Abstract

This study aims to find the factors that affect the economic achievement of high school students SMA Negeri Koto Tangah Subdistrict Padang. The population in this study were all students of SMA Negeri in Koto Tangah Subdistrict namely SMAN 7 Kota Padang, SMAN 8 Kota Padang and SMAN 13 Kota Padang, sample determination using proportional random sampling method with 257 respondents. Analyzer used is Factor Analysis and Multiple Regression. The result of the research shows that there are three factors that influence student achievement such as (a) Teaching Instrument factor, (b) Personal ability factor, (c) Social Support factor. Of the three factors that affect student achievement of SMA Negeri Kecamatan Koto Tangah Padang , the dominant factor that has a big influence is the Teaching Instrument factor. The result of multiple regression analysis showed that from three factors have a significant effect on student achievement that is with the acquisition of sig <0,05. It can be concluded that the creativity of teachers, the understanding of teacher materials, the completeness of the means of learning infrastructure, learning references and school atmosphere are the factors that most influence the economic achievement of students of SMA Negeri Koto Tangah Subdistrict, Padang West Sumatra.

Abstract

Membuat keputusan ekonomi yang cerdas adalah suatu pilihan. Perlu dipahami bagaimana cara yang tepat guna membuat keputusan ekonomi sehari-hari. Terkait upaya dan persyaratan tersebut maka literasi ekonomi menjadi suatu pilihan yang sebaiknya dimiliki oleh seseorang. Hanya saja pada kenyataannya tidak semua orang memiliki literasi ekonomi yang memadai guna membuat keputusan yang cerdas. Penelitian ini membahas tentang bagaimana tingkat literasi ekonomi mahasiswa STKIP PGRI Sumatera Barat Khususnya pada rumpun ilmu sosial, yang di lakukan kepada 100 orang mahasiswa. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian survey, Teknik pengukuran dengan alat pengumpul data berupa tes soal. Peneletian ditemukan bahwa mahasiswa hendaknya dapat meningkatkankan lagi pemahaman mengenai konsep ekonomi dan penerapannya dalam pengambilan keputusan ekonomi rasional dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Selain itu juga pihak kampus juga hendaknya lebih menekankan lagi pada  memberikan pendidikan tentang literasi ekonomi kepada mahasiswanya untuk semua program studi karena literasi ekonomi dibutuhkan dalam setiap segi kehidupan terutama dalam pengambilan keputusan ekonomi

Abstract

This study attempts to evaluate how Ekasakti University's Economic Education students used offline learning to become online during the covid-19 pandemic. This research employs a descriptive research design with a qualitative methodology. The primary and secondary data sources for this study are primary and secondary data. The subject of this study is a student in Ekasakti University's Economic Education Study Program who participated in online learning during the covid-19 epidemic. Interactive analysis was used in the data analysis technique. The results showed that the overall implementation of learning from offline to online for Economic Education students at Ekasakti University went well during the covid-19 pandemic, but there were several obstacles encountered in general, including the readiness to access the internet, namely difficult internet networks and expensive internet quotas, and difficulties in understanding the material, with the problem encountered specifically in using the Digital Class Platform.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan melihat pengaruh minat dan kemandirian belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa jurusan akuntansi di SMK N 1 Painan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dan asosiatif. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa jurusan akuntansi di SMK N 1 Painan tahun ajaran 2019/2020 yang berjumlah 301 orang, jumlah sampelnya 162 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara proporsional random sampling. Sumber datanya yaitu data primer dan data sekunder, data primer berupa angket yang dijalankan terhadap responden, sedangkan  data sekunder  yaitu tentang hasil belajar siswa yang diperoleh dari hasil  dokumentasi. Uji coba instrumen menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskkriptif dan analisis induktif, yaitu uji normalitas, uji heterokedastisitas dan uji multikolinearitas, analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda serta uji hipotesis menggunakan uji F dan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : 1) Minat berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa 2) Kemandirian belajar berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa  3) Minat dan kemandirian belajar  berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat minat belajar mahasiswa pendidikan ekonomi Universitas Ekasakti dalam mengikuti perkuliahan daring selama masa pandemic Covid-19. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan populasi sebanyak 33 orang yang terdiri dari mahasiswa semester 4 dan mahasiswa semester 6. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling sehingga jumlah sampel sebanyak 33 orang dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket tertutup dan penyebaran angket menggunakan google form. Teknis analisis data menggunakan skala guttman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat minat belajar mahasiswa pendidikan ekonomi Universitas Ekasakti dalam mengikuti perkuliahan daring sebesar 62,87% (56-75%) dengan kategori tingkat minat cukup baik. Tindak lanjut dari hasil penelitian ini diharapkan mahasiswa dapat meningkatkan partisipasi yang dapat menimbulkan rasa senang dan ketertarikan dalam perkuliahan daring selama masa pandemic sehingga tujuan pembelajaran dapat tercapai

Abstract

The research is based on the performance of the Staff Officer of the Officials Agency of West Sumatra Province. (2) The influence of work climate on the performance of civil servants of the province of western Sumatra (3) the influence of education and work climate on the performance of civil servants of the Provincial Personnel Board of West Sumatra. The type of this research is Field Research and descriptive. The population of this study is all employees of the Regional Personnel Board of West Sumatra Province as much as 87. Sampling technique with total sampling with a total sample of 30 people. Data collection techniques by spreading questionnaires and documentation, while data analysis used is descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis. From the results of the study found that the level of education has a significant effect and the work climate on the performance of Personnel Agency Personnel West Sumatra Province has a significant effect. With coefficient of determination equal to a = 0.05% found that tcount> ttable is 6,213> 2,000, Test Result gives interpretation that significance. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the Education and Climate Level significantly influences the performance of civil service personnel of West Sumatra Province. Where the influence of employee variables while the work climate influence by other factors that affect employee performance.

Abstract

Face-to-face learning has been carried out again after during the covid-19 pandemic learning was carried out online and face-to-face was limited. The purpose of this study is the influence of the school environment, learning readiness and parental attention on students' learning interest in economic subjects in face-to-face learning during the Covid-19 Pandemic Period at SMAN 2 Gunung Talang. The type of research is associative descriptive research. The population in this study were all students of SMAN 2 Gunung Talang with Proportional Random Sampling sampling technique obtained as many as 81 students. The instrument used is a closed questionnaire using the t test and F test. Data analysis uses multiple regression analysis where the results of the study are obtained partially for each variable, namely the school environment, learning readiness, and parental attention have a positive and significant effect on students' interest in learning to take part in face-to-face learning during the Covid-19 Pandemic Period on economic subjects in SMAN 2 Gunung Talang. Taken together, there is a significant influence between the school environment, learning readiness and parents' attention to students' interest in learning to take part in face-to-face learning during the Covid-19 Pandemic Period on economic subjects at SMAN 2 Gunung Talang.

Abstract

: Financial literacy literacy in the digital era is very much needed, especially in the new normal era after the Covid-19 pandemic. Financial literacy is also very important to be implemented from an early age because it relates to the ability to manage and make the right financial decisions. The service activities carried out aim to provide reinforcement to students regarding financial literacy in the digital era for students of SMKN 3 Padang. Activities carried out by direct observation method. Before the community service activities were carried out, students were given a pretest to find out the extent of students' basic knowledge regarding financial literacy. The activity continued with the provision of material and discussion, finally a post-test was given to see students' understanding of material regarding financial literacy in the digital era. The survey conducted on participants found that this activity provided reinforcement of financial literacy that they had understood so far to be able to apply it from an early age in managing finances. The results of these activities provide strengthening of knowledge to students regarding financial literacy in the digital era and the formation of students' understanding of financial literacy so that it can be applied in students' daily lives, especially in the current digital era.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian mengetahui pengaruh pengetahuan perkoperasian dan motivasi terhadap partisipasi anggota Koperasi Pegawai Perkebunan (KOP-BUN) Provinsi Sumatera Barat. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 78 orang yaitu seluruh pegawai Perkebunan (KOP-BUN) Provinsi Sumatera Barat yang diambil secara total sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan pengetahuan perkoperasian (X1) terhadap partisipasi anggota Koperasi Pegawai Perkebunan (KOP-BUN) Provinsi Sumatera Barat. Hal ini diketahui dari nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0,268 dengan thitung 2,239 > ttabel 1,992 dan nilai (sig 0,028<0,05), terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan motivasi anggota (X2) terhadap partisipasi anggota Koperasi Pegawai Perkebunan (KOP-BUN) Provinsi Sumatera Barat. Hal ini diketahui dari nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0,218 dengan thitung 2,643 > ttabel 1,992 dan nilai (sig 0,010<0,05) dan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan pengetahuan perkoperasian dan motivasi anggota terhadap partisipasi anggota Koperasi Pegawai Perkebunan (KOP-BUN) Provinsi Sumatera Barat dengan nilai fhitung > ftabel yaitu 6,671>3,97 dan nilai sig 0,002<0,05.

Abstract

The purpose of the activity is to socialize economic literacy for students in facing the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 in the rest of SMA PGRI 4 Padang, so that students can make smart decisions regarding the various options available, especially in economic activities in everyday life. Direct observation, interviews, and questions and answers are used to execute socialization to increase economic literacy, as well as socialization through lectures/information, training, and simulations. The results of these activities include: providing knowledge to participants about the application of economic literacy in making economic decisions in everyday life.
