Abstract

The purpose of this research is to design an application that can help students in learning. So, the authors are interested in designing game-based mobile learning applications that have mathematical content on integer material integrated with hijaiyah numbers, so that the game media has its own uniqueness. This design is based on the obligation to develop numeracy skills for all citizens according to Law number 20 of 2003 concerning the national education system. In addition, there is also an obligation to understand the number of hijaiyah for Muslim citizens. The research method used uses research development. The development model used is Lee Owens. The concept in this game is like a game in general that uses this type of adventure. In the game there is a mission to solve the problem. The challenge is through hijaiyah figures provided. So this game combines mathematics with hijaiyah numbers in a portable way.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the system of building performance on the Porprov futsal team daughter of the year 2021 district of Sidoarjo. The population in this study is the builder, manager, coach and 17 players of the Porprov futsal team daughter Sidoarjo district. The method used in this research is a survey with a type of qualitative research descriptive approach. Data collection methods in this study with interviews, observations and documentation are then analyzed using millies and huberman models in moleong. The results of this study show that the construction system of the porprov futsal team of the daughter of Sidoarjo district can already be categorized well according to the results of the observation indicators already carried out by the researchers. Among them are: 1. The system of implementation of the construction of the Porprov Futsal Team Princess District of Sidoarjo by starting to recruit players as talent scouting to the schools in Siroarjo as well as the girls' futsal clubs in Sinoarjo to see the seeds of athletes. 2. The organizational structure implemented in the Porprov Futsal Team Princess District of Sidoarjo has been formed itself ranging from the head coach, assistant, goal coach, massage, and sponsor manager all have their respective responsibilities and duties. 3. The training program applied in the construction of futsal sports on the Porprov Futsal Team Princess Sidoarjo district according to his headcoach always perform evaluation and more emphasizing physical than each of his players. to improve the mentality and skill of his team more hold tests. Recommendation to the organization's master to improve training in a consistent manner from an early age, advice to the manager of the Porprov futsal daughter team of Sidoarjo district to maintain good cooperative relations with various parties, advice for athletes to better maintain consistency in practice and advice to coaches to improve understanding to the entire player of the team of Porprov Futsal girl Sidoarjo district.

Abstract

Fenomena pengabdian masyarakat yang semakin meningkat menarik perhatian kalangan muda salah satunya mahasiswa. Kondisi di lokasi pengabdian dapat memulculkan perilaku fear of missing out dan joy of missing out (JoMO). Karena sangat jarang didapati mahasiswa yang mampu menikmati waktunya jauh dari sambungan internet (JoMO), maka penelitian ini menjadi topik yang menarik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan self-compassion dan joy of missing out (JoMO) pada mahasiswa selama mengikuti pengabdian masyarakat daerah 3T. Desain penelitian yag digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 109 mahasiswa dengan teknik sampel menggunkaan purposive sampling dengan karakteristik pernah atau sedang mengikuti pengabdian masyarakat di daerah 3T di tahun 2024. Instrumen peneltian yang digunakan adalah skala self-compassion (SCS) yang telah diadaptasi dan diuji coba pada subjek mahasiswa dan skala joy of missing out (JoMOS). Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis korelaso pearson atau korelasi Product Moment dengan nilai korelasi r = -0,151 dan Tingkat signifikansi p = 0,117 (p > 0,05) yang berarti Ha di tolah dan Ho diterima. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan antaran self-compassion dan joy of missing out pada mahasiswa selama mengikuti pengabdian masyarakat daerah 3T.

Abstract

Teaching English to students with special needs is certainly not an easy way. So, teachers need to use teaching methods that best suit their students’ conditions. Therefore, this research aims to explore how teachers design English teaching methods and their implementation. Apart from that, this research also describes the challenges faced by English teachers in special schools (SLB). This research was conducted at SLB-AC Dharma Wanita Sidoarjo Regency. The participants in this research were English teachers at junior high schools. This qualitative research uses interview and observation data collection techniques. The results of this research show that teachers use various methods adapted to students’ ability levels, including severe, mild, and special classes, according to their needs. The methods applied reflect awareness of the importance of individualization to support special needs students in learning English. Challenges faced by teachers, such as grouping students based on ability, handling students’ moods, and preparing appropriate learning materials, were also issues found in this research. The results of this research imply that teachers must understand that each student has special needs.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sabun pencuci piring ramah lingkungan dari limbah kulit nanas, yang sering dianggap sebagai sampah. Metode penelitian meliputi pengumpulan dan pengolahan bahan baku, ekstraksi senyawa aktif, formulasi sabun, uji efektivitas, dan pemberdayaan masyarakat. Kulit nanas dikumpulkan dari industri pengolahan, kemudian diekstraksi menggunakan etanol 70% untuk memperoleh antioksidan dan enzim bromelain. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sabun dari kulit nanas memiliki pH netral 7,0, daya bersih minyak 93%, dan daya bersih kotoran 91%, serta biaya produksi Rp. 1.100 per 100 mL, lebih rendah dibandingkan sabun komersial. Sabun ini efektif dalam menghilangkan lemak dan kotoran, serta memberikan aroma segar dan kelembutan pada tangan. Selain itu, pengembangan produk ini memberikan manfaat ekonomi bagi masyarakat Kelurahan Tampan dengan menciptakan peluang kerja baru. Penelitian ini mendukung keberlanjutan lingkungan dan pemberdayaan ekonomi lokal melalui pemanfaatan limbah organik.

Abstract

Pariwisata alam Ngawi, khususnya Watu Jonggol, memiliki potensi besar namun mengalami penurunan akibat minimnya pengelolaan dan partisipasi masyarakat. Sementara destinasi lain mengalami peningkatan, Watu Jonggol justru terbengkalai. Pendekatan Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) dinilai relevan untuk memulihkan destinasi melalui pemanfaatan aset lokal dan keterlibatan komunitas, sehingga keberlanjutan pariwisata berbasis potensi desa dapat tercapai secara partisipatif dan berdaya guna. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang model revitalisasi Watu Jonggol berbasis pendekatan ABCD untuk mengoptimalkan aset lokal, meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat, serta mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi dan kunjungan wisata berkelanjutan.Kegiatan pengabdian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan fenomenologis serta lima tahapan ABCD, yaitu inkulturasi, discovery, design, define, dan reflection. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan diskusi kelompok terfokus (FGD). Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan sosial melalui kunjungan rumah dan partisipasi warga membangun kepercayaan awal. Pemetaan aset dan masalah dilakukan dengan observasi dan wawancara. Sembilan aksi prioritas disepakati dan dilaksanakan secara gotong royong. Promosi digital dilakukan melalui pelatihan Karang Taruna dan pengelolaan media sosial. Evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan kondisi fasilitas dan jangkauan daring. Forum refleksi menetapkan mekanisme pasca-program, memperkuat keberlanjutan. Model ini membuktikan efektivitas pendekatan partisipatif dan digital dalam merevitalisasi destinasi berbasis potensi lokal. Revitalisasi Watu Jonggol berhasil membangun kemandirian warga melalui pendekatan ABCD dan promosi digital berbasis media sosial.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low reading skills in class II of Mis Aisyiyah Wil.Sumut, because teachers do not use media to facilitate the delivery of knowledge to students. This study aims to improve reading skills in class II students of Mis Aisyiyah Wil.Sumut by using ROCA (Reading Wheel) media. The research This is a classroom action research (CAR). This research was conducted in two cycles. The research subjects were 24 second-grade students of Mis Aisyiyah, North Sumatra, consisting of 13 female students and 11 male students. The data collection technique was data use technique test And non test. Instrument study The data used in this study were tests and observation sheets. The data analysis technique used was descriptive quantitative. The results of the study showed that there was an increase in reading skills by applying ROCA (Reading Wheel) media. The increase in reading skills can be seen from the data obtained in cycles I and II. In cycle I, there were 16 students who completed the test with a completion percentage of 66% and 8 students who did not complete it with a completion percentage of 34%. Then in cycle II, 21 students completed the test with a completion percentage of 87% and students who did not complete the test. 3 students did not complete the task with a completion percentage of 13%.
