Abstract

Abstract

This study systematically reviews socio-economic intervention models within poverty alleviation strategies, emphasizing the integration of micro-level household approaches, contextual sensitivity, and social justice dimensions. Employing a qualitative methodology through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR), the research analyzes peer-reviewed articles published in reputable journals and indexed in Scopus and Dimensions over the past six years. Only studies explicitly addressing socio-economic intervention strategies were included based on strict eligibility criteria. The findings highlight that the effectiveness of interventions is significantly influenced by household-level configurations, spatial diversity, and the adaptive capacity of cross-sectoral integration. Uniform national interventions often fail to address locally embedded vulnerabilities. Furthermore, successful poverty alleviation requires the synergy of financial support, psychosocial protection, and community participation—particularly for vulnerable groups such as children. The results affirm the need to reformulate intervention models toward more contextualized, participatory, and justice-oriented frameworks. This review contributes to filling a critical gap in the literature by integrating technical, spatial, and normative dimensions into the design of effective and sustainable socio-economic interventions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between the checks and balances mechanism, the effectiveness of parliamentary oversight, and the stability of presidential governance through a qualitative approach based on library research and an integrative review method. This approach enables researchers to synthesize various scientific findings from reputable databases, such as Google Scholar, Scispace, DOAJ, and Scopus, to produce a comprehensive conceptual understanding. The results of the study indicate that the checks and balances mechanism operates through two main dimensions: the normative-constitutional one, which defines the boundaries of authority between institutions, and the practical-political one, which influences the effectiveness of oversight implementation. The institutional integrity, deliberative capacity, and public interest orientation of legislators determine the effectiveness of legislative oversight. These findings confirm that the stability of presidential governance is significantly influenced by the synergy between clear institutional design, healthy executive-legislative relations, and the parliament's ability to carry out its oversight function independently. This study recommends a further research agenda regarding the impact of political coalition configurations, multiparty presidentialism, and the digitalization of legislation on optimizing checks and balances in a modern presidential system.

Abstract

This research aims to formulate policy recommendations for the Provincial DPRD and Local Government in realizing systematic, adaptive, and inclusive ideological political education within political parties. Using a qualitative approach with the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method, this research analyzes scientific findings from reputable national and international journals published within the last six years (2020-2025), obtained through the Dimensions and Scopus databases. Selection criteria included thematic relevance, publication quality, full-text access, and use of Indonesian or English. The study results indicate that ideological polarization has become a significant structural challenge to strengthening political education within political parties, hindering the regeneration process and weakening commitment to democratic values. The findings also highlight the lack of a structured political education curriculum and the low digital literacy of young cadres. Therefore, synergy between DPRDs, local governments, and political parties is necessary to establish a democratic and sustainable political education ecosystem. This research recommends the need for evidence-based policies to design a cross-disciplinary ideological curriculum, as well as strengthening digital media literacy capacity in political education cadres at the regional level.
