The population in this study were lecturers from Private universities in the LLDIKTI III area. The sample in this study were 376 respondents. The analysis tool used is SmartPLS 3 with Structural Equation Modeling technique based on Partial Least Square. The results of this study state that Employee Welfare affects Employee Innovative Performance. Then Toxic Leadership and Employee Welfare affect Workplace Incivility, and Toxic leadership, Workplace Incivility and Employee Welfare affect Job Insecurity at private university. Leaders who have a Toxic Leadership, work incivility will not have a good impact on Employee Innovative Performance, while also reducing the innovative performance of employees. Abstract

This study aims to provide comprehensive insights into loan disbursement procedures, risk evaluation, and the role of Microfinance Institutions (MFIs) in promoting financial inclusion. A qualitative research method was employed, using observation, interviews, and documentation for data collection. The research was conducted at Artha Kertaraharja Microfinance Institution located in Cikupa, Tangerang Regency, with a focus on evaluating risk management in loan disbursement activities. Data were obtained through structured and semi-structured interviews and document analysis. The findings indicate that Artha Kertaraharja MFI primarily provides microloans and multi-purpose business loans to strengthen working capital, improve living standards, and support regional economic development. The loan disbursement process includes assessing borrower profiles, determining loan amounts, and analyzing owned assets. Risk evaluation plays a crucial role in this process. The MFI applies the Rate Payment Capacity (RPC) method to assess credit risk by calculating borrowers’ net income after household and business expenses to measure repayment ability. Additionally, Artha Kertaraharja MFI implements persuasive, non-coercive collection approaches, offers preventive solutions, and provides credit insurance for borrowers experiencing serious repayment difficulties

Abstract

This study examines the influence of soft skills, hard skills, and internship experience on the work readiness of Generation Z, while exploring the role of psychological well-being. The research is motivated by the rising unemployment rate among university graduates, reflecting a mismatch between academic competencies and labor market demands. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from Generation Z students and analyzed with Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The study’s novelty lies in its integrated model that simultaneously investigates the effects of soft skills, hard skills, internship experience, and psychological well-being on work readiness. The results show that soft skills positively and significantly influence work readiness. Hard skills and internship experience significantly improve psychological well-being, whereas soft skills have no significant effect on psychological well-being. In addition, psychological well-being neither significantly affects work readiness nor mediates the relationships between soft skills, hard skills, internship experience, and work readiness. These findings suggest that Generation Z work readiness is primarily determined by competency-related factors rather than psychological mechanisms. Therefore, higher education institutions should prioritize soft-skill development and relevant internship programs to better equip students for labor market demands, while future research should explore other psychological and contextual factors influencing work readiness

Abstract

This study examines the co-integration relationships among stock indices in the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN), with attention to potential changes in market dynamics following the implementation of the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) in 2015. Rather than formally testing for structural breaks, this research employs a two-period comparative framework to assess differences in long-run equilibrium and short-run dynamics before and after the AEC. Using weekly composite stock price indices from six ASEAN countries (Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam), the analysis is divided into two periods: pre-AEC (2011–2016) and post-AEC (2017–2024). The study applies a Vector Error Correction Model (VECM), threshold cointegration tests, and Granger causality analysis to capture both symmetric and asymmetric adjustments as well as directional relationships. The results indicate that co-integration persists among five markets, excluding Vietnam, with asymmetric short-run adjustments and symmetric long-run convergence. Furthermore, the post-AEC period shows a stronger and more extensive pattern of bidirectional causal linkages, suggesting an increase in financial integration across the region. Overall, the findings suggest that the period following the AEC is associated with stronger regional financial interconnectedness, rather than providing definitive evidence of a structural break. This study underscores the relevance of regional policy initiatives in shaping capital market dynamics and offers insights into how economic integration may be reflected in financial market relationships.

Abstract

This community service activity aimed to strengthen the sustainability and operational performance of MySari Pala, a nutmeg-processing micro, small, and medium enterprise (MSME), through the implementation of the Circular Business Model Canvas (CBMC). The activity addressed challenges related to cost management, raw material quality, resource utilization, labor productivity, distribution, and market expansion. A participatory approach was implemented through Focus Group Discussions, training, mentoring, observation, interviews, and business model analysis using the Business Model Canvas and CBMC frameworks. The findings indicate measurable improvements in participants’ managerial understanding, strategic planning capabilities, and awareness of cost efficiency, resource utilization, and circular business practices. Participants were able to identify major cost drivers, evaluate resource utilization opportunities, and formulate practical strategies for improving production efficiency, supplier management, digital marketing, distribution, and value-added product development. The novelty of this activity lies in applying CBMC as a practical empowerment framework that integrates cost optimization, circular resource utilization, and sustainable business development within an MSME context. The activity demonstrates that CBMC can support knowledge enhancement and provide an actionable roadmap for improving operational resilience, competitiveness, and long-term MSME sustainability.
