Abstract

Sampah merupakan material sisa yang tidak lagi diinginkan setelah proses konsumsi atau produksi, dan pengelolaannya menjadi isu penting disetiap kota. Pengelolaan sampah di Kota Padang, khususnya di Tempat Pembuangan Akhir (TPA) Air Dingin, menjadi tantangan mendesak seiring pertumbuhan populasi dan tekanan lingkungan yang meningkat. TPA Air Dingin menerima sekitar 500 ton sampah setiap harinya dari seluruh Kota Padang, dengan berbagai macam jenis sampah.  Limbah plastik merupakan salah satu limbah yang sangat banyak dikumpulkan oleh Pemulung di TPA. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dampak pemanfaatan limbah plastik terhadap kemandirian ekonomi keluarga pemulung di sekitar TPA Air Dingin. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Penarikan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik purposive sampling, di mana informan dipilih secara sengaja berdasarkan kriteria tertentu, yaitu pemulung yang terlibat dalam kegiatan pengolahan limbah plastik dan berdomisili di sekitar TPA Air Dingin. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengolahan limbah plastik menjadi produk bernilai jual mampu meningkatkan keterampilan dan pendapatan pemulung, serta mendukung kemandirian ekonomi. Selain manfaat ekonomi, terdapat kontribusi pada peningkatan kesadaran lingkungan dan memperkuat jaringan sosial diantara pemulung. Pemanfaatan limbah plastik tidak hanya membawa dampak positif secara ekonomi, tetapi juga berperan dalam mendukung pengelolaan sampah secara berkelanjutan. Kata Kunci: Limbah Plastik, Kemandirian Ekonomi Pemulung, Pengelolaan Sampah Berkelanjutan

Abstract

In today's digital era, the ability to adapt to technology is very important. One of the skills that are increasingly needed is digital marketing. Knowledge of Digital Marketing is part of Entrepreneurship Knowledge, which is one of the most important knowledge to be possessed by high school or vocational students. This activity is directed to students of SMK Negeri 10 Padang, because Entrepreneurship Education is already known to high school and vocational students through Creative Products and Entrepreneurship (PKKwu) subjects. The purpose of this community service is to provide education and assistance so that students can utilize and optimize digital marketing, especially through social media such as Instagram. The methods used in this service include material delivery and direct assistance. As a result of this activity, the participants successfully understood marketing strategies through Instagram. In addition, through this training, they gained knowledge on how to maximize the use of social media, including how to create simple content, set upload schedules, and establish good communication with consumers.

Abstract

This study aims to test the effect of project based learning with the help of e-module entrepreneurship based on book creator on Technopreneur ability of Economic Education Students UIN Suska Riau. This study is a Quasi experiment using a pretest-posttest control group design (Creswell, 2014). This study uses the Project Based Learning model for Technopreneur ability assisted by E-Module Entrepreneurship Based on Book Creator. This research was conducted in the Economic Education Study Program UIN Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau. In this study there are two classes, namely the experimental class and the control class. The results of the study showed that the hypothesis testing obtained t count greater than t table, which is 2.49 greater than 1.66, so the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (H1) is accepted. The N-Gain value in the Experiment class is 0.41 in the medium category, namely 41% of the effect of using the Project Based Learning learning model with E- Module Entrepreneurship Based on Book Creator on Technopreneur ability. With the acceptance of H1 in the hypothesis testing, the conclusion in this study is that there is a significant influence.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to improve the understanding and competence of Social Sciences (IPS) subject teachers in implementing the Independent Curriculum at the Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) level throughout Padang City. Through a participatory approach, this activity was carried out in the form of training, group discussions, and intensive mentoring for teachers who are members of the Social Studies Subject Teachers' Council. The results of the activity showed that the Social Studies teachers experienced an increase in their understanding of the basic principles of the Independent Curriculum, including the concept of learning differentiation, designing teaching modules based on local contexts, and integrating the values of the Pancasila Student Profile in Social Studies learning. In addition, this activity strengthens the role of the teacher council as a forum for collaboration between educators to share good practices and develop strategies for implementing a more effective curriculum. This service is expected to be the first step in building a more reflective, adaptive, and in-line social studies learning ecosystem in line with the direction of national education policy.Keywords: Independent Curriculum, MGMP, Pancasila Student Profile

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis: pengaruh kesiapan belajar, kemandirian belajar, reward, fasilitas belajar, dan lingkungan keluarga terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas X pada mata pelajaran ekonomi di SMAN 1 Koto Salak Kabupaten Dharmasraya. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X/Fase E di SMAN 1 Koto Salak Kabupaten Dharmasraya. Sampel berjumlah 76 orang dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan stratified random sampling berdsarkan pendidikan orangtua. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kesiapan belajar terhadap prestasi belajar. (2) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kemandirian belajar terhadap prestasi belajar. (3) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara reward terhadap prestasi belajar. (4) tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara fasilitas belajar terhadap prestasi belajar. (5) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara lingkungan keluarga terhadap prestasi belajar. (6) terdapat pengaruh kesiapan belajar, kemandirian belajar, reward, fasilitas belajar, dan lingkungan keluarga secara bersama-sama terhadap prestasi belajar.

Abstract

Memasuki era Revolusi Industri 5.0 yang berfokus pada pengintegrasian teknologi canggih seperti AI, dan robotika dengan keahlian dan inovasi manusia untuk mengembangkan sistem produksi yang lebih efisien, fleksibel, berkelanjutan, dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan, Lulusan Perguruan Tinggi diharapkan mampu untuk menyesuaikan diri dengan perkembangan ini, terutama dalam ikut bersaing dalam memasuki pasar tenaga kerja. Pasar tenaga kerja diharapkan dapat menyerap tenaga kerja yang terus bertambah setiap tahunnya. Munculnya berbagai macam pekerjaan baru seiring dengan perkembangan ilmu dan teknologi, menjadi angin segar bagi pencari kerja tapi hal ini menuntut kreativitas lulusan perguruan tinggi agar dapat bersaing dengan berbekal kompetensi yang mereka dapatkan selama menempuh pendidikan di perguruan tinggi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat kesesuaian atau relevansi lulusan Pendidikan Ekonomi Universitas PGRI Sumatera Barat, periode waktu lamanya alumni mendapatkan pekerjaan, kompetensi lainnya yang di tingkatkan sebagai bekal bagi alumni dalam memasuki pasar tenaga kerja. Metode penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan survey deskriptif, dengan teknik pengambilan sampelnya adalah  total sampling. Teknik analisis data adalah analisis deskriptif. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini adalah tingkat relevansi atau kesesuain bidang ilmu dengan pekerjaan alumni cukup tinggi sebesar 82,54%, periode waktu transisi yang diperlukan alumni untuk mendapatkan pekerjaan adalah rata-rata 2,67 bulan serta kompetensi lain yang ingin di tingkatkan oleh alumni adalah kemampuan dalam teknologi komputer.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of digital-based teaching materials with the help of live worksheets in economic learning. The aim of this research is to determine validity based on aspects of appropriateness of content, language, presentation and graphics, as well as to determine the practicality of the E-LKPD being developed. This type of research uses the R&D (Research and Development) method with the ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) model development design. The data collection instrument was in the form of a validity sheet which was filled in by 6 validators, where the results obtained were in the very valid category by fulfilling the content feasibility aspect of 98%, the linguistic aspect of 93.7%, the presentation aspect of 98.6% and the graphic aspect of 85%. Meanwhile, the valid E-LKPD was tested for its practicality by obtaining a percentage score from user responses by teachers of 97.5%, and an average percentage by students of 93.1% in the very good category. Based on the results obtained, it can be concluded that the live worksheet-based E-LKPD developed is very valid and can be applied in the learning process on employment material.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze 1) the effect of partial capital on added value, 2) the effect of raw materials partially on added value, 3) the effect of labor partially on added value, 4) the effect of technology partially on added value, 5) the effect of materials. Partial fuel to added value, (6) the effect of capital, raw materials, labor, technology, fuel on the increase in added value in the agricultural sector (a case study of the tempe chips industry in jujuhan ilir sub-district, growing land sub-district). This type of research is descriptive and associative research. The population in this research is the tempe chips industry players in Jujuhan Ilir sub-district, land growing sub-district totaling 38 samples. The results showed that: The results showed that there was a significant influence between the level of capital, raw materials, labor, technology and fuel simultaneously on added value with Fcount 5.05> Ftable 2.51.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: 1) the influence of self-potential on students' motivation to continue their studies at university, 2) the influence of career planning on students' motivation to continue their studies at university, 3) the influence of peer groups on students' motivation to continue their studies at university, 4) the influence of parents' socioeconomic status on students' motivation to continue their studies at university, 5) the influence of self-potential on students' interest in continuing their studies at university, 6) the influence of career planning on students' interest in continuing their studies at university, 7) the influence of peers on students' interest in continuing their studies at university, 8) the influence of parents' socioeconomic status on students' interest in continuing their studies at university, 9) the influence of learning motivation on students' interest in continuing their studies at university. This type of research is descriptive and associative. This research was conducted at MAN 1 West Pasaman. The total population and sample were 67 students. The data types were primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques were observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The data analysis technique was path analysis tested using SPSS 21 software. The results of the study show that: 1). Self-potential does not have a significant effect on learning motivation with a path coefficient value of 0.240 with a significance value of 0.257 > 0.05. 2). Career planning has a significant effect on learning motivation with a path coefficient value of 0.579 with a significance value of 0.003 ˂ 0.05. 3). Peer environment does not have a significant effect on learning motivation with a path coefficient value of 0.019 with a significance value of 0.914 > 0.05. 4). Parents' socioeconomic status does not significantly influence learning motivation with a path coefficient value of 0.404 with a significant value of 0.124 > 0.05. 5). Self-potential has a significant influence on the interest in continuing studies to college with a path coefficient value of 0.447 and a significant value of 0.001 ˂ 0.05. 6). Career planning has a significant influence on the interest in continuing studies to college with a path coefficient value of 0.379 and a significant value of 0.003 ˂ 0.05. 7). Peer environment does not significantly influence the interest in continuing studies to college with a path coefficient value of 0.114 and a significant value of 0.292 > 0.05. 8). Parents' socioeconomic status does not significantly influence the interest in continuing studies to college with a path coefficient value of 0.055 and a significant value of 0.737 > 0.05. 9). Learning motivation influences the interest in continuing studies to college with a path coefficient value of 0.251 and a significant value of 0.002 ˂ 0.05.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: pengaruh efikasi diri, gaya belajar, teman sebaya, lingkungan keluarga terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas x melalui minat belajar sebagai variabel intervensi pada mata pelajaran ekonomi Di SMAN 1 Kapur IX. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian asosiatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X mata pelajaran ekonomi SMAN 1 Kapur IX tahun ajaran 2023/2024. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan proporsional random sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 114 orang siswa. teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis deskriptif dan analisis induktif, dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 21.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Pertama efikasi diri berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat belajar. Kedua gaya belajar berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat belajar. Ketiga teman sebaya berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat belajar. Keempat lingkungan keluarga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat belajar. Kelima efikasi diri signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar. Keenam gaya belajar berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar. Ketujuh teman sebaya berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar. Kedelapan lingkungan keluarga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar. Kesembilan minat belajar berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar.
