Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effects of the characteristics of budgetgoals, such as: budget participation, budget goal clarity, budget feedback, budgetevaluation and the budget goal difficulty on the performance of Pekanbaru citygovernment officials and with the attitude of government officials as an interveningvariable. This research is based on samples government officialsholding mediumand lower level positions and at the same time they were the official commitmentmakersof SKPD in Pekanbaru city government. The data of this research wereanalyzed by using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) using AMOS program. Theresults showed that: 1) budget participation has a significant effect on theperformance of government officials; 2) budget goal clarity has a significant effect onthe performance of government officials; 3) budget feedback does not significantlyinfluence the performance of government officials, 4) budget evaluation has asignificant effect on the performance of government officials, 5) budget goal difficultyhas negative influence but doesnot significantly affect the performance ofgovernment officials, 6) variable attitude capable to mediate positive to increase theinfluence of budget participation, budget goal clarity, evaluation and the budget goaldifficulty of the government official performance; 7) variable of attitude, however,cannot mediate an increase the influence of budget feedback and budget evaluationon the performance of government officials.Keywords: Budget participation, budget goal clarity, budget feedback, budgetevaluation, budget goal difficulty, performance and attitude.

Abstract

As time goes by, interactive media has become an alternative learning method. Learning using interactive media has added value to the educational process, one area of ​​learning that requires innovation is religious learning. The Indonesian government recognizes the existence of religious diversity, where religious tolerance needs to be socialized to its adherents, especially children. Religious tolerance material in terms of various religions can be socialized through information technology-based learning media. This media is classified as interactive media which supports the effectiveness of learning because it utilizes multimedia. The aim of this research is to design learning media regarding religious tolerance using the Multimedia Development Life Cycle method. This method has six stages, namely the concept, design, material collecting, assembly, testing and distribution stages. This application has been tested using functional tests and beta tests carried out with teachers. The test results show that the functions have worked as expected. The results of this research can play a role in understanding children about religious tolerance through religious tolerance material that is appropriate to their respective religions.

Abstract

Pentingnya wadah untuk pengelolaan emosi mahasiswa menjadi salag satu hal yang harus diperhatikan guna mencegah terjadinya hal yang tidak diinginkan dan mahasiswa dapat memiliki wadahyang aman dan tertruktur untuk melupakan emosi. Pengabdian ini dilakukan di prodi Pendidikan Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia UNRI untuk memfasilitasi mahasiswa terhadap kebutuhan wadah yang aman dan terstruktur yang dapat menjembatani mahasiswa. Terdapat 5 tahapan dalam melakukan pengabian. Dengan pengabdian ini diharapkan mahasiswa merasa lebih nyaman dan terhindar dari berbagai kasus mental yang mengganggu perkuliahan.

Abstract

The Coronavirus Disease 19 pandemic caused by the SARS COV 2 Virus in 2021 has not yet been completed, the emergence of a new Delta variant whose spread has accelerated has prompted the government to impose restrictions on emergency community activities in the Java and Bali regions. Making many people have to lose their jobs again for some time, including Hegarmanah Village, Bungbulang District, which also felt the impact of the implementation of the imposition of restrictions on emergency community activities. Previously, the village had carried out the Village Internet program, for each RW it had been facilitated with the internet, it was hoped that this would keep the community productive in completing work with Work From Home. The Work From Home method in Hegarmanah Village is still not well understood by the village community so that the community still has difficulty implementing this method. The Real Work Lecture Group from the Garut High School of Technology took the opportunity to increase the ability of the community to apply the Work From Home method and at the same time increase the ability of the community to prevent coronavirus disease 19. Activities are carried out every week for a total of 4 weeks. Activities carried out with the stages of preparation, implementation, and results. The results obtained from this real work lecture activity are that the community understands more about the Work From Home method as an alternative to working during a pandemic and the community is also more aware of the spread of the corona virus.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi kontribusi mahasiswa terhadap Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) melalui pendekatan edukasi dan praktik kewirausahaan. Dalam era digital dan ekonomi kreatif, mahasiswa memiliki potensi besar sebagai agen perubahan, terutama dalam memperkuat fondasi UMKM yang merupakan tulang punggung perekonomian nasional. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan studi dokumentasi yang melibatkan mahasiswa serta pelaku UMKM yang tergabung dalam program kemitraan kewirausahaan di beberapa daerah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa tidak hanya berperan sebagai fasilitator edukasi, seperti dalam pelatihan digital marketing, manajemen keuangan, pengelolaan inventaris, hingga branding produk, tetapi juga sebagai mitra usaha dalam menciptakan inovasi produk dan strategi pemasaran. Peran aktif ini mendorong peningkatan kapasitas UMKM baik dari sisi pengetahuan maupun keterampilan manajerial. Lebih jauh, keterlibatan mahasiswa juga menjadi wadah praktik langsung dalam pengembangan jiwa kewirausahaan yang aplikatif dan kontekstual. Dengan demikian, sinergi antara institusi pendidikan tinggi dan sektor UMKM tidak hanya bersifat teoritis, tetapi berkontribusi nyata dalam menciptakan ekosistem kewirausahaan yang adaptif, berkelanjutan, dan berorientasi pada kemajuan ekonomi lokal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis strategi pengajaran akuntansi yang mengintegrasikan teknologi dan pendekatan berbasis masalah (PBL) untuk meningkatkan keterampilan analitis mahasiswa pendidikan ekonomi di era Revolusi Industri 4.0. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan instrumen wawancara mendalam, observasi kelas, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun teknologi mempercepat pemahaman dasar akuntansi, PBL lebih efektif dalam mengembangkan keterampilan analitis. Kombinasi kedua metode ini dapat meningkatkan keterampilan analitis mahasiswa, tetapi tantangan implementasinya tetap ada, terutama dalam kesiapan dosen dan mahasiswa. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam pengembangan kurikulum pendidikan akuntansi yang lebih adaptif terhadap kebutuhan industri berbasis data dan teknologi.

Abstract

The high unemployment rate among university graduates demonstrates the need to enhance entrepreneurial competencies. Although entrepreneurship programs have been provided, many students struggle to apply the knowledge. Creativity is believed to be a key factor that can encourage entrepreneurial attitudes through the creation of innovative ideas. This study aims to determine the effect of creativity on the entrepreneurial attitudes of Economics Education students in Pekanbaru. The study employed a quantitative approach with a sample of 170 students from the University of Riau and Sultan Syarif Kasim State Islamic University, selected through a purposive random sampling technique with the Slovin formula. Data collection was carried out using a Likert scale questionnaire, and data analysis was conducted using simple linear regression. Pre-requisite tests showed that the data were normally and linearly distributed. The results implied that creativity had a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial attitudes. Thus, the higher the students' creativity, the more positive their attitudes towards entrepreneurship.
