Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the management of Islamic boarding schools in improving student entrepreneurship education at Darul Kamal Islamic Boarding School, Kembang Kerang, East Lombok. The research method used is a qualitative research method. The research data is described or described in the form of a description according to the actual situation. Data collection techniques were carried out by making interviews, observations and documentation. Data analysis was carried out logically and systematically starting from data reduction, displaying data and providing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the management of Islamic boarding schools in improving student entrepreneurship education at Ponpes Darul Kamal NW Kembang Kerang Lombok Timur begins with planning, organizing, actuating and controlling to identify and align activities or programs in accordance with the agreed plans and goals to be achieved. together. Activities carried out to improve student entrepreneurship education at Ponpes Darul Kamal NW Kembang Kerang Lombok Timur are carried out by internalizing it through various aspects such as integrated entrepreneurship education in all subjects, integrated entrepreneurship education in extra-curricular activities, integration of entrepreneurship education into materials/books teaching, integrating entrepreneurship education through school culture and integrating entrepreneurship education through local content. In addition, sewing skills, skills in making woven fabrics (slicing woven fabrics), tile making skills, kopsis (student cooperatives), calligraphy making, ingke or plate making crafts, flower pot making crafts from used plastic and internships for students.

Abstract

Abstrak: Program pelatihan Unit Kegiatan Mahasiswa (UKM) bertujuan untuk mengembangkan keterampilan wirausaha yang tinggi dalam mengembangkan potensi mahasiswa dan dosen, sehingga tidak sekedar pelatihan, tetapi terus dikembangkan sehingga menjadi peluang usaha yang berkelanjutan sehingga tentunya menjadi peluang bisnis yang berkelanjutan sehingga dapat membantu perekonomian keluarga dan masyarakat pada umumnya.  Metode yang digunakan adalah pemberian materi melalui ceramah, praktek langsung, pendampingan, dan pemasaran yang meliputi enam tahap, yaitu (1) Melakukan koordinasi pra kegiatan dengan kedua mitra kegiatan yang akan dilaksanakan; (2) Pembuatan abon ikan nila bahan baku ikan nila dan bumbu rempah- rempah dan sekaligus memberikan pelatihan; (3) Menyediakan pembukusan produk abon ikan nila;  (4) Mengajarkan pelatihan teknis pengelolaan dan penyimpanan agar kualitas abon ikan tetap aman dan terjaga; (5) Monitoring dan evaluasi hasil pelatihan membuatan abon ikan nila dan pemahaman pengetahuan aspek pengelolaan penyimpanan produk; (6) Menjelaskan bagaimana sistim pemasaran (target & sasaran).  Pemberdayaan dosen dan mahasiswa berbasis potensi lokal menghasilkan produk abon ikan nila yang siap dipasarkan.Abstract: The Student Activity Unit (UKM) training program aims to develop high entrepreneurial skills in developing the potential of students and lecturers, so that it is not just a training, but continues to be developed so that it becomes a sustainable business opportunity so that it certainly becomes a sustainable business opportunity so that it can help the family and community economy. in general. The method used is the provision of material through lectures, direct practice, mentoring, and marketing which includes six stages, namely (1) Coordinating pre-activities with the two partners of activities to be carried out; (2) Making shredded tilapia raw materials for tilapia and spices and at the same time providing training; (3) Provide bookkeeping of shredded tilapia fish products; (4) Teach management and storage technical training so that the quality of shredded fish is safe and maintained; (5) Monitoring and evaluation of the results of training on making shredded tilapia and understanding of knowledge on aspects of product storage management; (6) Explain how the marketing system (target & target). Empowerment of lecturers and students based on local potential produces shredded tilapia products that are ready to be marketed.

Abstract

The habit of applying conventional learning models in the learning process causes students' thinking power and critical thinking skills to be less developed. This research is aimed at comparative analysis of the influence of the PjBL based STEM learning model with discussion in significantly improving students' critical thinking skills. The research used a quasi-experimental design, pretest-posttest non-equivalent control group design. The research subjects were taken using a cluster random sampling technique totaling 40 students who were divided into two different classes. Data was collected using cognitive tests in the form of financial transaction story questions. Data analysis used normalized N-Gain score and two mean difference test assisted by SPSS IBM Vers. 25. The research results prove that the PjBL based STEM learning model has a significant effect on improving students' critical thinking skills by achieving a normalized N-gain score of 0.75, a high criterion. Meanwhile, the discussion method is in the medium criteria with a normalized N-gain score of 0.58. In addition, the PjBL based STEM model is applied to create varied learning nuances, individual mental formation, responsibility, including improving analytical and critical thinking skills

Abstract

This paper aims to find out the participation of the community in achieving the quality of education at MI NW Tanak Mira Wanasaba Lauk. The research method used is qualitative research. There are two sources of data in this research, namely primary data obtained directly from informants and secondary data obtained from books relevant to the problem under study. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis is carried out logically and systematically with four stages, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions or verification. The validity of the data is carried out in four ways, namely the extension of participation, the persistence of observations, the adequacy of references and triangulation. The results of this study show that the form of community participation in achieving the quality of education at MI NW Tanak Mira Wanasaba Lauk is quite diverse, including community participation in the form of finance or this material such as assistance in the form of money and donations in the form of zakat, infaq and sadakah voluntarily carried out by the community and parents of students, community participation is also in the form of ideas, thoughts, opinions and ideas, community participation in the form of decision-making. The quality of education at MI NW Tanak Mira Wanasaba Lauk cannot be separated from various programs or activities carried out in madrasahs starting from planning, implementing and evaluating school programs or activities The quality of education at MI NW Tanak Mira Wanasaba Lauk can be seen and proven by the level of class increase, which is 100% upscale in the 2020/2021 learning year and the teacher has an average undergraduate education and strengthening inculturation, namely the financing of religious values (religious culture) in the madrasa environment which is carried out every day by all elements in the madrasa environment. Abstract

Quality management of teaching staff is the ability to manage human resources and other resources and function them according to their respective areas of expertise in a systematic, effective and efficient manner. This research method uses qualitative research with data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis was carried out in three stages, namely data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing. The validity of the data is done by conducting in-depth observations, extending the presence of researchers, adequacy of references and triangulation. The results of this study indicate that the quality management of teaching staff at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah NW Tanak Mira Wasanaba Lauk is carried out with careful planning such as formulating priority programs and goals to be achieved, organizing in accordance with their respective areas of expertise maximally, effectively and efficiently. In management it is also carried out to fulfill educator standards such as educational qualifications and also carry out supervision in order to produce quality education. thus it can be concluded that the quality management of teaching staff is very important in order to produce better and quality education. Abstract

Perkembangan globalisasi yang ditandai dengan kemajuan teknologi informasi telah memberikan perubahan dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan. Termasuk pengelolaan perpustakaan berbasis IT menjadi bagian yang tidak terpisahkan dari dunia pendidikan guna mengakses berbagai informasi (pengetahuan) atau buku (referensi) dalam proses pembelajaran di madrasah. Bahkan salah satu indikator keberhasilan pendidikan sangat ditentukan oleh kemampuan dalam mengelola dan memanfaatkan perpustakaan sebagai sumber belajar dan pusat pembelajaran bagi siswa maupun guru khususnya di madrasah. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, maka tim pengabdian merasa sangat penting untuk menggelar penyuluhan pengelolaan perpustakaan berbasis IT di MI NW Tanak Mira Desa Wanasaba Lauk. Fokus kegiatan ini yakni pengelolaan perpustakaan berbasis IT di MI NW Tanak Mira Desa Wanasaba Lauk Kec. Wanasaba lombok Timur dengan jumlah peserta sebanyak 20 orang. Hasil kegiatan ini adalah meningkatnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan para pegawai perpustakaan dan juga para guru dalam memanfaatkan dan mengakses buku atau referensi yang ada, meningkatnya minat baca para guru dan siswa, bertambahnya motivasi peserta untuk memanfaatkan perpustakaan sebagai pusat dan sumber belajar, terciptanya komunikasi dan kerjasama antara lembaga perguruan tinggi khususnya Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan UNW Mataram dengan MI NW Tanak Mira Desa Wanasaba Lauk Kec. Wanasaba lombok Timur.

Abstract

Al-qur’an sebagai kitab suci tidak hanya sekedar dibaca, tetapi juga dihafal dan dipahami serta diaplikasikan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Tradisi dan budaya membaca dan menghafal al-qur’an bagi guru sebagai pendidik menjadi sebuah keniscayaan agar dapat mengajarkan al-qur’an dengan baik dan benar kepada peserta didik. Lembaga Pendididkan Anak Usia Dini dan Taman Pendidikan al-Qur’an Tanak Mira Wanasaba Lauq telah berupaya memasukkan program menghafal al-qur’an seperti menghafal ayat-ayat pendek pada siswa dengan menggunakan metode murajaah. Metode ini sangat bermanfaat bagi siswa karena metode menghafal Al Qur’an dengan konsep mengulang ulang hafalan dan murojaah merupakan metode menghafal yang sangat mudah dan sangat efektif untuk bisa dimengerti dan diserap oleh siswa.Dalam menghafal Al-Quran ada kaidah yang harus diperhatikan. Metode menghafal al-Qur’an menentukan keberhasilan peserta didik dalam menghafal Al-Quran. Pada tingkat PAUD dan TPQ metode menghafal Al-Quran harus memperhatikan tahap perkembangan peserta didik. Kegiatan pelatihan ini bertujuan memberikan pengetahuan dan pelatihan tentang metode menghapal Al-Quran kepada guru dan peserta didik. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, maka tim pengabdian merasa sangat penting untuk menggelar menghafal al-qur’an melalui metode muraja’ah pada Pendididkan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD) dan TPQ yang ada di Tanak Mira Wanasaba Lauq. Hasil kegiatan ini adalah meningkatnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan para para guru dan siswa dalam membaca dan menghafal Al-Qur’an dengan tartil, meningkatnya semangat belajar menghafal al-qur’an sesuai dengan kaedah dan tajwid serta terciptanya komunikasi dan kerjasama antara lembaga pendidikan anak usia dini dengan tim pengabdian serta masyarakat sekitarpun ikut merasa teredukasi sehingga semakin terdorong dalam meningkatkan kemampuan anak-anaknya dalam membaca al-qur’an.

Abstract

Karya Tulis Ilmuah merupakan salah satu kompetensi yang haru dimiliki dan dikuasi oleh guru sebagai tenaga pendidik, sebab KTI tersebut guru sebagai pendidik dapat mengembangkan potensi ilmiahnya baik dalam menulis bahan ajar, artikel, makalah, riset dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang hasil dapat dipublikasikan dan diakses oleh masyarakat luas pada umumnya. KTI ini tentunya dilakukan dengan kaidah-kaidah atau metode ilmiah sehingga dapat dipertanggung jawabkan kebenarannya secara ilmiah. Tujuan kegiatan pelatihan ini adalah memberikan pengetahuan, wawasan, pemahaman dan keterampilan bagi guru sebagai tenaga tentang pentinya penulisan karya tulis ilmiah dalam upaya meingkatkan kualitas guru sebagai tenaga pendidik yang professional. Hasil kegiatan PKM ini adalah meningkatnya pengetahuan, wawasan dan pemahaman serta motivasi guru untuk menulis karya ilmiah dan meningkatnya wawasan guru tentang jurnal yang menerbitkan artikel ilmiah di bidang pendidikan. Selain itu, peserta pelatihan mendapatkan banyak ilmu tentang cara penulisan karya ilmiah dan penulisan akademik serta publikasi di jurnal ilmiah, sehingga membuat mereka sangat antusias dalam mengikuti kegiatan karya tulis ilmiah.

Abstract

This study examines the development of community-based tourism in Sembalun Village, East Lombok Regency, as a strategic effort to improve the economic welfare of the community through participatory governance. Using a qualitative approach, data was collected through in-depth interviews, direct observations, and documentation of residents, tourism managers, and village officials. The results of the study show that tourism development in Sembalun contributes significantly to job creation, income diversification, and strengthening local cultural identity. However, there are still various challenges, such as limited infrastructure, low human resource capacity, and inequality in access to tourism benefits. This study also found that there are local initiatives that support inclusive participation, including through the role of youth groups, Pokdarwis, and BUMDes. These findings underscore the importance of local institutional empowerment, multi-stakeholder collaboration, and adaptive capacity building in the face of social and environmental risks. The study concludes that community-based tourism in Sembalun is a promising model for sustainable and inclusive rural development, if supported by consistent policies and fair governance

Abstract

This study explores how experiential economic education contributes to the development of economic self-reliance values through student cooperative activities at the senior high school level. Employing a qualitative descriptive method, data were gathered via interviews, observations, and documentation involving students, cooperative advisors, and school staff. The findings show that student cooperatives serve as real-life laboratories where students engage in various economic practices such as planning, budgeting, marketing, sales, and bookkeeping. These activities provide opportunities for students to internalize values of independence, responsibility, discipline, initiative, and entrepreneurship. The cooperative functions not only as an extracurricular program but also as a meaningful educational space that bridges economic theory with practical experience. The study concludes that integrating cooperative-based experiential learning in schools significantly enhances students’ economic literacy and nurtures.
