Abstract

Etika adalah penilaian sifat kebenaran atau kebaikan dari tindakan sosial berdasarkan kepada tradisi yang dimiliki individu atau kelompok. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis bagaimana penerapan etika bisnis islam terhadap kemajuan industri rumah tangga Industri erat kaitannya dengan daya saing, seiring berkembangnya zaman para pemilik usaha tidak boleh cepat merasa puas dengan hasil yang telah didapatkan karena persaingan bisnis semakin lama sangat ketat. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian lapangan yang bersifat kualitatif dengan menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder, selain itu metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara langsung, dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian juga menyimpulkan bahwa etika bisnis islam, industri rumah tangga memberikan pengaruh positif dalam meningkatkan daya saing di pasaran.

Abstract

Tugas akhir ini membahas tentang “Peran Good Corporate Governance (GCG) Terhadap Peningkatan Kinerja Keuangan (Sebuah Studi Literatur dan Focus Group Discussion (FGD))”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran Good Corporate Governance terhadap peningkatan Kinerja Keuangan melalui sebuah Studi Literatur dan Focus Group Discussion (FGD). Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Jenis penelitian berdasarkan Studi Literatur dan Focus Group Discussion (FGD). Teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, verifikasi data, serta penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil yang di peroleh dari Studi Literatur dan pelaksanaan Focus Group Discussion (FGD) yang dilaksankan dengan para ahli dapat disimpulkan  bahwa Good Corporate Governance (GCG) sangat berpengaruh dan memiliki peran penting terhadap Kinerja Keuangan perusahaan. Karena, penerapan Good Corporate Governance secara konsisten terbukti dapat meningkatkan kualitas laporan perusahaan dan pergerakan kualitas laporan keuangan tergantung dari seberapa besar usaha perusahaan tersebut dalam melakukan perbaikan terhadap Good Corporate Governance (GCG).

Abstract

Spiritual leadership in this era is very much needed for educational institutions, especially Islamic tertiary institutions, it cannot be denied that spiritual leadership is the key to organizational change and improvement, from these educational institutions it is inseparable from the presence of lecturers as a leader to guide students to become someone who better, but there are still many lecturers who act inappropriately as leaders or leaders, therefore this research examines spiritual leadership to change the awareness of lecturers and staff employees and provide inspiration and motivation for them to achieve maximum performance voluntarily beyond the target and formal standards without being forced by leaders. The author contributes to further researching and understanding the performance of lecturers and staff at educational institutions at Kh Abdul Wahab Hasbullah University by using a qualitative methodology to obtain information by decrypting, analyzing, and further surveying an Islamic educational institution to improve the performance of an institution. The type of qualitative approach used is a qualitative approach to the phenomenological method, the subject lies mostly with lecturers and staff employees because respondents play an important role in improving the performance of an educational institution. After conducting research, researchers can conclude that the results of spiritual leadership in accordance with theories such as vision, Expectational confidence, promotion, salary, work group, there are only two theories that are not appropriate, namely the theory of altruism and supervisors. Keywords: spiritual leadership, job satisfaction, Islamic tertiary institutions Spiritual leaderhip pada era ini sangat diperlukan teruntuk di lembaga pendidikan khususnya perguruan tinggi islam, tidak dapat di pungkiri bahwa spiritual leadership menjadi kunci dalam sebuah perubahan dan perbaikan organisasi, dari lembaga pendidikan tersebut tidak lepas dengan adanya dosen sebagai seorang leader untuk membimbing mahasiswa menjadi seseorang yang lebih baik, akan tetapi masih banyak dosen yang bertindak tidak sesuai selayaknya sorang leader atau pemimpin, oleh karena itu penelitian ini mengkaji tentang kepemimpinan spiritual untuk mengubah kesadaran dosen dan staf karyawan serta mememberikan inspirasi dan motivasi mereka supaya mencapai kinerja yang maksimal secara sukarela diluar target dan standar formal tanpa dipaksa para pemimpin. Penulis berkontribusi untuk meneliti dan memahami lebih jauh kinerja dosen dan karyawan di lembaga pendidikan Universitas Kh Abdul Wahab Hasbullah dengan menggunakan metodologi kualitatif untuk memperoleh informasi dengan cara mendekripsi, menganalisis, dan mensurvei lebih lanjut suatu lembaga pendidikan Islam untuk meningkatkan kinerja suatu lembaga. Jenis pendekatan kualitatif yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif metode fenomenologi, subjek sebagian besar terletak pada dosen dan staf karyawan karena responden memegang peranan penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja suatu lembaga pendidikan. Setelah melakukan penelitian peneliti dapat meyimpulkan bahwa hasil penelitian spiritual leadership sesuai dengan teori seperti visi, Expectational confidance, promotion, salary, work group, hanya ada dua teori yang tidak sesuai yaitu teori altruisme dan supervisor. Kata kunci : spiritual leadership, job satisfaction, perguruan tinggi islam

Abstract

Learning media has many roles in the world of education, including as a tool to help students understand something and as a learning resource to train or hone students' abilities. By understanding the material, students can improve their thinking abilities. Especially in mathematics subjects, students are required to really understand counting. The use of media in mathematics learning is very important. For example, learning through learning media in the form of smart books. Smart books are books that can support student learning activities because they are practical to use, making it easy for students to carry them. Based on the results of the analysis, class VI students at Miagan Elementary School have never used learning media in the form of smart books. The benefits of developing the Opdar mathematics smart book are to improve students' quick calculation skills. The approach method for implementing community service activities in the PKM scheme uses the 4D research and development method. According to (Dwianto et al., 2017) the 4D method is a development method or model developed by Thiagarajan. The 4D method includes definition, design, development and dissemination. The results of the book review activity from media development showed the enthusiasm of the students to learn how to quickly calculate in basic mathematical operations and they were also able to answer the post test that had been given so that the students' knowledge and skills increased.

Abstract

The community service program in Badas Village, Sumobito District, aimed to enhance information transparency and the effectiveness of public services through the implementation of an official village website. The method used was Participatory Action Research (PAR) with stages including observation, design, development, training, socialization, and handover. The results showed that the village website was successfully developed and utilized as a medium for information dissemination, local potential promotion, and digital-based administrative services. Village officials were able to upload and manage content independently after receiving training, while the community benefited from easier access to information without visiting the village office. In addition, a website management manual was provided as a sustainability instrument. The impacts included improved transparency, promotion of local economic potential, and enhanced human resource capacity among village officials. Thus, this program contributed to the realization of modern, accountable, and competitive village governance.
