage does not significantly influence Firm Value through Profit Growth.
