Abstract

This research aims to describe community participation in cultural preservation in Gerendeng Pulo Village. Based on the research results, information was obtained that there is a form of community participation in Gerendeng Pulo Village to preserve Chinese ethnic culture, namely the participation of workers in mutual cooperation to improve a clean, neat and green environment with the concept of Chinese cultural values ​​to eliminate the stigma of slum villages becoming cultural villages, participation property, namely donations of money and goods which are managed by the community and then used for cultural preservation purposes. Participation in constructive ideas such as the idea of ​​thematic improvement of Gerendeng Pulo village and providing the concept of cultural preservation through the implementation of Cap Go Meh activities as a promotion to introduce Gerendeng Village. Pulo, Participation takes the form of ability or expertise that is used to encourage, mobilize and motivate the people of Kampung Gerendeng Pulo to be actively involved in improving the environment and preserving culture. The Tangerang City Government needs to be responsible for supporting the development and preservation of culture in Gerendeng Pulo Village from various aspects, to provide stimulus and not provide excessive intervention.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the process of transforming the business of selling processed herbal medicine from a conventional system to an online system and to explain the opportunities and challenges of this business going forward. The research method in writing this thesis is descriptive and uses 5 key informants as traditional herbal medicine business actors, herbs and pharmacies. The increasing consumption of herbal medicine by the community is influenced by various factors, such as personal factors, marketing factors, socio-cultural factors, psychological factors and price factors. These various factors have an impact on the level of consumer/customer acceptance of herbal medicine from conventional trading businesses to online trading businesses. The determining factor in the process of converting a conventional herbal medicine business into an online herbal medicine trading business is the legality factor in the circulation and use of herbal medicine . It is necessary to conduct further investigations regarding alternative traditional herbal medicine, the availability of herbal basic ingredients / herbal raw materials so that the herbal medicine manufacturing process can continue

Abstract

Effective waste management in large cities requires integrated solutions based on improving infrastructure capacity, public awareness, and policies that support more sustainable waste management. To this day, waste remains a major issue for urban communities, such as in Tangerang City. This study aims to find solutions for managing waste so that it no longer becomes a problem but instead transforms into a commodity with economic value. The research method used is qualitative, with data collection conducted through a literature study. The findings conclude that both the government and society must change their perspective on waste, viewing it not as a problem but as a commodity with economic potential. This paper suggests that the Tangerang City Government establish a regional company with a core business in waste production—whether through biocycle farming for organic waste or by setting up an industrial processing system for inorganic waste based on its type

Abstract

The study was carried out with the aim of finding out and explaining the influence of innovation products and quality products to labor competition products in Kulumanu Kopi which is one of the coffee shops in Tangerang City. The research method used is a quantitative method with an associative type that explains the relationship between innovation variables. products and variable quality of products for energy competition products that have been produced in Kulumanu Kopi, Tangerang City. Data analysis uses correlation analysis, determination, and regression, where the data source is the respondents' answers to the questionnaire they have answered, with a sample size of 100 people. This study resulted in an explanation that the relationship between innovation products (X1) and quality products (X2) together with the competition products Power (Y) was R YX1X2 = 0.952 and showed a very strong level of relationship. Meanwhile, the variable of the ability of the size of the innovation product and the variable of the product quality for the Power competition product was 90.63%. Meanwhile, the relationship between the innovation product variable and the product quality variable with the Energy competition product is positive because the innovation product improvement variable and the quality product variable will be followed by an increase in the power competition product value variable that meets the linear regression line equation Y = 1.153 + 0.363X 1 + 1.319X2. This research produces recommendations to Kulumanu Kopi as a coffee shop businessman to conduct periodic evaluations related to product innovation and product quality variables and product competitiveness, so that all changes to the third variable can be quickly anticipated, in addition to the adaptive herus business to technology development in the digital business line and collaboration with e-commerce.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of spatial planning policies, infrastructure, and accessibility on land prices in Tangerang City. As one of the rapidly growing urban areas, Tangerang experiences continuous shifts in land values driven by economic expansion and urban development. To address this issue, the research employs multiple linear regression analysis to measure the extent of each variable’s effect. The findings reveal that well-structured spatial planning can significantly enhance property values, while adequate infrastructure plays a vital role in strengthening the attractiveness of an area. Accessibility also emerges as a crucial factor, as locations that are easier to reach tend to have higher land prices. Overall, these three variables show strong individual as well as combined impacts on land values. The study highlights the need for consistent spatial planning, equitable infrastructure development, and improved accessibility to ensure controlled land prices while fostering sustainable economic growth and supporting sound property investment decisions.

Abstract

The world of service is inseparable from human life. Every human being even when still in the womb of his mother has received services in the form of nutritional intake and prayer, the next phase is after enough time to be born into the world he also gets service. The dimensions that will be used as guidelines for research instruments are according to Jafar, 2019. In the process of this research, the author uses qualitative methods, namely by collecting data through observation and interviews, The quality of service of Sangiang Jaya Village Office, Periuk District, Tangerang Municipality from the perspective of the community through the dimension of reliability is quite good. Meanwhile, through the dimension  of responsiveness as a whole, service reliability is mostly good and timely when the community needs it. Through  the assurance dimension, it is found that most employees have been good according to their abilities and do not compare with each other. Through the dimension of empathy regarding the attention of officials and employees to the community when served, it is found that overall they are always close to the community. The quality of service of Sangiang Jaya Village Office, Periuk District, Tangerang Municipality from through the dimension of direct evidence (tangibles) is said to be good enough but needs the addition of modern equipment

Abstract

The objectives of this research are: 1) Knowing the role of officials' responsibilities in improving public services in Kunciran Village, Pinang District, Tangerang City, 2) Knowing the supporting and inhibiting factors in improving public services, 3) Knowing the efforts made by officials to improve public services. Seeing the purpose of this study, the research method used is a qualitative method. The informants used as sources of information in this research were the secretary of Kunciran sub-district, Pinang District, Tangerang City, head of the governance section, head of the economic and development section, the general public and head of the community association. Data collection techniques were carried out using interview, observation and documentation techniques. Data analysis was carried out by means of data reduction, data display and drawing conclusions from the results of interviews with research informants. The conclusions of this research are 1) Apparatus in Kunciran Village, Pinang District, Tangerang City have awareness as state servants who have a moral, personal and social role to be responsible in carrying out their duties and functions in providing services to the community, 2) Supporting factors in improving quality public services, namely that the apparatus has moral, personal and social awareness in providing services in a transparent, accountable, participatory, conditional manner, fulfills the rights of service recipients and pays attention to the balance of rights and obligations of service recipients and the public has the awareness to participate in the implementation of public services, while the inhibiting factor is that there are people who do not know clearly about the procedures for service requirements, 3) Efforts made by the apparatus in Kunciran Village, Pinang District, Tangerang City to improve services, namely by making computerized improvements to the village administration and providing public services in a transparent, accountable manner. , conditional, participatory, non-discriminatory and pays attention to the balance of rights and obligations in providing services to the community

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses penjualan yang terjadi di Aples_Cheirotechnies dan bersifat prediksi, sebab melakukan analisa peluang pemasaran produk rajut ke tengah masyarakat melalui pemasaran digital. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan postpositivisme yakni meneliti pada kondisi obyek yang alamiah, dimana peneliti adalah sebagai instumen kunci. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan secara triangulasi (gabungan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi), data yang diperoleh cenderung data kualitatif, analisis data bersifat induktif/kualitatif, dan hasil penelitian kualitatif bersifat untuk memahami makna, memahami keunikan, dan mengkonstruksi fenomena. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa bisnis rajut online memiliki potensi pertumbuhan yang tinggi, seperti toko aples_cheirotechniess ini, terutama dengan meningkatnya minat konsumen terhadap produk hand made dan unik. Permintaan akan produk rajutan terus meningkat, terutama di kalangan konsumen yang mencari barang yang terbuat dengan kualitas tinggi dan memiliki keunikan, sehingga produk rajut aples_cheirotechnies ini sangat layak untuk digunakan dan diminati dan masih minimnya kompetitor dalam bisnis ini. Kata Kunci: Bisnis, produk rajut, pemasaran digital.

Abstract

This article examines the effect of implementing Islamic Religious Education (PAI) academic supervision on the performance of PAI teachers in junior high schools (SMP). This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method in two junior high schools in Barito Kuala Regency, South Kalimantan Province. The research data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation and analyzed using the Kirkpatrick evaluation model. The results showed that PAI academic supervision in junior high schools is still not optimal because various factors, such as competence, motivation, work environment, and facilities, influence it. However, PAI academic supervision also positively impacts the performance of PAI teachers in junior high schools, such as improving the quality of learning, developing student potential, and job satisfaction. This article provides recommendations for PAI supervisors, principals, PAI teachers, and other relevant parties in improving PAI academic supervision in junior high schools, as well as a reference for future research related to the same or similar topics.
