Abstract

This paper presents a novel single direct current (DC) source with switched-capacitor multilevel inverter (MLI) architecture capable of achieving seven output voltage levels using only eight switches, one diode, and two capacitors. The proposed topology (P) is compared with recent MLI configurations to assess its efficiency and performance. MATLAB/Simulink tools are utilized for simulation studies, and experimental validation is conducted to corroborate the theoretical findings. The investigation explores the impact of modulation index and switching frequency variations on the P output characteristics. Results indicate that the proposed MLI topology offers significant advantages in terms of component count reduction and simplicity while maintaining competitive performance compared to state-of-the-art alternatives. Additionally, the study provides insights into the influence of modulation index and switching frequency changes on the output voltage waveform, highlighting the adaptability and robustness of the P under varying operating conditions. This research contributes to the advancement of MLI designs by offering a streamlined and efficient solution suitable for various power electronic applications, including renewable energy systems and motor drives, where minimizing component count and complexity are crucial design considerations.

Abstract

Management The management of zakat, infaq, and shodaqoh (ZIS) funds of BMT Assyafi'iyah Berkah Nasional (BN) Rumbia Branch continues to spur economic growth of the community. One of them is by giving infaq. The infaq fund managed by BMT Assyafi'iyah BN Rumbia Branch is a fund distributed by muzakki. ZIS is a potential source of funds that can be used as an effort to realize people's welfare. The implementation of zakat involves a number of activities related to the management of zakat fund management, including: planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising the collection and distribution. The purpose of this study is to determine the management of ZIS funds in Baitul Maal Assyafi'iyahRumbia Branch, as well as to determine the improvement of member welfare. This type of research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Data sources consist of primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques in this study used interviews, observation, and documentation as well as data analysis using an inductive approach. The management of  ZIS fund management in Baitul Maal Assyafi'iyahRumbia Branch has been carried out according to the planned program, there are supporting and inhibiting factors in carrying out ZIS fund management management, but Baitul Maal Assyafi'iyah is able to overcome member difficulties that have an impact on member welfare. Keywords: Member Welfare, ZIS Fund Management Management

Abstract

Public relations (PR) in schools is increasingly essential in facing the challenges of globalization, especially in aligning local values with modern communication practices. This research explores applying a cultural approach in PR strategies at MA Sunan Muria Pategalan, Jatibanteng District, Situbondo Regency, which has a rich local culture. Using qualitative methods with case studies, data was collected through observation, in-depth interviews with key informants (school principal, head of public relations, student parents), and documentation related to school homework activities. Data were analyzed using an analysis model that included condensation, presentation, and conclusion. The research results show that integrating local culture in PR can strengthen relations between schools and communities, create more relevant and meaningful communication, and increase community acceptance of schools. This research emphasizes the importance of understanding and respecting local cultural values in building harmonious relationships.

Abstract

This paper is based on Nurul Qadim Islamic Boarding School Paiton Probolinggo which has integrated salaf education and modern education. This Islamic boarding school combines yellow book-based education with the national curriculum and optimizes technology to improve the learning process. This study aims to analyze the efforts of Islamic boarding schools in maintaining the tradition of salaf education and adapting to the development of the times. The focus of this study is how this Islamic boarding school maintains traditional methods such as bandongan, sorogan, and memorizing yellow books, while integrating the national curriculum and technology. The research method used is a qualitative approach with case studies, through observation and analysis of Islamic boarding school curriculum documents. The results of this study indicate that Nurul Qadim Islamic Boarding School has succeeded in balancing religious traditions and the demands of modernity, making it an adaptive education model. This Islamic boarding school not only produces students who master religious knowledge, but are also ready to face global challenges with skills that are relevant in the modern era.

Abstract

Jepara Regency is an area that has implemented farmer cards for 6 years, but its implementation still experiences problems from the initial application for the farmer card to the distribution of subsidized fertilizer. The aim of writing this article is to find out how the farmer card program is implemented in Jepara Regency and the factors that influence it. This article uses George C. Edward III's implementation theory. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach, with analysis of secondary sources such as journals, newspapers, online information (official websites and news portals). This article shows that the implementation of farmer cards in Jepara Regency is experiencing problems, including the problem of not fulfilling the 6 T principles, technical and non-technical problems starting from applying for registration, late and late distribution of farmer cards, allocation of subsidized fertilizer that is not absorbed optimally, to the existence of fraud at KPL kiosks that sell fertilizer using a package system.
