Abstract

This research’s aim is to study woman discrimination in Indonesian policy especially in Surakarta region. This study uses law sociology approach with both observation and interview as method to gather the data, while for the data analysis, it utilizes Miles & Huberman’s Interactive model that include data display, drawing conclution, and verifying. The result shows that Sukoharjo authority empowers woman through policy by establishing Dinas Pengendalian Penduduk, Keluarga Berencana dan Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak. Eventhought this special taskforce is established, the authority still facing drawbacks and one of them is the lack of stakeholders’ participation which lead to its slow development.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the social reality of religious moderation among students, especially activists from extra-campus Islamic organizations. The existence of student organizations has a strategic role in the process of building student character. In its development, Islamic student organizations are very vulnerable to being infiltrated by radical ideology. Religious higher education is the most relevant vehicle for sowing the virus of religious moderation. This study is important as material for evaluating the extent to which students respond to the mainstreaming of religious moderation echoed by the government. The results of this study indicate that students actively and continuously accept and respond to social issues and events related to religious moderation that occur on campus. It includes the process of externalization, objectification, and internalization.

Abstract

The story of Prince Samudro's tomb invites pros and cons. This arises because of the negative paradigm that developed in the community that there is trust if the wish is granted, then the visitors to Prince Samudro's grave must perform a ritual of having sex with the opposite sex but not their wife or husband 7 times in one eighty/35 days. From the negative paradigm makes the myth on Mount Kemukus an opportunity for the perpetrators of the practice of prostitution. This negative paradigm needs to be clarified so that the pilgrims are not trapped in the wrong paradigm and belief. The sex ritual at Mount Kemukus is a reality that cannot be covered. Although the Sragen Regency Government has banned the practice of such deviant behavior, the reality is that there are still ritualists who perform the sex ritual. From this reality, there needs to be an effort to straighten out the understanding of the community about the pilgrimage ritual at the tomb of Prince Samudro. One thing that can be done is by reconstructing the story of Prince Samudro so that the people know the true story about Prince Samudro. This research is a descriptive study using historical methods with the following steps: heuristics, verification, interpretation, and historiography. The research site was conducted at Gunung Kemukus, Sumber Lawang, Sragen. This study aims to (1) find out about the myths of sex rituals at Gunung Kemukus, Sumber Lawang, Sragen (2) reconstruct the true story of Prince Samudro at Gunung Kemukus, Sumber Lawang, Sragen.Keywords: Reconstruction, Prince Samudro, Myth of Sexual Rituals Kisah tentang makam Pangeran Samudro ini mengundang pro dan kontra. Hal ini muncul karena paradigma negatif yang berkembang di masyarakat bahwa adanya kepercayaan apabila ingin permohonannya terkabul, maka para pengunjung makam Pangeran Samudro harus mela­kukan suatu ritual berhubungan intim dengan lawan jenis tetapi bukan istri atau suaminya selama 7 kali dalam satu lapan/ 35 hari. Dari paradigma negatif tersebut menjadikan mitos di Gunung Kemukus menjadi peluang bagi para pelaku praktik prostitusi. Paradigma negatif ini perlu diluruskan agar para peziarah tidak terjebak dalam paradigma dan kepercayaan yang keliru. Ritual seks di Gunung Kemukus adalah kenyataan yang tidak bisa ditutupi. Meskipun Pemerintah Kabupaten Sragen sudah melarang adanya praktik perilaku menyimpang tersebut, namun realitasnya masih ada pelaku ritual yang melakukan ritual seks tersebut. Dari realitas tersebut perlu adanya upaya dalam meluruskan pemahamaman masyarakat tentang ritual ziarah di makam Pangeran Samudro. Salah satu yang bisa dilakukan adalah dengan melakukan rekonstruksi terhadap kisah Pangeran Samudro agar masyarakat mengetahui kisah yang sebenarnya tentang Pangeran Samudro. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif menggunakan metode sejarah dengan langkah-langkah sebagai berikut: heuristik, verifikasi, inter­pretasi, dan historiografi. Tempat penelitian dilaksanakan di Gunung Kemu­kus, Sumber Lawang, Sragen. Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) mengetahui tentang mitos ritual seks di Gunung  Kemukus, Sumber Lawang Kabupaten Sragen (2) merekonstruksi kisah yang sesungguhnya tentang Pangeran Samudro di Gunung Kemukus, Sumber Lawang Kabupaten Sragen.Kata Kunci: Rekonstruksi, Pangeran Samudro, Mitos Ritual Seks

Abstract

This research aims to determine the design and implementation of the Kuttab Ibnu Abbas Surakarta curriculum. This research includes qualitative field research. The method used in this research is descriptive-analytical; data is obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data is collected, condensed, analyzed, presented, and concluded. The results of this research show that: 1) The curriculum design used at Kuttab Ibnu Abbas Surakarta is The Grass Roots Model; initiatives and efforts to develop the curriculum do not come from above but from below. 2) Implementing the curriculum at Kuttab Ibnu Abbas is almost the same as elementary school-level learning, which implements the 2013 Curriculum with a thematic learning model. (Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui desain dan implementasi kurikulum Kuttab Ibnu Abbas Surakarta. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian lapangan (field research) kualitatif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini metode analisis-deskriptif, data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Data dikumpulkan, dikondensasi, dianalisis, disajikan dan disimpulkan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa; 1) Desain kurikulum yang digunakan pada Kuttab Ibnu Abbas Surakarta yaitu dengan The Grass Roots Model yaitu, inisiatif dan upaya pengembangan kurikulum, bukan datang dari atas tetapi datang dari bawah. 2) Implementasi kurikulum pada Kuttab Ibnu Abbas hampir sama dengan pembelajaran tingkat Sekolah Dasar yang menerapkan Kurikulum 2013 dengan model pembelajaran tematik.)

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji living hadis dalam fenomena seni beladiri Moosdem System (Moslem Self Defence). Mossdef System atau Moslem Self-Defence System atau lebih dikenal dengan Moslem Street Fighting merupakan sebuah sistem pembelajaran beladiri atau pertahanan diri khusus penanggulangan dini konfrontasi, aksi premanisme dan aksi kriminalitas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode field research dengan pendekatan kualitatif yang didasarkan pada data lapangan yang diperoleh dari informan dan responden dengan melakukan observasi dan wawancara. Teori fenomenologi Alfred Schutz sebagai pisau analisis yaitu Because Of Motive dan In Order to Motive untuk mengetahui sebab dan tujuan dari anggota seni beladiri Moosdef System. Adapun hadis-hadis yang hidup dalam praktik seni beladiri pada Moosdef System antara lain bermental Tauhid, mukmin yang kuat lebih baik dan lebih dicintai oleh Allah SWT, menolak aksi premanisme, berkasih sayang pada kaum muslimin, bersikap rendah hati dan tidak sombong, do'a merupakan sumber segala kekuatan dan senjata paling utama dan bertawakkal pada Allah swt.

Abstract

This research is a classroom action research that aims to increase student learning activities and achievement in the subjects of the Qur'an Hadith through the Aptitude Treatment Interaction (ATI) learning model in class VIII MTs N 6 Sragen. The data collection method used observation sheets for teacher activities, student activities, and tests to determine learning outcomes. This research was conducted in two cycles. The procedure of this research includes four stages: (1) planning, (2) implementing actions, (3) observation, (4) reflection. Data were collected by observing and testing for each cycle after being given treatment through the Aptitude Treatment Interaction (ATI) learning model. The data collected were analyzed using quantitative and qualitative analysis. The results of research cycle I and cycle II showed an increase in the student learning activity by 78% and 88%, respectively, and an increase in student achievement by 83% and 98%, respectively. The results of this study indicate that Aptitude Treatment Interaction (ATI) can be an alternative problem-solving in the classroom, especially for students who have low achievement in al-Qur'an hadith subjects.

Abstract

Bullying di lingkungan sekolah masih menjadi fenomena yang mengkhawatirkan dan berpotensi merusak perkembangan psikologis, sosial, dan spiritual peserta didik. Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) memiliki peran strategis dalam mencegah dan menanggulangi bullying melalui pembinaan akhlak mulia. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan bersama Asosiasi Guru PAI Kabupaten Sukoharjo untuk meningkatkan kapasitas guru PAI dalam membangun karakter anti-bullying melalui pendekatan psiko-spiritual. Metode yang digunakan meliputi analisis kebutuhan, pelatihan, pendampingan, dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan guru PAI dalam penanganan bullying, perubahan pendekatan pembelajaran yang lebih integratif, serta indikasi penurunan perilaku bullying di sekolah peserta program. Pendekatan psiko-spiritual terbukti relevan untuk membentuk kesadaran moral dan empati siswa secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to examine the philosophy of positivism as proposed by Auguste Comte and to explore how his philosophical ideas have influenced the development of the Islamic education paradigm in Indonesia. This study is a type of library research, involving a series of activities related to data collection from literature, reading, note-taking, and processing research materials. The findings of this study indicate that the positivistic approach can strengthen the development of research methodology in Islamic education without neglecting spiritual values and divine revelation. Although the philosophy of positivism has not succeeded in eliminating the role of religion in human life, the thinking paradigm it offers has contributed to shifting the orientation of Islamic education in higher education institutions from a theological approach to a more integrative one. The relevance of positivism is evident in educational research and the integration of Islamic sciences, making it selectively applicable as a methodological tool to enrich the academic discourse of Islamic education in the modern era.

Abstract

Abstract The methods of maintaining the memorization of the Qur'an which have so far not provided and alternative solution to the huffāẓ to maintain the recitation of the Qur'an easily, practically, systematically, flexibly and in accordance with the Sunnah of the Prophet, so that not a few huffs have difficulty in maintaining their memorization. Ma'had Tahfiẓul Qur'an Abu Bakr Ash Shidiq Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta offers a method of maintaining the memorization of the Qur'an easily, practical, systematic, flexible and in accordance with the sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad, namely the famī bisyauqin method. This research is a study that uses a qualitative descriptive approach, carried out in Ma'had Tahfidzul Qur'an Abu Bakar ash-Shidqi Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. The research subjects are mudir ma’had and huffāẓ. The purpose of this research is to find out the implementation of the famī bisyauqin method, the supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of the famī bisyauqin method, and the advantages and disadvantages of the implementation of the famī bisyauqin method in maintaining the memorization of the Qur'an at huffāẓ in the ma'had tahfidzul Qur'an Abu Bakar ash -Shidiq Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. Keywords: Fami Bisyauqin's method, Maintaining the Hafalan al-Qur'an, Huffāẓ Abstrak Metode-metode memelihara hafalan al-Qur’ān yang ada selama ini belum memberikan solusi alternatif kepada para huffāẓ untuk mempertahankan hafalan al-Qur’ān secara mudah, praktis, sistematis, fleksibel dan sesuai sunnah Rasulullah SAW. Ma’had Tahfiẓul Qur’an Abu Bakar Ash Shidiq Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta menawarkan metode dalam memelihara hafalan al-Qur’ān secara mudah, praktis, sistematis, fleksibel dan sesuai sunnah Rasulullah SAW, yaitu metode famī bisyauqin. Peneletian ini merupakan penelitian yang menggunakan pendekatan secara kualitatif deskriptif, dilaksanakan di Ma’had Tahfidzul Qur’an Abu Bakar ash-Shidqi Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. Subyek penelitiannya adalah mudir ma’had dan huffāẓ. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui implementasi metode famī bisyauqin, faktor pendukung dan penghambat implementasi metode famī bisyauqin, dan kelebihan dan kekurangan dari implementasi metode famī bisyauqin dalam memelihara hafalan al-Qur’ān pada huffāẓ di ma’had tahfidzul Qur’an Abu Bakar ash-Shidiq Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta.
