Abstract

This scientific article aims to evaluate a workshop held at SMP Negeri Satu Atap Cibarusah Bekasi to enhance the digital literacy of teachers. The workshop focused on creating written works in the form of Aksi Nyata Documents on the Merdeka Mengajar Platform (PMM), introducing and utilizing the Canva graphic design application and Gemini Artificial Intelligence to support the writing process. Participants were also trained on the structure of writing Aksi Nyata that meet PMM’s Writing Guidelines to ensure validation, as well as how to provide effective feedback for various types of Aksi Nyata. The workshop consisted of three main sessions: (1) Introduction to the Merdeka Mengajar Platform (PMM), (2) Tips for passing PMM Action Plan validation, and (3) Hands-on practice in creating written works aligned with the theme "Literacy Enhancing Student Competence." Evaluation results show that teachers gained increased understanding and skills in composing scientific articles that meet PMM standards and can use technology to improve the quality of their writing. This workshop significantly contributes to strengthening teachers' digital literacy and writing competence, which is expected to be applied in educational development at schools.

Abstract

This training program is designed to enhance the competency of elementary school teachers in developing practical actions on the Merdeka Mengajar Platform (PMM) by utilizing Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology. Through the use of Turnitin for plagiarism checks and Gamma for document preparation, the program aims to ensure that the work produced is original and well-structured. The training involves teachers in intensive sessions that include the introduction and use of Turnitin to detect plagiarism, as well as Gamma to assist in preparing practical action documents that meet Kemendikbud's validation standards. The results of the training show a significant improvement in teachers' ability to produce creative, innovative, and compliant practical actions according to the assessment criteria. Teachers participating in this program can produce more professional and plagiarism-free documents, thanks to the constructive feedback from AI. Furthermore, the resulting practical action documents have a clear and attractive structure, facilitating the validation process. This program also encourages the formation of a learning community among teachers, where they share best practices and support continuous improvement. Thus, this training program not only enhances teachers' digital competence but also contributes to the overall improvement of education quality. The use of AI in education becomes an important step in preparing teachers to face challenges in the digital era.

Abstract

Marga Mulya Subdistrict, despite its considerable potential, faces challenges in achieving sustainable development, one of which is the lack of digital literacy. In particular, the limited understanding of digital security poses a significant challenge, especially in RW 02, where many residents own digital devices but remain vulnerable to risks such as the misuse of personal data and online fraud. Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) conducted by UBHARAJAYA as part of the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) initiative aims to enhance the digital literacy skills of the local community. This program offers education on the wise, safe, and productive use of digital technology, along with training in the use of applications and social media platforms such as WhatsApp, TikTok, Instagram, and Shopee. Furthermore, the program instills awareness of digital security risks and methods to protect personal information. It is expected that through this initiative, the residents of RW 02 will be able to optimize their use of digital technology and build a smart and resilient digital community.

Abstract

This paper describes about entrepreneurial activities that carried out by woman in Perumahan Jatisari, Bekasi. The concept of economic activity that is integrated with advances in information technology is one of the solutions that can support employment issues and simultaneously support the growth and prosperity of a nation's economy. Entrepreneurship online can be accepted as an alternative way to develop entrepreneurs in Indonesia. The form of buying and selling via the internet is known as e-commerce, and Indonesia has considerable opportunities in the online market. This era provides a large scope for organizing activities in new, innovative, transparent, and accurate so that information processing will be faster and easier. As a developing country, Indonesia continues to improve its network infrastructure by following various developments in information technology which will lead to an era in which the use of the internet has begun to become a daily necessity for all activities. Towards a digital economy marked by the growing development of business or trade transactions that utilize online media.

Abstract

In 2022, Indonesia is still overshadowed by the covid-19 pandemic. Moreover, this covid-19 has a new variant called covid-19 Omicron. Covid-19 Omicron in Indonesia continues to increase. The Ministry of Health predicts that the addition of Covid-19 Omicron cases in Indonesia is expected to continue until it reaches its peak in February 2022. For this reason, some parts of the education world in Indonesia are still carrying out online learning. Because of concerns about this omicron wave, the Three Pillars of Higher Education, were carried out online with the object of research being the youth of mosques in North Bekasi. The purpose of this socialization is to provide information and descriptions of positive and negative things or the impacts resulting from the development of digital literacy and teach them about the art of good language when they have to appear in public. The method used is to provide webinars/socialization on digital literacy and good language arts among mosque youths.

Abstract

Every household produces used cooking oil because the use of cooking oil is one of the primary needs of society.Waste cooking oil if not managed properly will make the environment dirty and can contaminate water and soil.To overcome this problem, innovation is needed in the management of used cooking oil by involving thecommunity so that the waste can be utilized to become recyclable products that can be reused in everyday life andeven become products of economic value that are environmentally friendly. One of the potential wastes of cookingoil is the high content of fatty acids that can be used to make soap. Soap products can be obtained from thehydrolysis reaction of fatty acids with bases (alkali). Therefore, this Community Service (PkM) activity wascarried out to increase the added value of used cooking oil by processing it into bar soap. This PkM activityincludes four stages, namely observation, information transformation, digital literacy and activity evaluation. Thetarget of this service program is housewives (IRT) in Srimukti Village, Bekasi Regency. From the results of asurvey conducted after the training activities, the participants were very satisfied with the ease of obtaininginformation about the implementation of the training, the training material in the form of processing used cookingoil waste and improving digital-branding skills which were considered very necessary for residents and the waythe instructor delivered material that was easy to understand.

Abstract

Information technology which continues to develop in various sectors of life requires the parties involved to be able to adapt to technology. Efforts to adapt technology are also continuing to be developed by the management of Al-Mabrur Orphanage Bekasi. A digital transformation carried out by the Al-Mabrur Orphanage in order to improve the management of student activities using an information system. Orphanages, as places for children who need protection and care, require an organized and efficient approach in monitoring and improving the quality of these children's daily lives. This training aims to provide understanding to orphanage managers and students regarding the use of information systems, to make it easier to record student participation in every activity held by the Al-Mabrur Orphanage. With an integrated information system, orphanages can create an environment that is more adaptive to technology and responsive to various activities in the orphanage. The output of this community service activity is that students can view and access activity data easily, and orphanage managers can have digital data recapitulation to monitor and evaluate student activities.
