Abstract

Management of liability assets must be managed properly and correctly by using the right method, so that banks can obtain greater profits in a lawful way, without strangling customers. Therefore, this study was conducted to determine the alma of Islamic banks in Indonesia before and after the merger. This research was conducted on three large banks that have merged into one, namely Bank Syariah Indonesia with qualitative methods, data collection through library research, namely library research. In the management of Liquidity and Capital Management in conventional banks, the value is greater than the management of Liquidity in Islamic banks. Meanwhile, in asset liability management, price management, Islamic banks have a higher level of price management than conventional banks. Post-merger in Indonesian Islamic banks is a very significant determining factor. , because if there is accumulation of optimal input is expected to provide maximum output as well so that efficiency occurs. On February 1, at the beginning of its operations, BSI was able to become a magnet for business players and investors in the stock market as indicated by a significant increase in share value. As of December 2020, BSI's assets have reached Rp239.56 trillion.

Abstract

In the current era of developing marketing management science, marketing strategy still dominates in influencing fluctuations in sales and profit values. The lower the costs of production, distribution and consumption, the greater the profit or profit. This research aims to determine the effectiveness of marketing mix strategies in increasing sales value and profits at Dhyhijab Store Jombang. Dhyhijab Store is a business that operates in the women's fashion sector. There are various methods in developing marketing strategies, one of which is the marketing mix strategy. This method is easier to develop and apply because it is right on target in its mix to increase sales income. This research uses the 7P method. The results of the research show that implementing a marketing mix strategy which includes: product, price, promotion, place, people, physical environment and process can improve sales value at Dhyhijab Store Jombang. Positive and negative impacts experienced by Dhyhijab Store in implementing marketing mix strategies. Obstacles faced by Dhyhijab in implementing marketing mix strategies and efforts to overcome these obstacles.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi suatu etika bisnis islam dalam pelayanan biro travel umroh dan haji yang berada di Kabupaten Jombang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui biro travel ini sudah menerapkan etika berbisnis islam dalam pelayanan biro travel umroh dan haji, memaparkan nilai-nilai etika bisnis islam dalam pelayanan pada travel umroh dan haji, menjelaskan minat jamaah terhadap travel umroh dan haji, faktor pendukng dan faktor penghambat dalam pelayanan biro travel umroh dan haji. Analisis penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keadaan, kondisi yang hasilnya disajikan dalam bentuk laporan penelitian. Metode yang diterapkan adalah prinsip- prinsip etika bisnis islam yang berupa Shiddiq, Amanah, Tabligh, Fathanah. Penelitian ini didapatkan kesimpulan bahwa biro travel umroh dan haji yang berada di Kabupaten Jombang sudah menerapkan etika bisnis islam dan memenuhi syariat islam. Nilai-nilai yang sudah diterapkan ini sesuai dengan Rasulullah terapkan, yakni bersifat jujur, keadilan, bertanggungjawab, tidak menjelekkan bisnis orang lain. Minat jamaah untuk daftar di biro travel yang berada di Kabupaten Jombang ini cukup tinggi karena beberapa faktor internal dan faktor eksternal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan manajemen pengelolaan keuangan pada Madrasah Tsanawiyah At-Taufiq Sambongdukuh Jombang. Manajemen keuangan madrasah merupakan salah satu substansi manajemen Lembaga Pendidikan yang akan turut menentukan kelancaran kegiatan madrasah. Kegiatan manajemen keuangan madrasah seyogyanya dilakukan melalui proses Budgeting (perencanaan), Accounting (pelaksanaan), Auditing (evaluasi dan pertanggung jawaban). Beberapa kegiatan manajemen keuangan berupa kegiatan memperoleh dan menetapkan sumber-sumber pendanaan, pemanfaatan dana, pelaporan, pemeriksaan dan pertanggung jawaban. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan keualitatif dan menggunakan metode analisis isi (Content Analisys). Dengan menggunakan metode analisis isi peneliti melakukan penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat mendalam terhadap isi suatu informasi tertulis secara objektif dan sistematik mengenai isi yang terkandung dalam media komunikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan manajemen keuangan pada Mts At-Taufiq Sambongdukuh Jombang sudah berjalan dengan sangat baik dan sistematis. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan proses penerapan manajemen keuangan yang dilaksanakan sesuai dengan teori-teori yang berkaitan dengan proses pelaksanaan keuangan

Abstract

Paud Al-Amaanah is an early childhood education institution, located in Sambong Dukuh Jombang. The KB activities carried out can hone children's intelligence, instill character according to the child's age, and behave morally towards fellow friends and parents. This institution requires promotion to increase the number of new students. Therefore, this study aims to promote the strategies implemented so that the number of students increases. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach by conducting field research. The results of this study are the elements of the 4 promotional strategies used, namely: advertising, personal selling, sales promotion, public relations can increase the number of students. The positive and negative impacts experienced when implementing the 4 element strategy at Paud Al-Amaanah Sambong Dukuh Jombang are seen and felt. The obstacles faced in implementing this strategy have also been experienced.

Abstract

Indonesian people have a very high desire to perform worship and use Hajj and Umrah savings financing through a travel company, namely PT Hannan Nusantara. The goal of this paper is to examine the phenomenon of Hajj and Umrah financing, focusing on its alignment with maqashid sharia (the objectives of Islamic law) and maslahah mursalah (public benefit). This study uses a qualitative research method, namely research that produces findings without using statistical calculation procedures in analysis, in conducting qualitative research with a case study approach. The results of this study are There is no guarantee for participants so that financing problems that occur will harm one party, both the Institution and the participants. There is no responsibility for participants after death, because in the principles of Islamic economics, the heirs of the Hajj and Umrah pilgrims are responsible, then there is a misuse of PMA regulation number 8 of 2018 which should have taken the loan funds from A. Partners or Financial Institutions, but in this case PT Hannan Nusantara acquired the Hajj Savings Institution, ownership of PT Hannan Nusantara.
