Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat penguasaan teknik dasar bola tangan pada siswa SMA Negeri 14 Gowa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 30 siswa putra dari program ekstrakurikuler olahraga yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan tes keterampilan teknik dasar bola tangan yang meliputi teknik passing, catching, dribbling, dan shooting. Teknik analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif dengan perhitungan persentase dan pengkategorian hasil. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat penguasaan teknik dasar bola tangan pada siswa SMA Negeri 14 Gowa berada pada kategori sedang dengan rata-rata skor 68,5 persen. Secara spesifik, teknik passing mencapai 72 persen kategori baik, teknik catching 70 persen kategori baik, teknik dribbling 65 persen kategori sedang, dan teknik shooting 67 persen kategori sedang. Hasil ini mengindikasikan bahwa siswa memerlukan program latihan tambahan untuk meningkatkan penguasaan teknik dasar bola tangan khususnya pada teknik dribbling dan shooting.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas strategi super-sub dalam mengubah momentum pertandingan pada tim sepak bola SMAN 8 Makassar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif deskriptif dengan teknik observasi pertandingan sebanyak 15 pertandingan selama kompetisi liga sekolah tahun 2024. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi sistematis terhadap pola pergantian pemain, waktu pergantian, dan dampaknya terhadap hasil pertandingan. Teknik analisis menggunakan uji chi-square dan koefisien Cramer's V untuk menentukan hubungan antara waktu substitusi dan hasil pertandingan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 58,3% pergantian pemain taktis memiliki dampak positif terhadap hasil pertandingan, terutama pergantian yang dilakukan antara menit ke-60 hingga ke-75 (tingkat efektivitas 65,4%). Substitusi ofensif memiliki tingkat keberhasilan lebih tinggi (61,2%) dibandingkan substitusi defensif (52,8%). Strategi super-sub paling efektif diamati ketika tim tertinggal satu gol, dengan tingkat keberhasilan 42,8% dalam mengubah hasil akhir. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa ketepatan waktu dan pemilihan pemain dalam menerapkan strategi super-sub berpengaruh signifikan terhadap momentum pertandingan dan hasil akhir.

Abstract

Kegiatan sosialisasi dan pelatihan olahraga sepak takraw pada mahasiswa STKIP YPUP Makassar ini bertujuan untuk mengenalkan serta meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan mahasiswa terhadap salah satu cabang olahraga tradisional yang memiliki nilai budaya dan sportivitas tinggi. Sepak takraw, meskipun memiliki potensi besar sebagai olahraga prestasi di tingkat nasional dan internasional, masih kurang dikenal di kalangan mahasiswa. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dalam bentuk penyampaian materi teori mengenai sejarah, peraturan, serta teknik dasar sepak takraw, yang kemudian dilanjutkan dengan sesi praktik langsung di lapangan. Metode yang digunakan mencakup ceramah interaktif, demonstrasi teknik, serta latihan terstruktur. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan minat dan pemahaman mahasiswa STKIP YPUP Makassar terhadap Olahraga sepak takraw, yang terlihat dari partisipasi aktif dan antusiasme selama pelatihan berlangsung. Dengan adanya kegiatan ini, diharapkan sepak takraw dapat menjadi salah satu alternatif kegiatan olahraga yang diminati dan terus dikembangkan di lingkungan perguruan tinggi.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the super-sub strategy in changing match momentum in the SMAN 8 Makassar football team. The research method used was descriptive quantitative with match observation techniques for 15 matches during the 2024 school league competition. Data were collected through systematic observation of substitution patterns, substitution timing, and their impact on match results. The analysis technique used chi-square test and Cramer's V coe,cient to determine the relationship between substitution timing and match outcome. The results showed that 58.3% of tactical substitutions had a positive impact on match results, especially substitutions made between the 60th and 75th minutes (65.4% effectiveness rate). Offensive substitutions had a higher success rate (61.2%) compared to defensive substitutions (52.8%). The most effective super-sub strategy was observed when the team was trailing by one goal, with a 42.8% success rate in changing the final result. This research concludes that proper timing and player selection in implementing super-sub strategy significantly inIJuence match momentum and final results.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the level of mastery of handball basic techniques among students at SMA Negeri 14 Gowa. This research employed a descriptive quantitative approach with a total sample of 30 male students from the sports extracurricular program selected through purposive sampling technique. Data collection was conducted using handball basic technique tests which included passing, catching, dribbling, and shooting techniques. The data analysis technique used descriptive statistics with percentage calculations and categorization of results. The research findings showed that the level of mastery of handball basic techniques among students at SMA Negeri 14 Gowa is in the moderate category with an average score of 68.5 percent. Specifically, passing technique achieved 72 percent (good category), catching technique 70 percent (good category), dribbling technique 65 percent (moderate category), and shooting technique 67 percent (moderate category). These results indicate that students need additional training programs to improve their handball basic technique mastery, particularly in dribbling and shooting techniques.

Abstract

This research is a classroom action research conducted in two cycles. Each cycle consists of four stages: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of underhand passing in volleyball for students at SDN Bertingkat Gowa Regency using the pair model. The subjects in this study were 16 students at SDN Bertingkat Gowa Regency. Based on the research conducted, it can be concluded that the application of the pair model can improve the learning outcomes of underhand passing in volleyball for students at SDN Bertingkat Gowa Regency. The results of the data analysis indicate a significant increase in the learning outcomes of underhand passing in volleyball for students at SDN Bertingkat Gowa Regency. In the first cycle, the passing percentage for students at SDN Bertingkat Gowa Regency was 62.50%, and increased to 93.75% in the second cycle.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the long jump learning outcomes of students at SDN Mamajang I Makassar using a pair-based model. The subjects in this study were 30 students at SDN Mamajang I Makassar. Based on the research conducted, it can be concluded that the application of a play-based model can improve the long jump learning outcomes of students at SDN Mamajang I Makassar. The results of data analysis indicate a significant increase in the long jump learning outcomes of students at SDN Mamajang I Makassar. In cycle I, the long jump percentage of students at SDN Mamajang I Makassar was 53.33%, and increased to 100% in cycle II.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of modified learning aids in improving the high jump ability using the Fosbury Flop technique among twelfth-grade students at SMA Negeri 11 Makassar. A quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental method and pretest-posttest control group design was employed. The population consisted of 120 twelfth-grade students, with a sample of 30 students selected through purposive sampling and divided into two groups 15 students in the experimental group receiving instruction with modified learning aids and 15 students in the control group receiving conventional instruction. The intervention was conducted over eight weeks with two sessions per week. The research instrument was a high jump performance test with three jump attempts, and data were analyzed using Paired Samples t-Test, Independent Samples t-Test, and N-Gain Score calculation. The results revealed that the experimental group improved by an average of 15.3 cm from 105.3 cm to 120.6 cm which was statistically significant (t = 21.161; p = 0.000), while the control group improved by only 8.7 cm from 104.8 cm to 113.5 cm (t = 14.653; p = 0.000). The between-group comparison via Independent Samples t-Test yielded t = 2.387 with a significance value of 0.024 (p < 0.05), confirming a significant difference between the two groups. N-Gain Score calculations indicated that the experimental group achieved a score of 0.68 (moderate category) while the control group obtained only 0.19 (low category). This study concludes that the use of modified learning aids is significantly more effective in improving students' high jump performance than conventional instruction, and successfully brought the average student achievement above the minimum competency standard set by the curriculum. These findings recommend that physical education teachers adopt modification-based learning approaches as a primary strategy in athletics instruction, particularly in schools with limited standard sports facilities.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the level of basic handball skills of students in the Physical Education, Health and Recreation Study Program (Penjaskesrek) FIKK UNM. This research is a quantitative descriptive study with a survey approach. The research population was all Penjaskesrek FIKK UNM students, with a sample of 30 students selected using purposive sampling technique. The research instrument used basic handball skill tests which included: (1) passing test, (2) catching test, (3) dribbling test, (4) shooting test, and (5) footwork test. Data analysis techniques used descriptive statistics in the form of percentages and categorization. The results showed that the level of basic handball skills of Penjaskesrek FIKK UNM students was in the category: very good 6.67% (2 students), good 23.33% (7 students), sufficient 40% (12 students), poor 20% (6 students), and very poor 10% (3 students). Overall, the level of basic handball skills of Penjaskesrek FIKK UNM students is in the sufficient category with a percentage of 40%. The analysis results per aspect show that shooting skills have the highest value (average 72.5), while footwork has the lowest value (average 58.3). The conclusion of this study is that the level of basic handball skills of Penjaskesrek FIKK UNM students still needs to be improved, especially in footwork and dribbling aspects.
