Abstract

Students Cooperation (Kopma) which was still difficult to improve the welfare of its members was one factor influencing the low interest of students to be the members of Kopma. The objective of this study was to know and understand the factors that affect the interest of cooperation economics education students to become the members of Kopma.The population of the study were the 2nd semester of Cooperation Economics Education students. The data used in this research was the primary data obtained from the respondents directly. The data collections were students knowledge about Kopma, the benefits of Kopma and the Cooperation Subject. The data analysis was logit analysis with likelihood maximum method. The result of analysis using 5% significance level was that students’ knowledge about Kopma, the benefits of Kopma, and good understanding of Cooperative Subjects gave the positive effect to students interest to be the members of Kopma in Semarang State University (Unnes) for Cooperation Economics Education students.

Abstract

The cooperation can be superior to another business entity by providing good quality services and qualify in managing the cooperation and give the encouragement toward members as well as deliver good impression and gaining the conviction that cooperation member’s have in meeting the level of member’s satisfaction. There are several questioning of this research such as (1) Is there any influence quality of  services, the capability of managerial boards, the motivation and image of cooperation’s members in satisfying them either partially or simultaneously? (2) How much the influence quality of services, the capability of managerial boards, the motivation and image of cooperation’s members in satisfying them either partially or simultaneously? Then, here are the objectives that can fully support this research in order to research questions above such as (1) To determine the effects quality of services, the capability of managerial boards, the motivation and image of cooperation’s members in satisfying them either partially or simultaneously? And (2) To determine the influence quality of services, the capability of managerial boards, the motivation and image of cooperation’s members in satisfying them either partially or simultaneously? The population of this research was the whole number of The Wahana Artha Nugraha Cooperation’s Members Semarang with the total was thirty eight members. The number of sample is all entire amount of population. The research methodology in collecting data of this research used questionnaires and documentation. Also the analysis methodology of this research used descriptive and inferential statistical analysis.The result of this research showed that there was significant quality of services, the capability of managerial boards, the motivation and image of cooperation’s members in satisfying them directly with the amount 61.1%. Meanwhile, the partially showed that the amount quality of services was 18.92%, the capability of managerial boards was 26.52%, the influencing motivation members was 15.52%, and the cooperation image showed 23.3% in order to meet the satisfaction of cooperation members.Therefore, based on the satisfaction of cooperation members result of this researchcan be concluded that there was still significant quality of services, the capability of managerial boards, the motivation and image of cooperation’s members in satisfying them either partially or simultaneously.

Abstract

Tujuan yang hendak dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah penggunaan metode (PQ4R) dapat   meningkatkan hasil belajar dan aktivitas belajar siswa kelas X SMA PGRI Gumelar Kab. Banyumas tahun pelajaran 2011/2012 dan untuk mengetahui apakah penggunaan metode (PQ4R) lebih efektif dibandingkan dengan metode konvensional. Adapun hipotesis dalam penelitian ini adalah penggunaan metode (PQ4R) pada mata pelajaran IPS ekonomi satndar kompetensi uang dan lembaga keuangan efektif untuk  dapat  meningkatkan hasil belajar dan aktivitas belajar siswa kelas X SMA PGRI Gumelar Kab. Banyumas tahun pelajaran 2011/2012. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa, penggunaan metode (PQ4R) lebih efektif daripada metode konvensional pada pembelajaran IPS ekonomi standar kompetensi uang dan lembaga keuangan pada siswa kelas X SMA PGRI Gumelar kab. Banyumas tahun pelajaran 2011/2012. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan dari nilai rata – rata post test untuk kelas eksperimen sebesar 78,57 dan kelas kontrol sebesar 75,31.       Simpulan dalam penelitian ini yaitu penggunaan metode (PQ4R) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar dan aktivitas siswa, dan lebih efektif dibandingkan metode konvensional terhadap hasil belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran IPS ekonomi standar kompetensi uang dan lembaga keuangan pada siswa kelas X SMA PGRI Gumelar kabupaten Banyumas tahun pelajaran 2011/2012. Saran dalam penelitian ini yaitu pembelajaran dengan model pembelajaran (PQ4R) dapat dijadikan sebagai alternatif pembelajaran bagi guru dalam rangka menambah variasi model mengajar karena efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar dan aktivitas siswa, perlu adanya belajar kelompok yang efektif untuk melatih tingkat sosial siswa, dan perlu adanya penelitian lebih lanjut dalam rangka untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar dan aktivitas siswa. Goals to be achieved in this study was to determine whether the use of the method (PQ4R) can improve learning outcomes and learning activities of high school class X PGRI Gumelar Kabupaten Banyumas school year 2011/2012 and to determine whether the use of the method (PQ4R) is more effective than conventional methods. The hypothesis in this study is the use of the method (PQ4R) in the subject economic IPS satndar competence money and financial institutions effectively to improve learning outcomes and learning activities of high school class X PGRI Gumelar Kab. Banyumas school year 2011/2012. The results showed that, using method (PQ4R) is more effective than conventional methods in teaching social studies standards of competence of the money economy and financial institutions in class X PGRI Gumelar school districts. Banyumas school year 2011/2012. This can be evidenced from the average - average post test for the experimental class at 78.57 and 75.31 for the control class. The conclusions in this study is the use of the method (PQ4R) can improve learning outcomes and student activities, and more effective than conventional methods of student learning outcomes in social studies learning standards of competence of the money economy and financial institutions in class X PGRI Gumelar school districts. Banyumas school year 2011/2012. Suggestions in this research that learning with learning models (PQ4R) can make as an alternative learning for teachers in order to increase the variety of teaching models as effective in improving student learning outcomes and activities, the need for effective group learning to train the students' social level, and the need for further research in order to improve learning outcomes and student activities.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja, fasilitas kerja, tingkat pendidikan dan kepemimpinan terhadap pengelolaan kearsipan di kantor kecamatan Wiradesa Kabupaten Pekalongan baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai kantor kecamatan Wiradesa sebanyak 57 pegawai. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode kuesioner, observasi, dokumentasi dan interview. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis inferensial. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa persamaan garis regresi linier berganda yaitu Y = 34.975 + 0.210X1 + 0.358X2 + 0.472X3 + 0.179X4 + e. Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan besarnya pengaruh secara parsial disiplin kerja sebesar 8.6%, besarnya pengaruh fasilitas kerja sebesar 8.9%, besarnya pengaruh tingkat pendidikan sebesar 10.6%, dan besarnya pengaruh kepemimpinan sebesar 8.7%. Sedangkan secara simultan disiplin kerja, fasilitas kerja, tingkat pendidikan dan kepemimpinan sebesar 79.2%.. Berdasarkan hasil observasi menunjukkan bahwa prestasi belajar kewirausahaan siswa kelas X Tata Niaga SMK N 1 Salatiga kurang optimal. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah adakah pengaruh kompetensi pedagogik dan disiplin belajar secara bersama-sama terhadap prestasi belajar kewirausahaan. Adakah pengaruh positif kompetensi pedagogik dan disiplin belajar serta motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi belajar kewirausahaan. Selanjutnya adakah pengaruh positif kompetensi pedagogik dan disiplin belajar melalui motivasi belajar sebagai variabel intervening terhadap prestasi belajar kewirausahaan.Base observation at SMK N 1 Salatiga, known that haven't all student on ten grade Commerce reach the high score in learning achievement of entrepreneurial. Problem in this research is about influence pedagogic competence of teachers and discipline learning jointly toward learning achievement of entrepreneurial. Pedagogic competence of teachers and discipline learning and learning motivation toward learning achievement of entrepreneurial. Influence Pedagogic competence of teachers and discipline learning through learning motivation as an intervening variable toward learning achievement of entrepreneurial .The population of this study used the entire class of Ten Grade Commerce Student SMK N 1 Salatiga, it consisted of 75 students. This study did not use research sample, but it examined the entire population. The variable in this study was the independent variable of pedagogic competence of teachers (X1), discipline learning (X2), motivation to learn as an intervening variable (Y1) and learning achievement (Y2) as the dependent variable. Data collection methods : documentation and questionnaires or questionnaires. Methods of data analysis was descriptive analysis and analysis of the percentage of test paths ( path analysis ).

Abstract

Layanan pendidikan merupakan jasa yang diberikan oleh pihak penyedia jasa atau sekolah kepada siswa. Kualitas layanan pendidikan dapat diketahui dengan cara membandingkan persepsi dan ekpektasi siswa terhadap layanan pendidikan yang benar-benar mereka peroleh selama proses pendidikan yang di tempuh di sekolah. Pemasalahan penelitian ini adalah bagaimanakah kualitas layanan pendidikan di SMK Muhammadiyah Batang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kualitas layanan pendidikan di SMK Muhammadiyah Batang.  Populasi dalam penelitian adalah seluruh siswa SMK Muhammadiyah Batang sebanyak 79 siswa dan sampel dalam penelitian adalah seluruh populasi yang berjumlah 79 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode kuesioner. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah item-by-item gap analysis dan dimention-by-dimention gap analysis. Hasil deskripsi variabel penelitian menunjukkan variabel ekspektasi siswa dalam kategori tinggi dan variabel persepsi siswa dalam kategori memuaskan. Hasil penelitian di peroleh informasi bahwa dari lima dimensi kualitas layanan (bukti fisik, kehandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan dan empati) semuanya memiliki nilai negatif yaitu nilai persepsi lebih rendah dari nilai ekspektasinya. Artinya layanan pendidikan yang harapkan siswa belum dipenuhi oleh sekolah.Educational services are the services provided by the service provider or school to the students. The quality of education services can be determined by comparing the perceptions and expectations of students with education services that actually they acquired during the educational process in the school. The problem of this research is how the quality of education services in Muhammadiyah Vocational High School-Batang. The purpose of this research is to determine the quality of education services in the Muhammadiyah Vocational High School-Batang. The population in the study were all students of Muhammadiyah Vocational High. School Batang and the sample in the research is the whole population of which consisted of 79 students. Data collection method that is used was a questionnaire method. The method of analysis data used were item-by-item gap analysis and dimention by dimention gap analysis. The results of a description of research variable showed that variable of students expectations in the high category and the variable of students perceptions in a satisfactory category. The results of the research obtained information that of five dimensions of services quality (tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy) all of which have a negative value that is perceptions value lower than the value of expectations. It means education services that students expected have not been fulfilled by the school.

Abstract

Koperasi untuk mencapai tujuannya membutuhkan peran anggota melalui partisipasi. Partisipasi anggota dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, diantara adalah pendidikan perkoperasian dan kualitas pelayanan. Hasil observasi menunjukkan bahwa partisipasi anggota KUD Karya Mina Kota Tegal masih rendah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) Mengetahui adakah pengaruh pengaruh pendidikan perkoperasian secara parsial terhadap partisipasi anggota KUD Karya Mina Kota Tegal, (2) Mengetahui adakah pengaruh kualitas pelayanan secara parsial terhadap partisipasi anggota KUD Karya Mina Kota Tegal, (3) Mengetahui adakah pengaruh pendidikan perkoperasian dan kualitas pelayanan secara simultan terhadap partisipasi anggota KUD Karya Mina Kota Tegal. Populasi penelitian anggota KUD Karya Mina Kota Tegal berjumlah 3667 orang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik wilayah secara acak atau area probability random sampling dengan jumlah total sampel 98 responden yang terbagi dalam 12 kelompok nelayan. Variabel dalam penelitian ini meliputi variabel bebas yaitu pendidikan perkoperasian (X1), kualitas pelayanan (X2), dan Partisipasi Anggota (Y) sebagai variabel terikat. Metode pengumpulan data : dokumentasi dan angket. Metode analisis data yaitu analisis deskriptif persentase dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan pendidikan perkoperasian terhadap partisipasi anggota dengan nilai thitung sebesar 3,063 dengan sig = 0,000<0,05. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kualitas pelayanan terhadap partisipasi anggota dengan nilai thitung sebesar 0,503 dengan sig = 0,000<0,05. Secara bersama-sama terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan pendidikan perkoperasian dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap partisipasi anggota dengan nilai Fhitung sebesar 13,404 dengan nilai signifikasi 0,000<0,05 dan nilai R2 sebesar 0,220 To achieve the goal, cooperative requires members role through participation. Member participation is influenced by several factors, they are cooperatives education and the service quality. The purpose of this study is (1) to know if there any influence of cooperative education partially on the participation of members of KUD Karya Mina Tegal City, (2) to know if there any influence of service quality partially to the participation of cooperative members KUD Karya Mina Tegal City, (3) to know if there any influence of cooperative education and the service quality simultaneously to the participation of KUD Karya Mina Tegal City members. The populations of cooperative members KUD Karya Mina Tegal City are 3667 people. Sampling using area probability random sampling with a total sample of 98 respondents consisted of 12 fisherman groups. The variables in this study include free variables of cooperation education (X1), service quality (X2), and Member participation (Y) as the dependent variable. Method of data collection: documentation and questionnaire. The method of data analysis is descriptive analysis and the percentage of multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that there is a positive and significant effect of cooperative education on the members participation with tobserved = 3,063 with sig = 0,000<0,05 and there is a positive and significant effect of quality service on the members participation with tobserved = 0,503 with sig = 0,000<0,05. Simultaneously, there are positive and significant effect of cooperative education and quality service on the members participation with Fobserved = 13,404 with significant value 0,000<0,05 and R2 = 0,220.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Modal Sendiri dan Current Ratio secara parsial terhadap SHU pada KPRI di Kota Semarang. Untuk menjawab tujuan dari penelitian ini maka digunakan alat analisis regresi linier berganda. Pada analisis regresi linier berganda, dilakukan uji asumsi klasik yang terdiri dari uji autokorelasi, uji multikolinieritas, dan uji heteroskedastisitas. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan program SPSS 16.0 for windows. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Modal Sendiri dan Current Ratio secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Sisa Hasil Usaha (SHU). Hasil analisis secara parsial, Modal Sendiri berpengaruh positif terhadap Sisa Hasil Usaha (SHU), dan Current Ratio tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Sisa Hasil Usaha (SHU).This research goal is to analys the influence of own marketing finacial and current ratio in partially to the SHU on KPRI Semarang city. To answer the goal of this research, multiple linear regression analysis tool is used. In multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption tests are used, they are autocorrelation test, multicolinierity test, and heteroskedasitisity test. The hypothesis test of this research uses SPSS 16.0 software. This research result is to show how own marketing financial and current ratio simultaneously are significant influences to marketing outcome result (SHU). The partial analysis result shown own marketing finance positively influence to marketing outcome result (SHU) and current ratio isn’t give significant influence to marketing outcome result (SHU).

Abstract

Penilaian kesehatan pada Koperasi Karyawan Pura Group menunjukkan kategori “CUKUP SEHAT” dengan skor terlemah pada aspek manajemen. Hal ini mengindikasikan adanya kelemahan dalam manajemen Koperasi Karyawan Pura Group.Manajemen berkaitan dengan Sumber Daya Manusia Koperasi (SDMK), sehingga penelitian ditujukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran dari Sumber Daya Manusia Koperasi (SDMK).Metode penelitian yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan peran manajer Koperasi adalah; (a) membuat kebijakan yang disetujui oleh pengurus; (b) mengelola modal dan asset yang dimiliki Koperasi; (c) menjaga komunikasi dengan anggota Koperasi dan karyawan dibawahnya, dan (d) mengawasi dan menilai prestasi kerja karyawan-karyawan Koperasi. Sedangkan peran karyawan Koperasi adalah: (a) berkompetensi dalam pekerjaan yang dilakukan; (b) memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang efektif; (c) memiliki kesopanan dalam interaksinya di dalam Koperasi, dan (d) memahami kebutuhan anggota Koperasi. Dan peran anggota Koperasi adalah: (a) memenuhi semua kewajiban dan melunasi segala pembayaran kepada Koperasi, dan (b) mematuhi keputusan mayoritas atau menaati keputusan yang dihasilkan dalam Rapat Anggota Tahunan.Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah peran SDM Koperasi Karyawan Pura Group masih belum optimal jika dibandingkan dengan potensi yang ada. Hal tersebut dikarenakan lemahnya pengelolaan manajerial Koperasi dan lampiran-lampiran yang mendukung penilaian kesehatan Koperasi tidak terdokumentasi dengan jelas. Cooperative health assessment conducted in Cooperative Employees of Pura Group showed the achievement of the category "HEALTHY ENOUGH". The weakest scores is in the aspect of management. This indicates weaknesses in its management which related to Human Resources Cooperative. This research aimed to find out how the role of the Human Resources Cooperative. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative and done by observation, interview and documentation. Results from the study showed the role of managers Cooperative are; (a) create an operational policy approved by the board; (b) managing capital and assets owned cooperatives; (c) maintain communication with cooperative members and employees below, and (d) monitor and assess the performance of employees Cooperative. Then the role of employees Cooperative are: (a) competent in the work performed; (b) have effective communication skills; (c) have the decency in his interactions in the Cooperative, and (d) understand the needs of cooperative members. And the role of cooperative members are: (a) fulfill all obligations and settle all payments to cooperatives, and (b) abide by the majority decision or comply with the decision resulting in the Annual Member Meeting.The conclusion from this study showed that the human resources’ role is unoptimal. This is due to a weak managerial Cooperative and the appendices that support in decreasing score of health cooperative assessment is not well documented.

Hal ini dapat dibuktikan dari nilai rata – rata post test untuk kelas eksperimen sebesar 78,57 dan kelas kontrol sebesar 75,31.       Simpulan dalam penelitian ini yaitu penggunaan metode (PQ4R) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar dan aktivitas siswa, dan lebih efektif dibandingkan metode konvensional terhadap hasil belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran IPS ekonomi standar kompetensi uang dan lembaga keuangan pada siswa kelas X SMA PGRI Gumelar kabupaten Banyumas tahun pelajaran 2011/2012. Saran dalam penelitian ini yaitu pembelajaran dengan model pembelajaran (PQ4R) dapat dijadikan sebagai alternatif pembelajaran bagi guru dalam rangka menambah variasi model mengajar karena efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar dan aktivitas siswa, perlu adanya belajar kelompok yang efektif untuk melatih tingkat sosial siswa, dan perlu adanya penelitian lebih lanjut dalam rangka untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar dan aktivitas siswa. Goals to be achieved in this study was to determine whether the use of the method (PQ4R) can improve learning outcomes and learning activities of high school class X PGRI Gumelar Kabupaten Banyumas school year 2011/2012 and to determine whether the use of the method (PQ4R) is more effective than conventional methods. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja, fasilitas kerja, tingkat pendidikan dan kepemimpinan terhadap pengelolaan kearsipan di kantor kecamatan Wiradesa Kabupaten Pekalongan baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai kantor kecamatan Wiradesa sebanyak 57 pegawai. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode kuesioner, observasi, dokumentasi dan interview. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis inferensial. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa persamaan garis regresi linier berganda yaitu Y = 34.975 + 0.210X1 + 0.358X2 + 0.472X3 + 0.179X4 + e. Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan besarnya pengaruh secara parsial disiplin kerja sebesar 8.6%, besarnya pengaruh fasilitas kerja sebesar 8.9%, besarnya pengaruh tingkat pendidikan sebesar 10.6%, dan besarnya pengaruh kepemimpinan sebesar 8.7%. Sedangkan secara simultan disiplin kerja, fasilitas kerja, tingkat pendidikan dan kepemimpinan sebesar 79.2%.. Berdasarkan hasil observasi menunjukkan bahwa prestasi belajar kewirausahaan siswa kelas X Tata Niaga SMK N 1 Salatiga kurang optimal. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah adakah pengaruh kompetensi pedagogik dan disiplin belajar secara bersama-sama terhadap prestasi belajar kewirausahaan. Adakah pengaruh positif kompetensi pedagogik dan disiplin belajar serta motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi belajar kewirausahaan. Selanjutnya adakah pengaruh positif kompetensi pedagogik dan disiplin belajar melalui motivasi belajar sebagai variabel intervening terhadap prestasi belajar kewirausahaan.Base observation at SMK N 1 Salatiga, known that haven't all student on ten grade Commerce reach the high score in learning achievement of entrepreneurial. Problem in this research is about influence pedagogic competence of teachers and discipline learning jointly toward learning achievement of entrepreneurial. This study did not use research sample, but it examined the entire population. The variable in this study was the independent variable of pedagogic competence of teachers (X1), discipline learning (X2), motivation to learn as an intervening variable (Y1) and learning achievement (Y2) as the dependent variable. Data collection methods : documentation and questionnaires or questionnaires. Methods of data analysis was descriptive analysis and analysis of the percentage of test paths ( path analysis ).
