Abstract

PT Mitra Antar Putra has a sales division which applies personal selling to market PT. Mitra Antar Putra currently has 2 departments, namely Inbound Acquisition and Outbound Acquisition where each department has a unit/team. Personal selling activities by the sales department. The focus of this research is how to explain current strategies, conditions, and alternative personal selling strategies. This comprehensive method uses qualitative methods, and the techniques used are interviews, documentation, observation, analytical methods used for data collection, data reduction and data display. Based on research by PT Mitra Antar Putra using the reach, meet and close strategy, through various strategies that have been compiled in the SWOT table, 3 alternative strategies were selected according to the form of creating new features that did not exist, evaluating the form of promo and the results to create a new promotion, overhauling the rules special or new for the Sales Team to acquire equally in each category. Based on the personal selling strategy, the alternative strategy "revises special or new rules for the Sales Team to acquire equally in each category.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of promotion and price on purchase satisfaction for Luwak Whitee Coffee products at Pondok Aren Distributors. The method used is a quantitative method. The sampling technique used Slovin sampling and a sample of 99 respondents was obtained from a total population of 9388 agent shops in a year. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficients, coefficients of determination, and hypothesis tests. The results of this research were that the hypothesis test obtained a calculated t value > t table or (9,531 > 1.984). Then promotion and price simultaneously have a significant effect on purchase satisfaction with the regression equation Y = 7,728 + 0.236X1 + 0.511X2. . The value of the coefficient of determination or contribution of influence is simultaneously equal, while the remainder is (100-52.3%) = 47.7% influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained a calculated F value > F table or (6,499 < 1.984).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how customer satisfaction at Ubasyada Cooperative in Pasar Ciputat, Tangerang Selatan, is influenced, both partially and simultaneously, by service quality and corporate image. Quantitative technique is the approach employed. Customers of Ubasyada Cooperative in Pasar Ciputat Tangerang Selatan made up the study's population. Probability sampling, which makes use of the Slovin formula, was the sample strategy employed. There were 97 responders in the research sample. Based on the study's findings, it can be said that customer satisfaction is positively and significantly impacted by service quality, as evidenced by the T_count value> T_table or (13.300> 1.986) with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. Customer satisfaction is positively impacted by corporate image, as seen by the value of T_count > T_table, or (12.093 > 1.986), with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. Customer satisfaction is positively and significantly impacted by service quality and corporate image, as evidenced by the values of F_count > F_table or (99.944 > 3.090) with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. The regression effect of service quality and company image on customer satisfaction is Y = 8.282 + 0.322 X1 + 0.482 X2.
