Abstract

This study examines how information sharing drives supply chain performance improvements, with trust serving as a mediating variable. Data collection involved questionnaires and literature review, targeting 77 rice store respondents in Tangerang Regency. The research employed purposive sampling to ensure appropriate respondent characteristics, and utilized SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Modeling based on Partial Least Squares) for quantitative analysis. The findings revealed four key insights: First, information sharing activities showed a significant positive relationship with supply chain performance. Second, information sharing demonstrated a clear positive impact on building trust. Third, trust levels proved to substantially enhance supply chain performance. Fourth, the analysis confirmed trust's role as a mediating variable linking information sharing activities to supply chain performance outcomes

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of collaboration on logistics performance with logistics capability as an intervening variable at PT. Ciomas Ariya Samudera. Using a quantitative approach through a survey of 40 companies that use the service of PT. Ciomas Ariya Samudera, the data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method the assistance of SmartPLS 4.1.12 software. The result show that: (1) collaboration has a positive and significant effect on logistics performance, (2) collaboration has a positive and significant effect on logistics performance, (3)logistics capability has a positive and significant effect on logistics performance, (4) logistics capability has a positive and significant effect in mediating the relationship between collaboration and logistics performance.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to determine the impact of internal integration, supplier integration, and customer integration on supply chain performance. This research employs a quantitative method and uses a saturated sampling technique by distributing questionnaires to 67 SRC partners in Cilegon City. The analysis method used is SPSS V20. The findings indicate that internal integration, supplier integration, and customer integration positively and significantly impact supply chain performance. The adjusted R-squared value is 0.604, concluding that internal integration, supplier integration, and customer integration influence supply chain performance by 60.4%, with the remaining 39.6% influenced by other variables outside this study. Expanding the data scope and considering other factors are recommended to obtain more representative results. This is crucial for future research to provide a more comprehensive and accurate depiction of supply chain performance dynamics at SRC and in broader contexts. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effects of trust, commitment, and information sharing on supply chain performance. This research uses quantitative methods and employs saturated sampling techniques by distributing questionnaires to 36 respondents. The results indicated that trust has a positive but insignificant effect on supply chain performance, while both commitment and information sharing have positive and significant effects on supply chain performance. Additionally, trust positively and significantly affects information sharing, as does commitment. Furthermore, information sharing effectively mediates the relationship between trust and commitment in relation to supply chain performance. The adjusted R-squared value is 0.747, concluding that trust, commitment, and information sharing affect supply chain performance by 74.7%, with the remaining 25.3% influenced by other variables outside this study. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepercayaan, pendapatan, dan sosial media terhadap minat masyarakat dalam membayar zakat pada Baznas Kabupaten Serang secara parsial dan simultan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data primer, yang terdiri dari 100 responden, dianalisis dengan regresi linier berganda menggunakan program SPSS 29. Hasil uji linier berganda menunjukkan bahwa variabel kepercayaan mempengaruhi minat membayar dengan nilai beta 0,384, sedangkan pendapatan mempengaruhi minat membayar dengan nilai beta 0,297, dan variabel sosial media tidak mempengaruhi minat membayar dengan nilai beta 0,140.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this research is to find out whether leadership and service quality influence student satisfaction at the Ibnu Syam Cilegon Islamic Boarding School from an Islamic perspective. This research used quantitative methods, data was collected through questionnaires from 61 respondents, then multiple linear regression analysis was carried out. The results of this research are that leadership has a positive and significant effect on student satisfaction with a t-count (4.302) > t-table value (1.671), and service quality has a positive and significant effect on student satisfaction with a t-count (8.209) > value t-table (1.671), then leadership and service quality together influence student satisfaction with an f-count (64.964) > f-table value (3.15). Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan santri dengan nilai t-hitung (4,302) > nilai t-tabel (1,671), dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan santri dengan nilai t-hitung (8,209) > nilai t-tabel (1,671), kemudian kepemimpinan dan kualitas pelayanan secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan santri dengan niali f-hitung (64,964) > nilai f-tabel (3,15). Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui danĀ  menganalisis bagaimana Green Supply Chain Management mempengaruhi Kinerja Perusahaan pada usaha UKM olahan ikan di Kota Serang. Pada penelitian ini sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder, dimana pengumpulan data primer dilakukan dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 89 responden yang telah ditentukan dengan menggunakan formula Slovin. Skala pengukuran yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala Likert. Sedangkan data sekunder didapatkan melalui buku dan jurnal yang berhubungan dengan penelitian ini. Metode analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) dan alat analisis untuk mengolah dan menganalisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah SmartPLS Versi 4.0.9.6. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian dan analisis menunjukkan bahwa tiga dari empat variabel independen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu green manufacturing (X1), green purchasing (X2) dan eco design (X3) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel dependen yaitu kinerja perusahaan. Sedangkan variabel cooperation with customers (X4) menunjukkan hasil yaitu negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap variabel dependen yaitu kinerja perusahaan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how economic growth and company-specific variables affect the profitability of Islamic life insurance in Indonesia. This study employed a quantitative approach using a descriptive methodology. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with a sample of 10 Islamic Life Insurance companies in Indonesia. The results of this study indicate that partially the leverage variable has a negative and significant effect on profitability. Premium growth variable has a positive and significant effect on profitability. The variables of company size, tangibility, liquidity, and economic growth have no effect on profitability. While simultaneously the variables of company-specific factors (company size, leverage, tangibility, premium growth, and liquidity) and economic growth have a significant effect on profitability.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of raw material inventory management and machine maintenance on the All Aluminum Alloy Conductor-Shielded (AAAC-S) cable production process at PT. Pulung Cable Indonesia. The method used in this research is quantitative with a causal associative approach. The population used in this study were all employees of PT. Pulung Cable Indonesia. The sample in this study is part of the population of all employees of PT. Pulung cable Indonesia using non-probability technique by purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS 22 software program for windows. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Raw material inventory management has a positive and significant effect on the production process. (2) Machine maintenance has a positive and significant effect on the production process.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh literasi zakat dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap minat membayar zakat dengan kepercayaan sebagai variabel intervensi pada generasi milenial di Provinsi Banten. Jenis penelitian menggunakan kausalitas kuantitatif. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik nonprobability sampling dengan metode Purposive sampling dengan sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Metode pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan metode PLS-SEM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Literasi zakat tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap minat membayar zakat. Kualitas pelayanan dan Kepercayaan memiliki pengaruh terhadap minat membayar zakat. Literasi zakat dan kualitas pelayanan memiliki pengaruh terhadap kepercayaan. Literasi zakat dan minat membayar zakat tidak dapat dimediasi oleh kepercayaan. Sedangkan kualitas dan minat membayar zakat dapat dimediasi oleh kepercayaan.
