Abstract

The city of Kediri has great potential in tourism development. Sumber Jiput has succeeded in winning the 2024 Indonesian Tourism Village Award (ADWI). Perched in the top 300 tourism villages out of a total of 6,601 villages throughout Indonesia. Sumber Jiput in Kediri City is not only an attractive tourist destination, but also a model in developing sustainable tourist areas. Sumber Jiput combines natural beauty and local wisdom while still paying attention to ecological sustainability, making it an increasingly popular tourist destination. Apart from that, which is no less important, one of the main reason is because the city of Kediri is known as a city that uphoulds the values of tolerance. This is proven by the success of maintaining its position in the top 10 most tolerant cities for three consecutive years. This tolerance is a strong foundation for creating an atmosphere conducive to tourism development. This is a very appropriate step to answer current market needs. People can get closer to sports activities and the tourism ecosystem, while enjoying the culinary specialties of the city of Kediri which are increasingly developing. Throught the Fordeswita event, it is hoped introduce the tourism potential of Kediri City. Especially Sumber Jiput to the wider community while improving community welfare throught tourism based economic development.

Abstract

This study analyzes the differences between the concentration levels of the rote low-impact aerobics dance group and the video low-impact aerobics dance group. The subjects in this study were 36 adolescents aged 18-20 years who voluntarily participated. Subjects were divided ordinal pairing into two groups, namely 18 people in the rote low-impact aerobics dance group and 18 people in the video low-impact aerobics dance group. The duration of the exercise is 30 minutes sessions with an intensity of 50-70% HRmax, and the frequency of exercise is 3 times/week for 6 weeks. Concentration levels were evaluated pretest and posttest the intervention using the Grid Concentration Test. The data analysis used the Independent Sample Test with a significant level (p ≤ 0.05). The results showed that there was an increase in the average concentration between the pretest and posttest in the rote low-impact aerobics dance group (scores 6.89 ± 2.45 and 9.56 ± 2.64, p = 0.000), and the video low-impact aerobics dance group (scores 7.39 ± 2.38 and 9.11 ± 2.45, p = 0.000). Based on the pretest and posttest data it was concluded that there was an increase in the level of concentration in both groups, but there was no difference between the rote low-impact aerobics dance and video low-impact aerobics dance on concentration.

Abstract

Data dari bagian pendidikan UN PGRI Kediri, diketahui bahwa hampir 75% mahasiswa Penjaskesrek beragama Islam, dan 15% diantaranya adalah mahasiswa putri (muslimah berjilbab). Sementara itu 10% mahasiswa putri merupakan aktivis kerohanian Islam di UN PGRI Kediri yang tidak mungkin membuka kerudung/jilbab untuk mengikuti perkuliahan renang. Beberapa mahasiswa putri pernah menemui pengajar renang untuk menyampaikan aspirasinya agar diberi kesempatan untuk menggunakan jilbab saat berenang atau diberi kesempatan untuk belajar dengan dosen pengajar sejenis. Jumlah keseluruhan mahasiswa Penjaskesrek UN PGRI KEDIRI pada tahun ajaran 2016/2017 adalah 178 mahasiswa / orang. Sehinggga total mahasiswa setiap tahun yang mengikuti matakuliah renang sejumlah 80 mahasiswa / orang, hal ini dikarenakan matakuliah renang yang menjadi matakuliah wajib bagi mahasiswa Penjaskesrek. Metode kegiatan dengan dua pendekatan. Pertama, pendekatan teoritis dan kedua, pendekatan praktik. Masing-masing pendekatan di akhiri dengan evaluasi program pembelajaran renang berbasis nilai moral religius. Materi yang disampaikan meliputi: penyampaian materi ceramah dan praktik tentang keterampilan dasar renang, peraturan renang, dasar- dasar keselamatan di air, dan model pembelajaran renang berbasis nilai moral religius. Indikator keberhasilan ditandai dengan tingginya motivasi peserta dalam mengikuti kegiatan ini serta dimilikinya pengetahuan dan keterampilan baru tentang model pembelajaran renang berbasis nilai moral religius. Faktor pendukung kegiatan PPM ini meliputi : Ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana berupa kolam renang berstandart nasional dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan PPM ini, Pelatihan ini juga berjalan optimal ditandai dengan besarnya animo peserta yang mengikuti melebihi jumlah peserta yang ditentukan. Adanya iklim pembelajaran yang kondusif sehingga memungkinkan pembelajaran renang dilaksanakan dengan berbagai model pembelajaran. Adapun faktor penghambat antara lain: Pembelajaran renang di perguruan tinggi masih menitikberatkan pada penguasaan kompetensi motorik saja sedangkan kompetensi kognisi dan afeksi terabaikan. Belum optimalnya kerjasama antara fakultas dengan instansi terkait (kolam renang) untuk mendukung kelancaran program pembelajaran renang berbasis nilai moral religious
