Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of organizational justice on Tupperware member stress with work-family conflict as a mediating variable. There were 80 member chosen as respondent of the study by using purposive sampling method. This study applies quantitative approach. Analysis tool used in this research is Multiple Regression with SPSS software. Based on the result of the analysis, it can be concluded that organizational justice has negative effect on on Dito Mulyo Pangestu Tupperware member stres with work-family conflict as a mediating variable.

Abstract

Penyakit cacar monyet menjadi sebuah wabah di beberapa negara non endemik pada bulan Juli tahun 2022. Oleh karena itu, tindakan pencegahan atau pengobatan yang tepat perlu dilakukan secara dini dengan cara melakukan identifikasi penyakit menggunakan suatu metode klasifikasi. Klasifikasi dilakukan menggunakan metode knowledge discovery in database (KDD) dengan algoritma support vector machine (SVM) yang menggunakan 4 kernel yaitu linear, RBF, sigmoid, dan polynomial dengan pengaturan parameternya pada masing masing kernel. Algoritma SVM dipilih karena penggunaan berbagai kernelnya memungkinkan eksplorasi bentuk-bentuk keputusan yang berbeda dalam ruang fitur yang lebih tinggi untuk mengangkap pola pola yang tidak linear. Hasil terbaik didapatkan oleh kernel polynomial dengan tingkat akurasi sebesar 75%, sementara kernel linear sebesar 70,5%, RBF sebesar 66%, dan sigmoid sebesar 45%. Kemudian nilai grafik kurva receiver operating characteristic area under control (ROC AUC) untuk kernel polynomial sebesar 0.81. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa model klasifikasi yang dibuat sudah baik dan dapat dikembangkan ke penelitian tahap selanjutnya.

Abstract

Investment is a crucial foundation in financial management that opens opportunities to achieve long-term financial goals. One mutual fund investment platform at a PT is innovating to create a platform tailored to the needs of Generation Z users. However, the platform is currently still under improvement and/or renewal due to functional deficiencies such as the frontend and backend display, as well as the lack of an investment simulation feature that allows investors to predict mutual fund investments. This research focuses on adding an investment simulation feature using a Machine Learning algorithm that can automate the detection of trends and seasonality in mutual fund products. The method used in the website development is the Agile method in the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). In conducting this research, an analysis of the platform's weaknesses and deficiencies was carried out to compare the website platform to be developed with another platform. Based on the analysis that has been carried out, the development of the platform's functionality and the addition of features were made, namely, updating the latest display on each page and the investment simulation feature. This research uses the PHP programming language and the Laravel framework as well as Firebase as its database. The programming implementation results in a platform that can predict mutual fund product simulations that can be used by investors, thus easily attracting Generation Z to invest in the website platform.

Abstract

Kota Bogor adalah salah satu daerah di Provinsi Jawa Barat yang mempunyai laju pertumbuhan penduduk yang meningkat. Jumlah penduduk yang semakin bertambah tentu saja mempengaruhi bertambahnya kebutuhan manusia akan penggunaan lahan untuk prasarana seperti permukiman, sosial ekonomi dan jasa. Penggunaan lahan untuk prasarana sangatlah berdampak terhadap berkurangnya lahan pertanian dan hutan yang secara otomatis dapat mengurangi tingkat kerapatan vegetasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perubahan luas lahan hijau di Kota Bogor dari tahun 2015 hingga tahun 2020 dengan citra landsat 8 menggunakan Normalized Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI). Pada penelitian ini menggunakan data citra landsat 8 collection 2 level 2 dari tahun 2015 hingga tahun 2020 dengan path sebesar 122 dan row sebesar 45 sebanyak 137 citra dan peta administrasi Kota Bogor. Dari 137 citra diperoleh 7 citra tanpa awan yang dilakukan proses analisis perhitungan nilai NDVI untuk mengetahui luas wilayah vegetasi dan wilayah tanpa vegetasi. Proses klasifikasi nilai NDVI untuk kelas vegetasi dan tanpa vegetasi dilakukan menggunakan metode ambang batas (threshold). Berdasarkan proses penelitian yang telah dilakukan untuk luas wilayah vegetasi di Kota Bogor dari tahun 2015 - 2020 mengalami kenaikan sebesar 4,46 Km2 dengan laju perubahan lahan sebesar 14,4%. Kenaikan luas wilayah vegetasi yang terbesar terjadi di kecamatan Bogor Selatan dengan laju perubahan lahan sebesar 4,7% relatif terhadap Kota Bogor dengan perubahan lahan sebesar 1,45 Km2.   Abstract Bogor City is one of the areas in West Java Province that has an increasing population growth rate. The growing population certainly affects the increasing human need for land use for infrastructure such as settlements, socio-economic and services. The use of land for infrastructure has a significant impact on the reduction of agricultural land and forests, which can automatically reduce the level of vegetation density. This study aims to analyze the changes in green land area in Bogor City from 2015 to 2020 with Landsat 8 imagery using the Normalized Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI) and in this study using Landsat 8 collection 2 level 2 image data from 2015 to 2020 with a path of 122 and a row of 45, as many as 137 images and administrative maps of Bogor City. Of the 137 images, seven cloudless photos were obtained by the NDVI value calculation process to determine the area of vegetation and the non-vegetation regions. The process of classifying NDVI values for vegetation and non-vegetation classes is carried out using the threshold method. Based on the research process that has been carried out for the area of vegetation in Bogor City from 2015 - 2020, it has increased by 4,46 Km2 with a land change rate of 14.4%. The most significant increase in vegetation area occurred in the South Bogor sub-district with a land change rate of 4.7% compared to Bogor City with a land change of 1,45 Km2.

Abstract

This study explores the synthesis of knowledge management (KM) and digital transformation (DT) as performance and sustainability drivers in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Systematically review 37 Scopus-indexed articles, the study finds significant topics, methods, and concerns in utilizing KM and DT to drive organizational resilience, innovation, and flexibility. The study discovers that KM activities like knowledge sharing and digital capability development are critical enablers of DT initiatives, ensuring operational efficiency and innovation. Similarly, DT boosts KM through the enabling of technological platforms for the transfer and use of knowledge. The study also discovers challenges such as resource constraints, skill deficiencies, and resistance to change and provides practical recommendations to mitigate these challenges. Practical recommendations point to strategic alignment, policy support, and sustainability-driven strategies in advancing SME growth in uncertain environments. This incorporation enriches literature by formulating an all-encompassing KM and DT synergy concept, guiding stakeholders on how to create effective strategies for organizational development.

Abstract

This systematic literature review synthesizes empirical evidence on the relationship between transformational leadership and innovative work behavior (IWB) across organizational contexts. Analyzing 11 high-quality studies from Scopus Q1 and Q2 journals (2018-2023), we identified three key findings: First, transformational leadership consistently enhances IWB through psychological empowerment, intellectual stimulation, and individualized consideration. Second, the strength of this relationship depends on mediators (trust, knowledge sharing) and moderators (work environment, cultural context). Third, measurement approaches for IWB vary significantly across sectors, with most studies employing quantitative methods such as the Innovation Behavior Inventory. The review reveals important geographical patterns, with substantial contributions from Asian researchers. We highlight critical gaps in current research, including inconsistent operationalization of IWB and insufficient attention to sector-specific dynamics. Our findings suggest that organizations can foster innovation by developing transformational leaders while creating supportive environments. Future research should focus on developing cross-cultural IWB measures and examining underrepresented sectors. This study contributes to leadership and innovation literature by providing a comprehensive, evidence-based framework for understanding how transformational leadership drives workplace innovation.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of employee empowerment, career opportunities, and job satisfaction on organizational performance in medium-sized companies in West Java. A quantitative approach was employed, with data collected from 350 respondents using a Likert scale (1-5) and analyzed through Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The findings reveal that employee empowerment and career opportunities significantly and positively influence organizational performance. Job satisfaction also mediates these relationships, amplifying their effects. The study underscores the importance of fostering empowerment, providing structured career development opportunities, and enhancing job satisfaction to achieve superior organizational outcomes. Practical implications suggest that medium-sized companies should adopt employee-centric strategies to enhance performance and maintain competitiveness.

Abstract

Psychological contract as a strategy based on flexibility has become a new hope in creating competitive advantages with a focus on human resources management is superior. As a concept that powerful, psychological contract be interested in researchers in the field of organizational development in exploring the influence of psychological contract on employee’s work attitude and behavior. But earlier research still gave contradictory results. In the context of managing talented employee, the psychological contract needs to focus on the key factors shaping employee resilience. This research examines the influence of psychological contracts and career resilience on organizational citizenship behavior on employees in the banking sector in Indonesia and Malaysia using structural equation modeling. This research proved the influence of psychological contract on career resilience and the influence or career on organizational citizenship behavior.

Abstract

This quantitative study investigates the impact of mental workload, quality of work life, and happiness at work on job satisfaction among prison officers at Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas IIB Pariaman (n=47). Data were collected through a survey using validated scales. Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) and Cronbach's alpha were employed to ensure the validity and reliability of the instruments. Multiple regression analysis using STATA 12 revealed that both quality of work life and happiness at work have significant positive effects on job satisfaction, while mental workload does not significantly influence it. These findings align with previous studies highlighting the importance of employee well-being in enhancing job satisfaction. Practical implications suggest that organizations should focus on improving quality of work life and fostering happiness at work to boost employee satisfaction, which can subsequently enhance organizational performance. However, mental workload should be managed carefully, considering its potential indirect impact on satisfaction.

Abstract

Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) merupakan bentuk implementasi Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi yang berorientasi pada pengabdian masyarakat berbasis pembelajaran. KKN 35 Universitas Siliwangi dilaksanakan di Desa Cipacing, Kecamatan Pagerageung, Kabupaten Tasikmalaya, yang dikenal memiliki potensi pertanian tinggi namun menghadapi tantangan berupa ketergantungan pada pupuk kimia dan ancaman serangan hama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan inovasi pertanian berkelanjutan melalui penerapan pupuk organik dan pengendalian hama mekanis dengan perangkap kuning (yellow trap). Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif melalui survei, observasi, wawancara, dan diskusi kelompok terfokus (FGD) yang melibatkan perangkat desa, petani, serta Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT). Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan pupuk organik mampu mengurangi degradasi tanah akibat pemupukan kimia, sekaligus meningkatkan kesuburan jangka panjang. Sementara itu, penerapan yellow trap terbukti efektif menekan populasi hama serangga dengan biaya rendah dan memanfaatkan bahan daur ulang. Program KKN ini mendapatkan respons positif dari masyarakat yang aktif terlibat dalam praktik dan sosialisasi. Kesimpulannya, integrasi antara pendekatan edukatif, teknologi sederhana, dan partisipasi masyarakat dapat memperkuat ketahanan pertanian desa secara adaptif, ramah lingkungan, dan berkelanjutan, sekaligus memberikan pengalaman empiris bagi mahasiswa dalam pengabdian kepada masyarakat.
