Abstract

This research is motivated by the conditions of competition in the business world in Indonesia from time to time which are getting tighter, so companies must create new marketing strategies to maintain and gain a higher market share. As for the problem of this research is whether the influence of availability, product quality, promotion, and price affect the consumer satisfaction of Asus Laptop users in Banda Aceh City. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of each variable, namely availability (XI), product quality (X2), promotion (X3), and price (X4) on consumer satisfaction (Y). The sample in this study were Asus laptop users with 100 respondents as respondents. The sampling technique used a non-probability sampling approach with the convenience sampling method. The method of data collection is done by distributing questionnaires to the respondents. From the results of the research, it is known that the price variable (X4) has the smallest coefficient value, while the promotion coefficient value (X3) has the highest coefficient value, followed by product quality (X2) and availability (X 1). From the results of the research, it is also obtained that simultaneously and partially there is a positive and significant influence between the independent variable and the dependent variable, where tcount > ttable dan Fcount > Ftable.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of job promotion and organizational conflict on employee work motivation at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Banda Aceh Branch. Human resources (HR) play a crucial role in achieving organizational goals. One of the factors that influence work motivation is job promotion, which is carried out fairly and transparently. Furthermore, although organizational conflict is often seen negatively, the results of this study indicate that well-managed conflict can actually improve employee motivation. The research employs a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression to examine the relationship between job promotion, organizational conflict, and work motivation. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 45 employees at BSI Banda Aceh Branch. The analysis results show that clear and fair job promotions positively affect employee motivation. The regression coefficient for job promotion is 0.220, indicating that a 1% increase in job promotion can raise employee motivation by 0.220%. On the other hand, well-managed organizational conflict also positively affects work motivation, with a regression coefficient of 0.178, showing that a 1% change in well-managed conflict can increase employee motivation by 0.178%. Based on these findings, it is recommended that the management of BSI Banda Aceh Branch improve job promotion policies to be more transparent and fair, and create a more effective conflict resolution system to support employee motivation and performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi sistem ujrah al-musamma dan tinjauan etika hukum ekonomi syariah pada pekerja perusahaan PT. Fajar Baizuri & Brother Afdeling VIII yang berada di gampong Kreung Itam Kecamatan Tadu Raya Kabupaten Nagan Raya. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian lapangan (field researh), Adapun pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini reduksi data, penyajian data dan verrfikasi. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa; (1) Implementasi sistem ujrah al-musamma pada pekerja perusahaan PT. Fajar Baizuri & Brother Afdeling VIII yang berada di gampong Kreung Itam Kecamatan Tadu Raya Kabupaten Nagan Raya memberikan upah dengan kesepakatan 7 jam perhari sesuai UMP Aceh Rp. 3.460.672 perbulan serta Tunjangan Hari Raya (THR) sebesar Rp.3.460.672. Upah yang diterima oleh karyawan harian tetap ini merupakan upah pokok, premi panen, premi pemupukan, tunjangan natura, jamsostek serta fasilitas lainnya. Selain karyawan tetap harian, perusahaan juga memiliki karyawan harian lepas. Dimana sistem upah yang diperoleh yakni dihitung perhari kerja (1 HK = 7 Jam). Upah yang diterima oleh buruh harian lepas ini jika menghasilkan 69 jejang buah kecil dikalikan harga buah kecil 1 jenjang = 2.000 sebesar Rp. 138.000/HK, sedangkan upah yang diterima jika menghasilkan 58 jenjang buah besar dikalikan harga buah besar 1 jenjang = 2.400 sebesar Rp. 139.200/HK. Sistem upah karyawan harian lepas hanya terpacu pada upah pokok, premi panen (tambahan upah atau gaji untuk permanen dan pengawas panen), pemupukan dan pembabatan. (2) Tinjauan etika hukum ekonomi syariah pada pekerja perusahaan PT. Fajar Baizuri & Brother Afdeling VIII yang berada di gampong Kreung Itam Kecamatan Tadu Raya Kabupaten Nagan Raya. Pembayaran upah kepada karyawan jika telah menyelesaikan pekerjaannya selama sebulan terlebih dahulu kemudian pekerja akan menerima upahnya ditanggal 15 secara tunai, terdapat sebagian pekerja perusahaan perkebunan sawit Afdeling VIII tidak melaksanakan kerja yang baik, yaitu sikap tidak bertanggung jawab karena melakukan pelanggaran pemotongan buah mentah dan sering absen kerja sehingga mereka mendapatkan teguran berupa surat peringatan.
