Abstract

ABSTRACTMetabolic syndrome (SM) is a compound of risk factors of cordiovascular disease occurancy. Obesity and type IIdiabetes mellitus are the main two of the risk factors. The epidemiological data shous that the prevalence ofmetabolic syndrome in the world is 20-25%. The objective of these research is control to minimize the prognosisof the disease among the SM population that have obesity and type II DM risk factors. The pontryagin minimumprinciple is used to determine the optimal solution of the prognosis model that the optimal control. The solution is derived from the state and co-state state equations that are evaluated of the drug that give to the sufferer in stationary conditions. The performance Index was designed to minimize the number of SM population that suffer obesity and type II diabetes mellitus and the use of sulfonilurea that given as the normoweighted populations and biguanid for obese populations. The simulation of the optional solution shows that the optimal control was derived to control the number SM that have population of the optional solution obesity and type II DM risk with optimal biguanide 500 mg and sulfonilurea 5 mg as much.Keywords : Metabolic Syndrome, Minimum Pontryagin, Obesity, Stability ,Type II Diabetes Mellitus.

Abstract

Background: Permasalahan limbah sekam padi di Desa Tappale masih menjadi permasalahan yang krusial khususnya bagi Mitra Kelompok Karang Taruna Sipabokori di Desa Tappale. Tujuan: Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat akan memberikan solusi kepada Mitra Kelompok Karang Taruna Sipabokori Desa Tappale untuk mereduksi limbah sekam padi dan bonggol pisang (duo bio) kombinasi daun gamal menjadi alternatif pupuk hayati (biofertilizer) dan meningkatkan pengelolaan kebun yang ramah lingkungan di Desa Tappale. Metode: Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yaitu metode society participatory melalui pendekatan learning by doing. Tahapan pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilakukan dalam 3 tahap, yaitu tahap penyuluhan, tahap pelatihan dan tahap pendampingan. Hasil: Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada berbagai aspek. Pengetahuan mitra meningkat dari 20% menjadi 80%, keterampilan produksi biofertilizer meningkat dari 10% menjadi 90% serta pemahaman terkait pengemasan dan pelabelan produk meningkat hingga 90%. Selain itu, mitra berhasil memahami strategi pemasaran hingga 95%, termasuk pemasaran digital melalui marketplace. Kesimpulan: Kegiatan ini berdampak positif dalam membangun kapasitas mitra dalam pengelolaan lingkungan dan wirausaha berbasis biofertilizer. Program ini diharapkan menjadi langkah awal dalam menciptakan desa yang lebih mandiri dan ramah lingkungan, serta berkontribusi pada SDGs desa nomor 3 (Desa Sehat dan Sejahtera).

Abstract

Persoalan sampah di lingkungan sekolah, khususnya di SMP Negeri 1 Sanrobone, karena rendahnya kesadaran siswa dalam pemilahan sampah, yang berisiko menciptakan lingkungan kotor dan masalah kesehatan. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat Kuliah Kerja Nyata ini bertujuan mengukur efektivitas penyuluhan dan pendistribusian tempat sampah dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan siswa tentang pemilahan sampah organik dan anorganik. Dilaksanakan di SMP Negeri 1 Sanrobone dengan 20 siswa sebagai subjek, metode penyuluhan interaktif diikuti dengan evaluasi menggunakan pre-test dan post-test. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan yang sangat signifikan; total jawaban benar meningkat dari 51 menjadi 144, menegaskan keberhasilan metode edukasi dalam mentransfer informasi. Peningkatan ini menjadi landasan penting dalam membentuk kebiasaan memilah sampah, namun memerlukan tindak lanjut berupa penyediaan fasilitas yang memadai dan pemantauan perilaku untuk mencapai perubahan sikap dan kebiasaan yang berkelanjutan demi menciptakan lingkungan sekolah yang bersih dan sehat.

Abstract

Abstract Entrepreneurship development has become the main focus in the education of the younger generation to improve entrepreneurial skills and economic independence. This journal discusses approaches and implementation in developing entrepreneurship learning programs for the younger generation. The research methods used include literature reviews, case studies, and qualitative and quantitative analysis of existing programs. This study identifies several key approaches in developing entrepreneurship learning programs, including the integration of entrepreneurship curricula in the formal education system, practical skills training, and the use of technology and innovation in the learning process. The implementation of these programs shows varying results, but in general provides a positive contribution to the development of entrepreneurial attitudes and business skills in the younger generation. Keywords: Entrepreneur, Economic, Indpendence Abstrak Pengembangan kewirausahaan telah menjadi fokus utama dalam pendidikan generasi muda untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berwirausaha dan kemandirian ekonomi. Jurnal ini membahas pendekatan dan implementasi dalam pengembangan program pembelajaran kewirausahaan untuk generasi muda. Metode penelitian yang digunakan meliputi tinjauan pustaka, studi kasus, serta analisis kualitatif dan kuantitatif terhadap program - program yang ada. Studi ini mengidentifikasi beberapa pendekatan kunci dalam pengembangan program pembelajaran kewirausahaan, termasuk integrasi kurikulum kewirausahaan dalam sistem pendidikan formal, pelatihan keterampilan praktis, serta pemanfaatan teknologi dan inovasi dalam proses pembelajaran. Implementasi program  -program ini memperlihatkan hasil yang bervariasi, tetapi secara umum memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap pengembangan sikap wirausaha dan kemampuan bisnis pada generasi muda. Abstract

The objectives of this thesis are (1) To find out an overview of the use of Sparkol Videoscribe animated learning media in productive subjects (2) To find out a picture of student learning outcomes taught using Sparkol Videoscribe animated learning media (3) To find out the effect of using Sparkol animated learning media videoscribe on student learning outcomes. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach. This type of research is pre-experimental design. The population in this thesis is all students in class XI Multimedia at SMK Negeri 3 Bone, totaling 30 students, consisting of 5 male students and 25 female students. Because the population of this study is relatively small and can be reached, the researcher decided to use a saturated sampling technique. Data collection techniques used observation, test and documentation techniques in this research. The results of data analysis consist of the results of teacher implementation activity data analysis and the results of student activity data analysis. The test consists of a pretest given before being given treatment using the Sparkol Videoscribe animation learning media and a posttest after being given treatment using the Sparkol Videoscribe animation learning media. Data analysis uses descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis. The results of this research show: Student learning outcomes in productive subjects before using learning media (pretest) with an average score of 55% and after using learning videos (posttest) are relatively high with an average score of 81.3% of learning outcomes in Class XI Multimedia students' productive subjects are increasing. There is a positive and significant influence of the use of Sparkol Videoscribe animation learning media on student learning outcomes in productive class XI multimedia subjects at SMKN 3 BONE, it is stated to be accepted.

Abstract

Kasus gagal ginjal pada anak menjadi perhatian serius karena berdampak pada peningkatan morbiditas, mortalitas, serta kualitas hidup anak dan keluarganya. Kurangnya edukasi kesehatan di masyarakat, khususnya terkait pencegahan dan deteksi dini gangguan ginjal pada anak, menjadi salah satu faktor yang berpotensi memperburuk kondisi tersebut. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan orang tua, terutama ibu hamil dan ibu yang memiliki balita, mengenai pencegahan gagal ginjal pada anak melalui pendekatan edukatif. Metode yang digunakan meliputi tahap persiapan melalui koordinasi dan analisis kebutuhan, tahap pelaksanaan berupa ceramah interaktif disertai diskusi dan tanya jawab, serta tahap evaluasi menggunakan pre-test dan post-test. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan yang signifikan, dimana sebelum edukasi mayoritas peserta berada pada kategori kurang (60,0%) dan setelah edukasi mayoritas meningkat menjadi kategori baik (83,3%). Pendekatan edukatif terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman orang tua mengenai pencegahan gagal ginjal pada anak dan direkomendasikan untuk dilaksanakan secara berkelanjutan sebagai upaya promotif dan preventif di tingkat pelayanan kesehatan primer.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of school culture in shaping the character of fifth-grade students at SD Inpres Moncongloe, Gowa Regency, and to identify the obstacles in its implementation. This research employed a qualitative descriptive approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation involving the principal, teachers, students, and parents. The data were analyzed through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings show that school culture plays an important role in character building through the habituation of positive values, teacher role modeling, and the consistent implementation of school norms and traditions. The character values developed include religiosity, discipline, responsibility, nationalism, and social awareness. However, several obstacles were identified, such as inconsistent implementation of school culture, differences in teachers’ understanding, limited time management, diverse student backgrounds, and limited parental involvement. Overall, school culture is an effective strategy for supporting character development when implemented consistently and supported by all members of the school community and families.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between students' perception of the use of Wordwall learning media and the learning motivation of grade IV students on flat building materials at SD 229 Paria. This study uses a quantitative approach with a type of correlational research. The research population was 19 grade IV students with sampling techniques using total sampling. Data collection was carried out using a closed questionnaire with a Likert scale of 1–4 to measure students' perception of the use of Wordwall and students' learning motivation. The research instrument was validated through expert judgment and tested for reliability using Cronbach's Alpha. Data analysis was carried out using the JASP application through descriptive statistical analysis, Shapiro–Wilk normality test, and Pearson Product Moment correlation test. The results showed that the data was normally distributed with a significance value of 0.849 (p > 0.05). The results of the Pearson correlation test showed a correlation coefficient value of r = 0.791 with a significance value of p < 0.001. These results show that there is a strong and significant positive relationship between students' perception of the use of Wordwall learning media and student learning motivation. Thus, Wordwall learning media can be used as an interactive digital learning media to increase the motivation to learn mathematics for elementary school students, especially in flat building materials.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low critical thinking skills of students in science lessons due to the dominance of teacher-centered learning and the minimal use of engaging media. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of implementing the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model with audiovisual media on students' critical thinking skills. The study used a quantitative approach with an experimental approach, a One Group Pretest-Posttest design, with data collection techniques including tests (pretest and posttest) and observations. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and the Wilcoxon test. The results showed an increase in students' critical thinking skills, indicated by an increase in the average score from 60.51 to 75.81, with a significance value of 0.037, indicating a significant effect. These findings indicate that implementing PBL with audiovisual media can improve students' activeness, understanding, and analytical skills. In conclusion, the PBL model with audiovisual media is effective in improving students' critical thinking skills. Consequently, this model can be used as an alternative, innovative learning strategy to improve the quality of science lessons in elementary schools.
