Abstract

The tax amnesty policy stream carried out by the Government is not optimal, this is based on the reference to Article 2 paragraph 2 contained in Law Number 11 of 2016, where the indicators are unstable domestic liquidity, not improving the rupiah exchange rate, not the extreme decline in interest rates, did not increase investment and a significant tax base. The purpose of this study is to look at the policy stream in the tax amnesty law number 11 of 2016. The method used is a qualitative research method by analyzing phenomena. The results of this study are that the tax amnesty policy stream carried out by the Government is not optimal, this is based on the reference to Article 2 paragraph 2 contained in Law Number 11 of 2016, where the indicator is unstable domestic liquidity, not the improvement in the rupiah exchange rate, no extreme decline in interest rates, no significant increase in investment and tax base.

Abstract

This research examines the effectiveness of population management information system policies in issuing Resident Identity Cards (KTP) in Moteng Village, Brang Rea District, West Sumbawa Regency. Utilizing qualitative methods, including interviews and observations, the study evaluates policy execution and service quality during KTP issuance. Despite encountered challenges, policy implementation has notably improved KTP issuance efficiency and effectiveness at the village level. However, some residents still lack KTPs due to insufficient understanding of required documentation and procedures. Nevertheless, village authorities are actively striving for optimal service provision to maximize KTP ownership. Clear information dissemination has led to increased community engagement in the KTP application process, reflecting a solid grasp of procedural requirements. Consistency in policy implementation underscores village authorities' commitment to providing satisfactory services. The Moteng Village Office benefits from a supportive staff, predominantly with secondary education qualifications, perceived by the community as proficient in delivering exemplary service. Despite challenges, including limited community understanding and participation, the provision of specialized facilities positively contributes to KTP issuance services. Overall, the study emphasizes the importance of clear communication, consistent policy implementation, and resource allocation in enhancing population administration services and streamlining KTP issuance processes in Moteng Village.

Abstract

Sovereignty is fully in the hands of the people and implemented according to the Constitution the mechanism for implementing people's sovereignty is through general elections elected by the people in the context of implementing the democratic system in Indonesia, but the mechanism for the Interim Replacement of members of the People's Representative Council/Regional People's Representative Council as stipulated in Article Law Law Number 17 of 2014 concerning the MPR, DPR, DPD, Provincial DPRD and Regency/Municipal DPRD provides an opportunity to abort elected DPR members. The purpose of this study is to determine the side effect of the interim replacement of members of the DPR by political parties in a democratic system. The research method used is a qualitative research method by analyzing phenomena. The results of research on the side effect of inter-time replacement in the democratic system for members of the DPR which are carried out by political parties tend to be based on the interests of political parties, not based on the interests of the people, so this has a side effect of weakening the democratic system where people's votes from general election results are not a priority, this because the inter-time replacement process for members of the DPR is carried out in full and becomes the authority of political parties. Therefore strengthening the inter-time replacement mechanism is necessary so that the political rights of the community can be properly protected.

Abstract

The study in this study wanted to know about the leadership role of the Quadruple Helix in Covid-19 non-natural Disaster Management in Mataram City, West Nusa Tenggara Province. Quadruple Helix leadership is a form of leader capacity who is an actor who has successfully collaborated in disaster response. The Quadruple Helix leadership model in the Unitary State of Regional Autonomy can be implemented with the Government acting as a regulator and implementing socialization, then Academics are tasked with making research and issuing their latest innovation products, while Business or Private plays a role as fund support, and the Community participates in supporting policies. The form of active collaboration between the Government, the private sector, universities and the community is the basis of the Covid-19 non-natural disaster management system as an effort to handle and mitigate. The method used in this study is qualitative research with interview data collection techniques to related stakeholders. The results in this study were the management of non-natural Covid-19 disasters in Mataram City using the Quadruple Helix model running well. The cooperation of the four (Government, Academics, Business/Private and Community) was able to suppress the spread of Covid-19 in Mataram City. Collaboration from all existing Helix is ​​needed to continue to encourage the birth of innovations in the field of knowledge, formulation of ideal and targeted policies, support for assistance and donations in the form of logistics and medical devices, and mutual understanding from the community that is able to have a positive impact in suppressing the spread of Covid -19 in Mataram City.

Abstract

This service aims to provide assistance in reading and writing the Koran to TPA Prima participants in Kampung Baru, PCIM Malaysia. The mentoring method is carried out through structured and interactive learning sessions. The research was conducted involving participatory observation and evaluation of participant learning outcomes. The results of the service showed a significant increase in the ability to read and write the Koran among TPA Prima participants. Directed learning sessions supported by individual mentoring have helped participants to improve their pronunciation and understand the meaning of the Al-Quran text better. Apart from that, participants also experienced an increase in their ability to write Arabic letters and Al-Quran words correctly. This service makes a positive contribution in improving Al-Quran reading and writing skills among TPA Prima participants. The practical implication is the need for continued mentoring programs that are sustainable and supported by adequate resources to strengthen TPA Prima participants' understanding and skills of the Al-Quran in the future.

Abstract

Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) is one of the important measurements in measuring the economic welfare of a region or area. GRDP describes the total value of goods and services produced in a region in a certain period, usually in a year. GRDP includes all types of economic activities that occur in the region, including activities in the agricultural, fisheries, industrial, trade, services and other sectors. The purpose of this study was to determine the impression of Gross Regional Domestic Product on poverty levels in Central Lombok District. The results of this study indicate that: Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) plays a significant role in reducing poverty rates in Central Lombok District. The distribution of Gross Regional Domestic Product must be evenly distributed throughout all levels of society, including the poor in Central Lombok Regency. Development should be directed at expanding the benefits of the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) to all residents in Central Lombok Regency. Efforts are needed to increase the growth of the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) in all business sectors by utilizing the existing potential.Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) adalah salah satu ukuran penting dalam mengukur kesejahteraan ekonomi suatu wilayah atau daerah. PDRB menggambarkan nilai total produksi barang dan jasa dalam suatu wilayah dalam periode tertentu, biasanya dalam setahun. PDRB mencakup semua jenis kegiatan ekonomi yang terjadi di wilayah tersebut, termasuk kegiatan sektor pertanian, perikanan, industri, perdagangan, jasa, dan sektor lainnya. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui impresi Produk Domestik Regional Bruto terhadap tingkat kemiskinan di Kabupaten Lombok Tengah. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) memainkan peran yang signifikan dalam menurunkan tingkat kemiskinan di Kabupaten Lombok Tengah. Distribusi Produk Domestik Regional Bruto harus merata di seluruh lapisan masyarakat termasuk golongan miskin di Kabupaten Lombok Tengah. Pembangunan harus diarahkan untuk memperluas manfaat dari Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) ke seluruh penduduk di Kabupaten Lombok Tengah. Diperlukan upaya untuk meningkatkan pertumbuhan Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) di semua sektor lapangan usaha dengan memanfaatkan potensi yang ada.

Abstract

Kajian dalam penelitian ini ingin mengetahui terkait dengan skema pengentasan kemiskinan ditinjau dari perspektif collaborative governance di Kota Mataram. Konsep collaborative governance muncul di era paradigma governance. Di era paradigma governance, masyarakat semakin berkembang sehingga pemerintah menghadapi masalah yang lebih kompleks. Pemerintah memiliki keterbatasan untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut seorang diri sehingga perlu berkolaborasi dengan aktor-aktor eksternal. Collaborative governance bukanlah suatu tahapan yang linear, melainkan sebuah siklus. Metode yang digunakan dalam studi ini yaitu penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik pengambilan data wawancara kepada stakeholder terkait. Hasil dalam penelitian ini Skema pengentasan kemiskinan ditinjau dari perspektif Collaborative Governance di Kota Mataram berjalan dengan baik. Kerjasama kolektif antara Pemerintah dan Swasta mampu menekan angka pengentasan kemiskinan di Kota Mataram. Kolaborasi dibutuhkan untuk terus mendorong lahirnya inovasi-inovasi dibidang pengetahuan, formulasi kebijakan yang ideal dan tepat sasaran, support bantuan dan sumbangan berbentuk logistik, serta mutual understanding dari masyarakat yang mampu memberikan dampak positif dalam menekan pengentasan kemiskinan di Kota Mataram.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji upaya pengurangan risiko bencana yang telah dilakukan oleh pemerintah, serta mengkaji tingkat kesiapsiagaan masyarakat berdasarkan tiga variabel yang dapat menjelaskan dimensi/indikator dan parameter aktivitas kesiapsiagaan, yakni pengetahuan, sikap, dan tindakan (partisipasi dan kesiapan) sebagai respons masyarakat terhadap ancaman bencana. dimensi kunci kegiatan kesiapsiagaan antara lain (1) pengetahuan bahaya; (2) manajemen, arah, dan koordinasi operasi darurat; (3) perjanjian respons formal dan informal; (4) akuisisi sumber daya yang bertujuan untuk memastikan bahwa fungsi darurat dapat dilakukan dengan lancar; (5) perlindungan keselamatan hidup; (6) perlindungan hak milik; (7) koping darurat dan pemulihan fungsi utama; dan (8) rencana kegiatan pemulihan. Pengetahuan yang dimiliki mempengaruhi sikap dan kepedulian masyarakat untuk siapsiaga dalam mengantisipasi bencana, terutama bagi mereka yang bertempat tinggal didaerah yang rentan bencana. Indikator pengetahuan dan sikap individu/ rumah tangga merupakan pengetahuan dasar yang semestinya dimiliki oleh individu yang meliputi pengetahuan tentang bencana, penyebab dan gejala-gejala, maupun apa yang harus dilakukan bila terjadi bencana. Pendamping menghubungi Koordinator Muhammadiyah Covid 19 Command Center untuk mendiskusikan topik yang hendak diabdikan yaitu Pendampingan Masyarakat dalam Memutus Mata Rantai Penyebaran virus Corona melalui Muhammadiyah Covid 19 Comand Center ( MCCC ) Nusa Tenggara Barat di wilayah kota Mataram. Dengan metode pendampingan kepada masyarakat Kota Mataram.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat partisipasi politik inklusif dengan fokus pada peningkatan pemahaman dan keterlibatan Generasi Z dalam proses pemilihan umum (Pemilu) tahun 2024 di Desa Bagik Polak. Metodologi yang digunakan melibatkan pendekatan partisipatif, berupa serangkaian kegiatan penyuluhan, lokakarya, dan pelatihan yang ditujukan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan kesadaran politik generasi muda, selain itu dilakukan pendekatan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi untuk memfasilitasi akses informasi terkini seputar proses pemilu. Hasil pengabdian ini dapat meningkatkan partisipasi politik inklusif dan keterlibatan Generasi Z dalam pemilihan umum, serta memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap pemahaman demokrasi di tingkat lokal. Melalui pendekatan ini, diharapkan masyarakat Desa Bagik Polak dapat menjadi aktor yang lebih terlibat dan terinformasi dalam penyelenggaraan Pemilu 2024.

Abstract

This study examines the socio-economic conditions in Jereweh and Maluk Districts, industrial regions associated with PT. Amman Mineral Nusa Tenggara, focusing on the economic disparities among various community groups. The research aims to analyze these gaps and propose context-specific policies and poverty alleviation programs. Grounded in Agile Governance theory, which emphasizes Responsiveness, Adaptability, Collectivity, and Innovativeness, the study employs a qualitative methodology. Informants include the Regional Government, PT. Amman Mineral Nusa Tenggara, local communities, and NGOs, selected through purposive sampling. Data collection methods encompass observation, interviews, and documentation, while data analysis involves reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing, supported by NVivo 12 Plus software. The findings reveal significant economic disparities within the communities of Jereweh and Maluk Districts, particularly among economically disadvantaged groups who have not fully benefited from the industrial activities. This has exacerbated economic inequality in the region. To address these issues, the study introduces a novel approach that integrates Agile Governance with a zoning system. It offers actionable policy recommendations, such as enhancing access to information, providing skills training, facilitating access to capital for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), and strengthening community participation in decision-making processes. Additionally, the study proposes innovative solutions like the sharing economy and crowdfunding to foster inclusive economic growth. The insights and recommendations from this research provide practical guidance for stakeholders and can serve as a model for addressing similar challenges in other industrial areas. By combining theoretical frameworks with actionable strategies, this study contributes to the broader discourse on reducing economic inequality and promoting sustainable development in resource-rich but economically divided regions.
