Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality and service quality on brand image and customer satisfaction either partially or simultaneously on Giant Citra Raya Tangerang. The population of this study is Giant Citra Raya customers which averages 2,070,823 / 12/30 = 5752 per day. The sample in this research using Slovin formula is 152 customers. Quantitative analysis method using path analysis, followed by determination analysis (R Square), partial hypothesis testing (t test) and simultaneous (F test) with alpha 5 percent. Before further analyzed first tested the instrument and test the classical assumption. Analytical tool using SPSS version 21.0 for windows. The result of the research shows that product quality and service quality are partially and simultaneously have positive and significant effect on brand image and customer satisfaction, and brand image has influence to customer satisfaction at Giant Citra Raya Tangerang.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and see: 1) The influence of human resource competence partially on the performance of employees at the Office of Cooperatives and SMEs of West Sumatra Province . 2) The effect of work motivation partially on employee performance at the Office of Cooperatives and UMKM West Sumatra Province . 3) The partial effect of work enthusiasm on employee performance at the Office of Cooperatives and UMKM West Sumatra Province . 4) The simultaneous influence of HR competence, work motivation, and work spirit on employee performance at the Office of Cooperatives and UMKM West Sumatra Province . This type of research is quantitative The population in this study were 65 employees of the Office of Cooperatives and UMKM West Sumatra province. The sample uses a total sampling technique with a total of 65 employees. Sources of data in this study are primary data obtained from observations and questionnaires. The data analysis method used multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, and t and f tests. The results show 1) Human resource competence partially has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of the West Sumatra Province Cooperative and MSME Office . 2) Work motivation partially has a positive and significant effect on the employee performance of the Office of Cooperatives and UMKM West Sumatra Province . 3) Work morale partially has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of the West Sumatra Province Cooperative and UMKM Service .. 4) HR competence, work motivation, and work spirit simultaneously affect the performance of the employees of the Cooperative Service andUMKM West Sumatra Province . The contribution level of influence of human resources competence, work motivation, and work spirit on the performance of the Office of Cooperatives and UMKM West Sumatra Province is 79.5%, while the remaining 20.5% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study, such as work discipline, job satisfaction, work behavior, work environment, and so on.

Abstract

Background: The distinction between sharia and conventional practices has enabled sharia banks to withstand monetary crises. It is crucial to assess Sharia Commercial Banks' performance using capital adequacy ratios, operating expenses to income, net operating margin, and non-performing financing. These metrics help increase bank income through return on assets and address high financing issues, ensuring operational efficiency and alignment with management expectations.Purpose: This research aims to determine the factors that influence the performance of Sharia Commercial Banks which are proxied by return on assets as the dependent variable, capital adequacy ratio, operating expenses to operating income and net operating margin as the independent variable and non-performing financing as the intervening variable.Design/methodology/approach: This research is quantitative research using secondary data through financial reports. The total population from 2017 to 2023 is 16 banks. The analytical method used in this research is panel data regression with the help of the Eviews application through the Chow, Hausman and Lagrange tests.Finding/result: The research results show that the capital adequacy ratio has no effect on non-performing financing, operating expenses to operating income has no effect on non-performing financing, net operating margin has an effect on non-performing financing, the capital adequacy ratio has no effect on return on assets, operating expenses to operating income has an effect on return on assets and net operating margin has no effect on return on assets. Then the indirect influence is that non-performing financing is unable to mediate the influence of capital adequacy ratio on return on assets, non-performing financing is unable to mediate the influence of operating expenses to operating income on return on assets and non-performing financing is unable to mediate the influence of net operating margin on returns. Conclusion: The capital adequacy ratio, operating expenses to operating income and net operating margin have no influence on non-performing financing, then the capital adequacy ratio, net operating margin and non-performing financing have no influence on returns. on assets, while operating expenses to operating income have an influence on return on assets. An indirect influence can be conveyed that non-performing financing is unable to mediate the capital adequacy ratio, operating expenses to operating income, net operating margin to return on assets. This research can be used as a guide for assessing business performance through the factors that influence it.Originality/value (state of the art): In assessing the relationship between capital adequacy ratio, operating expenses to operating income and net operating margin to non-performing financing mediated by return on assets, this research explores the contributing factors to the prosperity of developing countries, especially Indonesia, which can help investors and policy makers in making decisions. appropriate way to improve company performance. Abstract

This research aims to determine the relationship between product innovation variables, product quality and purchasing decisions. The current research aims to find out whether product innovation and product quality influence purchasing decisions. Based on these objectives, the type of research carried out is hypothesis testing. This research uses quantitative methods. This analysis aims to determine the differences between the independent variables and the dependent variable. The analytical tools used in this research are Excel software and the Statistical Program for Social Science (SPSS 25.0) to determine differences between variables and obtain percentages and frequencies of respondent data. From the results of research 1. there is a positive and significant influence between Product Innovation on Purchasing Decisions for Toyota Avanza Car consumers. 2. There is a positive and significant influence of product quality on purchasing decisions for Toyota Avanza car consumers.

Abstract

Based on the correlation level, this research aims to determine the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable, namely looking at the influence of Brand Image and online reviews on interest in buying Samsung Smartphones . Meanwhile, the method used is a quantitative method that uses statistical data to explain/counteract research hypotheses. The unit of analysis refers to the level of unity of data collected during subsequent stages of data analysis. In this study, researchers used an organizational analysis unit, where the object of this research was aimed at Samsung smartphone enthusiasts . The following research was carried out using a field study, namely distributing questionnaires via Google form to 110 undergraduate students from the Faculty of Economics, Department of Management, Andalas University. The following research also aims to see how Brand Image and Online Reviews influence the Interest in Buying Samsung Smartphones among Undergraduate Students at the Faculty of Economics, Department of Management, Andalas University. In analyzing the relationship between variables, the following research uses SPSS version 25.0 software .

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan guna menganalisis Pengaruh Leverage, Profitabilitas, serta Ukuran Perusahaan Terhadap Harga Saham (Studi Kasus: Perusahaan Property dan Real Estate selama 2015-2020 di BEI). Adapun Harga Saham tersebut terdiri dari: Leverage, Profitabilitas, dan Ukuran Perusahaan. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini berjumlah 65 Perusahaan Property dan Real Estate Periode 2015-2020. Dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling diperoleh 10 sampel Perusahaan Property dan Real Estate. Analisis data menggunakan uji asusmsi klasik, analisis koefisien determinasi berganda (R2), analisis regresi linear berganda, uji t (parsial) dan uji F (simultan). Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa Leverage signifikan memengaruhi Harga Saham, Ukuran Perusahaan signifikan memengaruhi Harga Saham, Profitabilitas tidak signifikan memengaruhi Harga Saham, sedangkan Leverage, Profitabilitas, serta Ukuran Perusahaan secara simultan signifikan memengaruhi Harga Saham.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui indikator apa saja yang dominan dalam hal disiplin kerja, kerja sama tim dan kinerja karyawan pada PT Semen Padang (studi kasus: departemen komunikasi dan fasilitas umum) dan disiplin kerja dan kerja sama tim terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan pada PT Semen Padang (studi kasus: departemen komunikasi dan fasilitas umum) secara parsial dan simultan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 100 responden. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang valid dan reliabel. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda, uji hipotesis koefisien determinan t dan F. Hasil penelitian Indikator dominan disiplin kerja memiliki indikator kepatuhan terhadap peraturan lainnya dengan nilai TCR sebesar 81,20%, variabel kerja sama tim memiliki indikator tanggung jawab dengan nilai TCR sebesar 82,20% dan variabel kinerja kerja memiliki indikator dominan kualitas kerja dengan nilai TCR sebesar 82,20% dan disiplin kerja dan kerja sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Semen Padang pada departemen komunikasi dan fasilitas umum secara parsial dan simultan.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan pengaruh dari hubungan pada kinerja karyawan PT. Andaran Alsa Primausa. Tentukan sebagian dampak lingkungan kerja pada kinerja karyawan PT. Andaran Alsa Primausa. Memeriksa efek untuk hubungan human relations dan lingkungan kerja pada kinerja karyawan PT. Andaran Alsa Primausa. Pengumpulan data dengan metode yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan riset lapangan dan riset pustaka. Teknik perekaman data dipakai dokumen, wawancara, dan survei. Populasi digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu PT. Andalan Artha Primanusa sebanyak 83 karyawan tetap dengan sampel teknik total sampling yaitu 83 orang karyawan dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda, koefisien determinasi, dan pengujian hipotesis uji t dan uji F. Hasil penelitian didapatkan human relations memiliki dampak positif dan penting pada kinerja karyawan PT. Andalan Artha Primanusa Jakarta Utara. Lingkungan kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Andalan Artha Primanusa Jakarta Utara. Human relations (X1) dan lingkungan kerja (X2) secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Andalan Artha Primanusa Jakarta Utara. Kontribusi pada variabel independen sebesar 0,776 atau 77,6%. 22,4% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain di luar penelitian ini, seperti pendidikan, motivasi, kompensasi, dan stres kerja.
