Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine: The partial effect of work conflict on employee performance. The influence of communication partially on employee performance. The effect of work conflict and communication simultaneously on the performance of employees of PT. Gersindo Minang plantation. The population of this research is the employees of PT. Gersindo Minang Platantion with a total of 618 people and a sample obtained through calculations using the slovin formula as many as 242 people. The sampling technique of this study used the accidental sampling technique. The research data used primary data which was collected through distributing questionnaires to employees. The data analysis method in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing t and F. The results of the analysis show that Work conflict partially has a negative and significant effect on employee performance. Work communication partially positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work conflict and communication simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The contribution of work conflict and communication to employee performance is 25.1% while the remaining 75.9% is influenced by other variables outside of this study.

Abstract

This research aims to determine which indicators are dominant in terms of promotion, service quality, product quality, and consumer satisfaction at Cafe Iconix Grill End Suki Padang as well as the influence of promotion, service quality, and product quality on consumer satisfaction at Cafe Iconix Grill End Suki Padang partially and simultaneously. This study uses a quantitative approach. The research sample was 98 respondents. Data collection uses a valid and reliable questionnaire. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis, testing hypotheses t and F. Research results The dominant indicator of promotion is advertising, the dominant indicator of service quality is reliability, the dominant indicator of product quality is special characteristics and the dominant indicator of consumer satisfaction is repurchase. The promotion has a positive and insignificant effect on consumer satisfaction, service quality has a positive and insignificant effect on consumer satisfaction, product quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction, and Promotion, service quality, and product quality simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction at Cafe Iconix Grill End Suki Padang.

Abstract

The results of this study aim to examine and analyze the Effect of Leadership and Compensation Style on the Work Spirit of the Honorary Employees of the Sioban Health Center, Sipora Selatan District, Mentawai Islands District. Where Variable X1 Is Leadership Style, X2 Compensation, Dependent Variable Is Morale. This study uses a classic assumption test which consists of a normality test, a multi-priority test, a heroskadisity test and a multiple regression test, a t test and an F test. The results of the Study of Leadership Style Variable have a positive and significant effect on morale, Compensation has a positive and significant effect on morale, the variables of leadership style and compensation simultaneously or simultaneously have a significant and significant effect on morale. The contribution of Leadership Style and Compensation to the Spirit of Work is 76.60% while the remaining 23.40% is influenced by other variables outside this study such as motivation, competence and others.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk melatih Ibu-ibu rumah tangga di Botan yang memiliki waktu luang yang banyak sehingga memiliki keterampilan untuk membuat Bunga Hias dari Kulit Jagung dan Biji Karet yang bisa mereka pasarkan secara Online dengan memanfaat Teknologi yaitu dengan cara memasarkan di media sosial. Disamping itu, Ibu-ibu rumah tangga di Botan juga menjualnya secara Offline yaitu dengan menjual ke toko-toko bunga dan furniture yang berada di daerah nagari panti timur maupun di kabupaten pasaman. Setelah ibu-ibu rumah tangga di Botan Jorong Kuamang Nagari panti Timur Kecamatan Panti Kabupaten Pasaman melakukan pelatihan pembuatan Bunga Hias dari Kulit Jagung dan Biji Karet maka ibu-ibu rumah tangga di Botan tersebut memiliki keterampilan sehingga bisa membuat usaha yang akan membantu meningkatkan perekonomian keluarga mereka. Dengan demikian waktu luang yang mereka miliki ketika pulang kerumah pada siang harinya dari kebun dan sawah bisa dimanfaatka sebaik mungkin, tentunya dalam hal ini adalah pembuatan Bunga Hias dari Kulit Jagung dan Biji Karet yang merupakan limbah dari kebun mereka dan ketika di olah menjadi Bunga Hias dariKulit Jagung dan Biji Karet memiliki nilai jual yang tinggi.

Abstract

The purpose of this carrying out community service through this mentoring activity is to increase the skills and knowledge of the Salimah women farming group in Sungai Abang village in making creative and innovative products from fabric waste. The methods applied are lectures, discussions and demonstrations. The results of this community service can improve and increase the knowledge and skills of the members of the Salimah women's farmer group in running and developing a fabric waste craft business in the form of chair cushions and seat mats which can have an impact on improving the household economy of the community of Sungai Abang, Lubuk Alung Padang Pariaman, which is part of the community. in the Salimah women's farming group

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menggetahui Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinann, Motivasi dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Kantor Wali Nagari Tarung-Tarung Kecamatan Rao Kabupaten Pasaman Propinsi Sumatera Barat. Metode pengumpulan data adalah Penelitian Lapangan (Field Research) dan Penelitian Kepustakaan (Library Research). Jenis dan sumber data adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Populasi penelitian ini adalah Pegawai kantor Wali nagari Tarung-Tarung Kecamatan Rao Kabupaten Pasaman propinsi Sumatera Barat sebanyak 39 orang dan sampel sebanyak 39 orang. metode analisis menggunakan analisis regresi linerar berganda. Hasil penelitian menemukan (1) Indikator dominan pada masing-masing Indikator dominan pada variabel disiplin kerja dalam kategori Sangat Baik. (2) Gaya kepemimpinan secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai kantor Wali nagari Sumatera Barat. (3) Motivasi kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai kantor Wali nagari Sumatera Barat. (4) Disiplin kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai kantor Wali nagari Sumatera Barat. (5) Gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan signifikan bersama-sama terhadap kinerja pegawai kantor Wali nagari Sumatera Barat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Indikator manakah yang dominan dari kualitas pelayanan, harga, lokasi dan kepuasan konsumen pada Uno Koffie di Lubuk Basung Kabupaten Agam dan kualitas pelayanan, harga dan lokasi terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada Uno Koffie di Lubuk Basung Kabupaten Agam secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 100 responden. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda, pengujian hipotrsis t dan F. Hasil penelitian kualitas pelayanan indikator keandalan dan ketangapan dengan nilai TCR sebesar 80,00%, harga indikator daya saing harga dengan nilai TCR sebesar 80,40%, lokasi indikator tempat dengan nilai TCR sebesar 81,00% dan kepuasan konsumen indikator Kesediaan untuk merekomendasikan dengan nilai TCR sebesar 80,00% Kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen, harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen, lokasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen dan kualitas pelayanan, harga dan lokasi secara simultan berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada Uno Koffie di Lubuk Basung Kabupaten Agam.

Abstract

The level of financial literacy in Indonesia is still relatively low, especially among young children, so educational efforts are needed to instill a basic understanding of wise financial management. This community service activity aims to improve the financial literacy of elementary school students through education on the importance of saving. The activity was carried out at SDN 02 Pampangan with the involvement of 78 students in grades 4, 5, and 6. The implementation method used an educational and participatory approach, in the form of interactive material delivery, a "Mini Store" simulation, quizzes, and practice making piggy banks from used materials. The results of the activity showed that the results of observations and a brief post-activity evaluation showed that the majority of students had understood the material presented. Approximately 85% of students were able to re-explain the importance of saving and its benefits for daily life. As many as 90% of students were also able to clearly differentiate between needs and wants, and understand how to manage pocket money simply. The majority of students understood basic financial concepts such as the difference between needs and wants, the importance of saving, and how to manage pocket money simply. The response from students and teachers was very positive, with the school continuing its initiative to implement the "Savings Day" program regularly. This activity has successfully made a real contribution in building healthy financial habits from an early age, and has shown that a contextual educational approach is effective in improving children's financial literacy.
