Abstract

The Central Java Province's New Sakpole program allows for online motor vehicle tax (MVT) payments. The rationale behind selecting this item is that a growing number of taxpayers choose to pay MVT through the Office of Single Administrative System One Roof (Samsat), leaving the taxpayers who utilize this application rather rare. Furthermore, the new Sakpole app has a low rating in the Play Store and numerous comments expressing unhappiness. This study aims to analyze the impact of perceived usefulness and simplicity of use on the intention to reuse, with customer satisfaction acting as a mediating variable in the use of New Sakpole applications. Using the purposive sampling technique, 100 respondents who have used the New Sakpole application make up the study's sample. The SmartPLS program 3.0, which operates on computer media, is used in this study to analyze data. The test's findings demonstrated that customer satisfaction was significantly and favorably impacted by perceived usefulness and convenience of use. Additional research indicates that reuse intention is significantly and favorably influenced by perceived usefulness and simplicity of use. The mediation test's findings demonstrated that customer satisfaction has the power to mediate the relationship between perceived usefulness and convenience of use and reuse intention.

Abstract

Work ethic is currently a strategic entrepreneurship issue. Gaps were still found in previous studies. This study uses an alternative research model by placing the competency variable as a mediating variable. Such a model is the novelty of this research. The research aims to analyze the influence of talent, interpersonal skills, and motivation variables on work ethic through competency mediation in entrepreneurial students in Semarang. This research uses a sample of 120 respondents. Data was collected using a questionnaire instrument and distributed to respondents via Google Forms. The measurement scale uses a Likert scale with five response points. This research processed data using SmartPLS, starting with validity and reliability tests, then descriptive statistical analysis, and ending with inferential analysis. This study uses a significance-level test to test the hypothesis. Valid and reliable data can be identified through validity and reliability tests. The analysis results show that work ethic is influenced by 62 percent by the interpersonal skills-motivation variable, while competence is influenced by 59 percent by the talent-interpersonal skills-motivation variable. The results show that competence plays a role as a mediation between interpersonal skills and work ethic, as well as between motivation and work ethic, but does not mediate between talent and work ethic.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality and brand image on the marketing performance of Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) Home Ownership Loan (KPR) products in South Sulawesi Province, with trust as a mediating variable. The main issue faced by BTN as the pioneer of KPR is the stagnation in the realization of KPR BTN products in South Sulawesi Province. The research employed a quantitative approach by collecting data through a survey of marketing developers with a sample size of 123. The sampling method used was purposive sampling. Data analysis was conducted using structural equation modelling (SEM). The findings indicate that service quality does not have a significant direct effect on marketing performance. The relationship between these two variables must be mediated by trust. Meanwhile, brand image has a positive and significant effect on marketing performance. Furthermore, trust in KPR products was proven to act as a mediating variable that strengthens the relationship between service quality, brand image, and marketing performance. These findings emphasize the importance of improving service quality and managing a strong brand image to build customer trust, thereby enhancing overall marketing performance

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of job insecurity and person–organization fit on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) through job satisfaction as a mediating variable. The low voluntary involvement of employees in organizational activities, which reflects a low level of OCB, is the driving factor behind this research. Auditors at the Representative Office of the Audit Board of the Republic of Indonesia (BPK) in Central Java Province, who are strategically assigned to ensure accountability in the management of state finances, serve as the subjects of this study. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on AMOS version 23 was employed in this quantitative approach. A total of 198 employees were given questionnaires to collect data. The findings indicate that while person–organization fit significantly increases job satisfaction, job insecurity significantly reduces it. OCB is not directly influenced by either person–organization fit or job insecurity. On the other hand, the results demonstrate that job satisfaction has a positive effect on OCB and mediates the relationship between OCB and both person–organization fit as well as job insecurity. These findings highlight the importance of creating a workplace that enhances job satisfaction in order to motivate staff to engage in voluntary behavior.
