Abstract

The hydrometeorological disaster that occurred in several places in Aceh at the end of 2025 caused a major impact on the continuity of the education sector , especially in terms of access , continuity of learning , and quality of infrastructure . Damage to school facilities and infrastructure and disruption to student mobility made education a public issue that requires fast , adaptive , and measurable policy intervention . As an innovative response , in 2026 a support program for 1.2 million e-learning PINs was launched , initiated by the Police Science College (STIK) of the Indonesian National Police Education and Training Institute (Lemdiklat Polri) in collaboration with the I Love My Country Indonesia (ILMCI) Group, with distribution support by the Aceh Regional Police and technical follow-up by the Aceh Education Office. This program is aimed at affected areas , especially in Aceh Singkil Regency and Lhokseumawe City , with a target of 362,617 students in 2,805 schools from elementary to high school levels . This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the e - learning PIN assistance policy that functions to support the recovery of the education sector after the disaster . The method used is a qualitative descriptive qualitative approach by conducting Literature review . The findings of this study indicate that this policy plays an important role in supporting the sustainability of learning and expanding access to digital education . However , its implementation still faces several challenges , such as a lack of adequate infrastructure , minimal preparation of the workforce , and less than optimal coordination between sectors . This finding is in line with the views on policy implementation explained by George C. Edward III, highlighting that communication , resources , attitudes , and bureaucratic organization play a crucial role in determining the success of a policy.

Abstract

Burung rangkong (Bucerotidae) di Kalimantan Barat mengalami penurunan populasi akibat degradasi habitat dan tingginya tekanan antropogenik. Penelitian ini bertujuan merangkum kondisi populasi, karakteristik ekologi, serta aspek sosial-budaya yang mempengaruhi konservasi rangkong melalui tinjauan literatur. Kajian dilakukan menggunakan metode studi pustaka terhadap 7 artikel ilmiah terbitan 2021-2025 yang relevan dengan populasi, sarang, habitat, dan persepsi masyarakat. Hasil tinjauan menunjukkan terdapat 8 spesies rangkong di Kalimantan Barat dengan dua spesies berstatus sangat terancam, termasuk Rhinoplax vigil (CR). Kepadatan populasi di Taman Nasional Bukit Baka Bukit Raya dilaporkan sangat rendah, yaitu 0,25-1,5 individu/km², sedangkan inventarisasi jenis menunjukkan 4-5 spesies per lokasi penelitian. Sebanyak 18 sarang aktif teridentifikasi, dengan 72% ditemukan pada pohon famili Dipterocarpaceae berdiameter >90 cm dan tinggi 30-50 m. Sumber pakan utama didominasi Ficus sp. (muncul di 100% literatur), diikuti Myristica sp. (42%). Dari aspek sosial, 80% responden mengakui masih adanya perburuan rangkong dan 61% generasi muda tidak memahami nilai budayanya. Kesimpulan menunjukkan bahwa keberlangsungan rangkong sangat bergantung pada ketersediaan pohon sarang besar, ketersediaan pakan, dan dukungan budaya lokal. Upaya konservasi perlu memprioritaskan perlindungan habitat kritis, penguatan hutan adat, serta edukasi berbasis budaya.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of gamification learning methods on fifth-grade elementary school students' learning motivation in Civics Education (PKN) at Kassi-Kassi Elementary School. This study used a quantitative method with a pre-experimental design (one group pretest-posttest), where the experiment was conducted in one class with the same subject. Data were collected through learning motivation questionnaires administered before (pretest) and after (posttest) the implementation of the gamification method, supported by observation and documentation. The results showed an increase in student learning motivation after the implementation of gamification, as indicated by an increase in the average motivation score on the posttest compared to the pretest. Thus, it can be concluded that the gamification learning method has a positive influence on fifth-grade students' learning motivation in Civics.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between participation in the Traditional Sports Games course and the mental well-being of students in the Primary Teacher Education Program (PGSD) at Universitas Negeri Makassar (UNM). The study used a quantitative approach with an explanatory correlational design involving 206 PGSD UNM students who were taking or had completed the Traditional Sports Games course. The research instruments used the WHO-5 Well-Being Index to measure mental well-being and a participation questionnaire based on a lecture enthusiasm scale. Data analysis used Pearson correlation and simple linear regression at a significance level of 0.05. Results showed that the majority of students (55.3%) were in the 'sometimes' category of lecture enthusiasm, while 27.7% were in the 'rarely' category. There is a positive and significant relationship between the intensity of participation in traditional sports games courses and students' mental well-being. Traditional games that are collaborative, enjoyable, and contain local cultural values have proven to be effective as a promotive strategy for mental health in the university environment.
