Abstract

Tujuan penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah: 1) Untuk menganalisis penyelesaian sengketa pemilihan kepala desa oleh pemerintah daerah Kabupaten Kolaka. 2) Untuk menganalisis konsekuensi hukum yang timbul bagi kepala desa yang dilantik tanpa terlebih dahulu diselesaikan sengketa pemilihan kepala desa. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : Pertama. Penyelesaian Sengketa Pemilihan Kepala Desa Oleh Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Kolaka. Di Kabupaten Kolaka penyelesaian sengketa pemilihan kepala desa Sebagai diserahkan sepenuhnya kepada bupati berdasarkan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku, penyelesaian sengketa dalam pemilihan kepala desa seperti yang terjadi di kabupaten Kolaka pada tahun 2016, 2017 dan 2018 pemerintah daerah dalam hal ini bupati kabupaten Kolaka melakukan model penyelesaian secara musyawarah antara calon yang kalah dan yang menang. Pada tahun 2016 dan 2017 penyelesaian sengketanya tidak menimbulkan permasalahan bagi pihak, sedangkan pada tahun 2018 penyelesaian secara musyawarah oleh bupati tidak diterima salah satu pihak dan memilih ke jalur hukum. Kedua. Konsekuensi Hukum Yang Timbul Bagi Kepala Desa Yang Dilantik Tanpa Terlebih Dahulu Diselesaikan Sengketa Pemilihan Kepala Desa Konsekuensi yang timbul apabila calon kepala desa yang menang tetap dilantik tanpa adanya penyelesaian sengketa pemilihan kepala desa selama 30 hari sesuai dengan peraturan daerah, merupakan pelanggaran karena penyelesaian sengketa pemilihan wajib dilaksanakan oleh bupati. Akan tetapi jika hasil penyelesaian belum disepakati oleh salah satu pihak dan pihak yang tidak terima memilih melangkah peradilan umum (PTUN) tidak akan menghentikan pelantikan kepala desa tersebut.

Abstract

ABSTRAKTujuan dari penelitian yang dilakukan ini adalah ingin menganalisis sejauh mana Pengetahuan Teknologi, pedagogi dan Content Knowledge Guru Guru IPA SMP dan Fisika SMA yang ada di Aceh Barat Daya, Pada Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode penelitian Analisis Kuantitatif,  Data pada penelitian di peroleh  dengan cara mengedarkan Angket yang telah disusun dan divalidasi, butir angket penelitian terdiri dari item pertanyaan yang mencakup Pedagogical Knowledge, Content Knowledge, Teknological Knowledge. Pedagogical Content Knowledge, Tecnological Content Knowledge, Tecnological Pedagogical Knowledge dan Tecnological Pedagogical And Content Knowledge  butir soal berjumlah 36 butir soal dengan 5 item pilihan sedangkan sampel yang terdiri dari guru IPA dan Fisika berjumlah 42 orang, Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan persentase setiap komponen, untuk bagian Tecnologi Knowlede Kategori tinggi (51%) untuk Pedagogical Knowledge di dominasi kategori tinggi (49%), untuk bagian Contect Knowledge didominasi kategori sedang (49%), untuk perpaduan teknologi dengan konten materi di kategori sedang (51%), untuk kategori perpaduan pedagogi dengan konten materi dikategori sedang (51%) sedangkan perpaduan teknologi dengan pedagogi didominasi kategori tinggi (47%)  berdasarkan hasil Analisis data secara keseluruhan pengetahuan guru IPA SMP dan Fisika SMA di kabupaten Aceh Barat Daya berkategori sedang dengan jumlah persentase sebanyak 56, 67 % . Berdasarkan data tersebut Guru guru IPA dan Guru Fisika SMA di kabupaten Aceh Barat daya sudah mengetahui Apa itu TPACK bahwa sudah menerapakan di dalam proses Pembelajaran serta mengintegrasikan didalam penggunaaan Teknologi Pembelajaran Kata kunci: pengetahuan guru; TPACK, ABSTRACTThe purpose of the research conducted is to analyse the extent of Technological Knowledge, pedagogy and Content Knowledge of Junior High School Science Teachers and High School Physics Teachers in Southwest Aceh, in this study using the Quantitative Analysis research method, the data in the study were obtained by circulating questionnaires that had been prepared and validated, the research questionnaire items consisted of question items that included Pedagogical Knowledge, Content Knowledge, Technological Knowledge. Pedagogical Content Knowledge, Tecnological Content Knowledge, Tecnological Pedagogical Knowledge and Tecnological Pedagogical And Content Knowledge question items totaled 36 items with 5 choice items while the sample consisting of 42 science and physics teachers, Data analysis in this study uses a percentage of each component, for the Tecnologi Knowlede section the high category (51%) for Pedagogical Knowledge is dominated by the high category (49%), for the Contect Knowledge section is dominated by the medium category (49%), for the combination of technology with material content in the medium category (51%), for the category of pedagogical integration with material content in the medium category (51%) while the combination of technology with pedagogy is dominated by the high category (47%) based on the results of data analysis overall knowledge of junior high school science teachers and high school physics in Southwest Aceh district is in the medium category with a total percentage of 56, 67%. Based on this data, science teachers and physics teachers in in Aceh Barat Daya district already know what TPACK is, that they have applied it in the learning process and integrated it in the use of learning technology. Keywords: teacher knowledge; TPACK

Abstract

In an effort to enhance the teaching competencies of students, the Field Experience Program (PPL) at MTsN 7 Aceh Utara was implemented with the goal of applying educational theory in real-world practice. This study employs an action research approach with a classroom action research design, involving cycles of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The research methods include observation, interviews, documentation, and self-reflection by the practitioners. The collected data were analyzed descriptively to identify patterns and necessary improvements in the teaching process. The findings indicate that the implementation of PPL successfully improved practitioners' skills in determining and preparing teaching materials, applying effective teaching techniques, and developing well-structured Lesson Plans (RPP). Practitioners also gained direct teaching experience, enhanced classroom management, and better understood student characteristics. Additionally, the use of teaching media was refined, contributing to an increased understanding of the material by students. Although the PPL program yielded positive results, several challenges such as student attitudes and preparedness emerged. Efforts to address these challenges included regular consultations with supervising teachers, creating a conducive learning environment, personal approaches with students, and providing motivation. The recommendations from this study are the reinforcement of classroom management strategies, increased student participation through personal approaches, and the use of more varied teaching media to support a more effective teaching and learning process.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the strategies employed by the preacher (Dai) to enhance interest and understanding in Islamic Religious Education within small groups, particularly at the Majelis Taklim Muslimat Baiturrahman in Lhokseumawe. The study encompasses efforts to comprehend the dynamics of small groups and seeks holistic and diverse approaches to religious education. Employing a qualitative case study approach, the research utilizes participatory observation techniques, semi-structured interviews, and document analysis. Data is collected from members of the study group and religious teachers to gain a profound understanding of the strategies employed. Data analysis employs an interactive qualitative approach to detail comprehensive findings. The research findings indicate that religious teachers actively employ three main strategies: 1) Interactive discussions create a collaborative environment that enhances active participation and enriches the learning experience. 2) Inspirational lectures elicit emotional stimulation by linking the subject matter to everyday life. 3) Question-and-answer approaches stimulate critical thinking and responsiveness to individual learning needs. The impacts of these strategies include increased interest in learning, the development of a deeper understanding, and the formation of a sense of unity among participants. Based on the research findings, it is recommended that religious teachers undergo training in implementing innovative strategies that can better adapt to the dynamics of small groups. Additionally, the results offer guidance for the development of instructional strategies focusing on participant engagement and the relevance of religious concepts in everyday life.

Abstract

Based on the demands of 21st century ability, it is hoped that students can master critical thinking skills, especially in physics learning, considering that physics is one of the parts of science learning that cannot be separated from the ability to think critically in solving phenomena in the universe. This research is a type of quasi-experimental research that aims to see the influence of the Blended Learning-based Problem Based Learning model on students' critical thinking skills. The approach used is a quantitative approach. The research population is students of class XI MIPA SMA Negeri Unggul Subulussalam with class XI MIPA 3 as the experimental class and class XI MIPA 4 as the control class. The instruments used are test instruments, questionnaire instruments, observation instruments, and interview instruments. Based on the results of the t-test, a tcount value of 9.1493 was obtained with a ttable of 1.6735 which means that there is a significant difference between the experimental class taught using the PBL Learning model based on blended learning and the control class taught using the PBL learning model only. From the results of data analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that the blended learning based PBL learning model is one of the learning models that is able to improve the critical thinking skills of students at SMA Negeri Unggul Subulussalam

Abstract

This research aims to determine the improvement in science and science learning outcomes of class IVD students at SD N 64/IV Jambi City using a problem based learning model with audio-visual media. This research is classroom action research using a design from Kemmis & McTaggart. The targets of this research were 26 class IVD students at SD N 64/IV Jambi City. Data collection techniques use observation and documentary. The results of the research state that the problem based learning model with the help of audio-visual media can increase student activity, namely the student activity in cycle 1 (46%), cycle 2 (70%), and cycle 3 (96,1%). Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan keaktifan peserta didik pada pembelajaran IPAS kelas IVD SD N 64/IV Kota Jambi menggunakan model problem based learning dengan media audio-visual. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas dengan menggunakan desain dari Kemmis & McTaggart. Sasaran dalam penelitian ini yaitu peserta didik kelas IVD SD N 64/IV Kota Jambi yang berjumlah 26 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menyatakan model pembelajaran problem based learning dengan bantuan media audio-visual dapat memberikan peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik yaitu keaktifan pada siklus 1 (46%), siklus 2 (70%), dan siklus 3 (96,1%).

Abstract

Optimizing bilingual learning through PheT media is one of the conscious efforts of teachers to improve students' critical thinking skills. This study aims to optimize bilingual learning using Phet's media on the critical thinking skills of class XI students at SMA Teuku Nyak Arif Fatih Bilingual School. This type of research is quasi-experimental that uses a nonequivalent control group design model. The population in this study was all class XI which amounted to 2 classes. The sample in this study was taken using a total sampling technique, namely the number of samples equal to the total population of 36 students. The data collection technique used is pretest and posttest learning outcomes tests. The data analysis technique used a two-party t-test with the normality test and homogeneity test first as a prerequisite for the analysis. The results obtained based on data analysis using a two-party t-test, namely - . So according to the hypothesis then is accepted and is rejected, it can be concluded that bilingual learning using PheT media is not optimal to improve the critical thinking skills of students at SMA Teuku Nyak Arif Fatih Bilingual School.

Abstract

Problem-solving in the Quantum Physics course which requires a very mathematical description and analysis is considered difficult by students, especially if the learning is done online. This study aims to find out the difficulties of learning Quantum Physics courses through online learning for physics education students in class 2018 FKIP USK. The subjects in this study were students of physics education class 2018 who took the Quantum Physics course, totaling 49 people. The research approach used is descriptive quantitative. Data collection was carried out using a closed questionnaire based on the google form. The results showed that students had learning difficulties using online learning in the Quantum Physics course from internal factors, namely cognitive indicators with a total score of 841 while external factors, namely community environmental indicators, with a total score of 457. Conclusions Based on the difficulties experienced by students in this study, it can be seen that students have some difficulties in studying Quantum Physics material online.

Abstract

The goal of this study is to develop problem-based learning e-modules that can be used in the teaching and learning process. Research is development research, or RnD (Research and Development), using a 4-D model as a development model (define, design, develop, and dessimate). Students in class X MIPA 2 at SMAN 1 Tangse, a total of 30 participants, were the subjects of this study. These research steps begin with learners receiving a posttest, followed by learners receiving a response questionnaire and posttest questions to determine their level of understanding. After receiving electronics modules, learners are given a response questionnaire and posttest questions to determine their level of understanding. Material and media specialists' validation results fall into the decent and very decent categories, respectively, with percentages of 84.85 and 78.4. The average reaction of learners and teachers is similarly high, indicating that the electronics module is appropriate for use in education. With an average N-Gain value of 0.6, there are 13 people in the high N-Gain category, 15 people in the medium N-Gain category, and 2 people in the low N-Gain category. The N-Gain understanding of learners experiencing an increase in material understanding of momentum and impulses by employing electronics module. Electronics module can be observed in the results.

Abstract

The importance of the teacher's role in mastering HOTS-based questions greatly influences the learning outcomes achieved by students. So we need an appropriate learning model to guide students to more easily solve HOTS-based problems. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the Problem Posing model in improving the ability of high school physics teachers to solve HOTS-based problems. The method used in this study was quantitative research that was quasi-experimental with the design of One Group Pretest-Postest Design. This design consists of one group chosen randomly and it was given a pre-test before being given treatment. That group was given a treatment of applying the Problem Posing model and after that, the group was given a post-test to find out whether there was an effect of applying the Problem Posing model to the ability of physics teachers in solving HOTS-based problems. The study population included all physics teachers in Bener Meriah, Central Aceh. The research sample was taken using random sampling techniques. Data were collected from the results of the pretest and posttest done by the physics teacher, namely the Friction Force HOTS-Based Problems. The data is analyzed using two-tailed t-test formula. The results of data analysis obtained tcount ttable was 2.79 2.06 which means Ha is accepted and it was obtained an n-gain score of 64.69. Based on these results it could be concluded that the Problem Posing model is quite effectively used to improve the ability of teachers to solve HOTS-based problems.
