Abstract

The main purpose  of this research was to find out the influence of cooperative games to increase the social skill of kindergarten students. In addition, this research was conducted to identify the difference between the social skill of those who received the treatment, and those who did not.The research subjects were 28 kindergarten students from B class  or Big Zero, age 5-6 years old. Random assigment was applied to assign the subjects into experimental group (14 students) and control group (14 students). The social skill was measured by social skill scale.Pretest – Posttest Control Group Design was used as the experimental design of this research, and the data were analyzed by t – Test. The result showed  there was a highly significant difference between the social skill of the experimental group and the control group (t = 10,191 ; p = 0,000). The experimental group showed higher social skill (Mean = 111,857) than the control group (Mean = 53,893).According to the research result, the cooperative games was effective in increasing the social skill of kindergarten students.

Abstract

The problems faced by partners are the lack of children's interest in reading and the lack of library facilities other than school libraries that are specifically available for children. So that the purpose of this service is to increase children's interest in learning and at the same time facilitate children to be able to use the library around them by providing classroom reading programs. The library was the Emha Ainun Najib (EAN) library in Kadipiro Yogyakarta City which is provided for the general public. This dedication means a lot to children and the local librarian. Children live around the EAN library were more enthusiastic to come and read books in the library. This was due to the pleasant library layout supported by interesting books. This activity was also able to respond to children's curiosity to be more interested in reading so that literacy increases. This service recommends that children's reading rooms need attention, including the types of books that need to be adjusted according to age.

Abstract

Bullying di lingkungan sekolah masih menjadi fenomena yang mengkhawatirkan dan berpotensi merusak perkembangan psikologis, sosial, dan spiritual peserta didik. Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) memiliki peran strategis dalam mencegah dan menanggulangi bullying melalui pembinaan akhlak mulia. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan bersama Asosiasi Guru PAI Kabupaten Sukoharjo untuk meningkatkan kapasitas guru PAI dalam membangun karakter anti-bullying melalui pendekatan psiko-spiritual. Metode yang digunakan meliputi analisis kebutuhan, pelatihan, pendampingan, dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan guru PAI dalam penanganan bullying, perubahan pendekatan pembelajaran yang lebih integratif, serta indikasi penurunan perilaku bullying di sekolah peserta program. Pendekatan psiko-spiritual terbukti relevan untuk membentuk kesadaran moral dan empati siswa secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

The problem of weak communication between members is a major challenge in the Karang Taruna organization of the Ikatan Bina Karya Remaja of Daleman Hamlet. The focus of this service is to strengthen organizational capacity through training in organizational management and communication. The purpose of this activity is to increase the effectiveness of the Youth Organization's role as a forum for youth empowerment. The method used is Participatory Action Research (PAR) with participatory observation techniques, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The implementation strategy includes problem identification, action planning, training implementation, and evaluation and reflection. The results showed an increase in the managerial skills of the board, the formation of an effective communication system between members, and strengthening collaboration in empowerment programs. This training proves that strengthening organizational capacity through a participatory approach can create positive and sustainable changes in the structure and dynamics of Youth Organization.

Abstract

Sibling rivalry merupakan salah satu permasalahan yang terjadi dalam keluarga, yaitu persaingan yang terjadi pada hubungan kakak dan adik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sibling rivalry dalam perspektif Islam. Penelitian ini bercorak kajian literature, artinya sumber datanya berasal dari bahan-bahan tertulis seputar topik yang dibahas. al- Qur’an sebagai objek kajian, sehingga sumber rujukan utama dan pertamanya mushaf al-Qur’an, dengan fokus pada ayat yang berbicara tentang sibling rivalry terdapat dalam al Qur’an Surah al Mai’dah ayat : 27-31 yang bercerita tentang kisah Habil dan Qabil. Berdasarkan konsep Islam yang dimaksud denga sibling rivalry adalah 1). al-Ukhuwwah Islamiyyah atau persaudaraan dalam Islam, 2) al-ukhuwwah an-nasaliyyah atau persaudaraan keluarga, 3) al-Ukhuwwah al-Wathaniyyah atau persaudaraan sebangsa dan 4) al-Ukhuwwah al-Basyariyyah atau persaudaraan sesama manusia. Persaudaraan yang dimaksudkan adalah bukan menurut ikatan geneologi, tapi menurut ikatan iman dan agama. Sehingga dalam pengertiannya mempunyai konsep persaudaraan yang beragam, karena dalam al Qur’an penjelasan tentang persaudaraan berbeda sesuai dengan konteks sebuah ayat. Kata Kunci: sibling rivalry, psikologi, Islam, persaudaraan, keluarga
