Penelitian ini Berjudul Tinjauan Hukum Tentang PT. PLN (Persero) Sebagai Pelaku Usaha Didalam Penyediaan Listrik Bagi Konsumen, dengan rumusan masalah bagaimanakah hubungan hukum antara PT.PLN (persero) pelaku usaha dan masyarakat (Konsumen) pengguna jasa dan bagaimanakah tanggung tawab PT.PLN (Persero) dalam penyediaan listrik bagi masyarakat (konsumen). tujuan penelitian ini Untuk mengetahui dan memahami, hubungan hukum antara PT. PLN (persero) pelaku usaha dan masyarakat (konsumen) pengguna jasa dan untuk mengetahui dan memahami tanggung jawab PT. PLN (persero) dalam penyediaan listrik bagi masyarakat (konsumen). Metode pendekatan yang digunakan yaitu, metode analisis yuridis normatif. Dimana penelitian ini dilihat dari hubungan hukum antara PT. PLN (persero) pelaku usaha dan masyarakat (konsumen) pengguna jasa yaitu, dapat di lihat dari adanya suatu kontrak perjanjian pemasangan aliran/ voltase listrik, oleh PT. PLN (Persero), dengan pihak konsumen, sesuai dengan kesepakat yang diatur didalam Pasal 1338 KUH perdata tentang asas kebebasan berkontrak dad Pasal 1320 KUH Perdata tentang sarat syahnya suatu perjanjian; dimana posisi para pihak haruslah seimbang, namun dalam kenyataannya, tidak demikian, masyarakat sering dirugikan oleh tindakan PT PLN (Persero) disamping itu, kedua pihak harus melaksanakan apa yang menjadi hak-hak dan kewajiban-keajiban para pihak. Dan juga memnuhi asas-asas hukum perlindungan konsumen dan Tanggung jawab PT. PLN (Persero) dalam penyediaan listrik bagi masyarakat (Konsumen) yaitu, PT PLN (Persero) sebagai satu-satunya yang diberikan kewenangan oleh pemerintah melalui Pasal 33 UUD 1945, maka amanat tersebut haruslah dilaksanakan secara profesional, adapaun dalam kenyataannnya PT.PLN (Persero) di Kota Palu belum melakanakan secara sepenuhnya, hal ini daat di lihat sering terjadi pemadaman listrik secara sepihak, yang berlangsung sampai 12 jam, dan terulang dalam waktu dua atau tiga bulan, belum mencerminkan visi dan misinya PT. (Persero) yaitu, memberikan pelayanan sebaik-baiknya kepada seluruh lapisan masyarakat, disamping mencari ke untungan. Kata Kunci : PLN, Penyedian Listrik, Konsumen.

The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of local microorganisms (MOL) produced from various types of fruit. This research method uses a completely randomized (ral) factorial pattern design with 2 factors, the first factor is the addition of papaya and banana. While the second factor is the length of fermentation time is 0 days and 7 days. The data was processed using of ANOVA analysis techniques with further test duncan. The results showed that local microorganisms with the addition of papaya fruit were the best treatment with value that were 1.49% nitrogen levels, 0.12% phosphorus levels, 0.71% potassium levels, and total microbes from day 0 to 5.79 log10 colony/ml, and 7th day that is 7.87 log10 colony/ml.

Secara umum penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan peningkatan hasil belajar geografi siswa kelas X-4 SMA Negeri 15 Konawe Selatan yang diajar dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran kooparatif tipe teams Games Tournament (TGT) pada materi pokok litosfer. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tundakan kelas (PTK) subyek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X-4 SMA Negeri 15 Konawe Selatan yang terdaftar pada semester genap tahun pelajaran 2016/2017, yang berjumlah 28 orang siswa. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa; 1) aktivitas belajar siswa kelas X-4 SMA Negeri 15 Konawe Selatan yang diajar dengan model pembelajaran Teams Games Tournament (TGT) pada siklus I skor rata-rata 2,56 yang berkategori cukup, meningkatan pada siklus II sebesar 3,37 dengan kategori baik; 2) Aktivitas guru pada siklus I skor rata-rata aktivitas mengajar guru sebesar 2,6 yang berkategori cukup dan menigkatan pada siklus II menjadi sebesar 3,6 yang berkategori baik, 3) terjadi peningkatan hasil belajar dari siklus I ke siklus II. Peningkatanya 14% yang diperoleh dari selisih antara persentase ketuntasan siklus II ke siklus I, dimana padaa siklus I rata-rata 67,14 dengan persentase ketuntasan 68% dan pada siklus II nilai rata-rata hasil belajar siswa sebesar 76,71 dengan persentase ketuntasan 82%.

Abstrak Perkembangan teknologi komunikasi mendorong akses dan penyebaran informasi menjadi tanpa batas dan tidak terkontrol. Penyebaran isu hoax, ujaran kebenjian (hate speech), hingga perilaku bullying di media sosial semakin banyak terjadi. Kurangnya pemahaman akan konten media sosial yang terindikasi melanggar UU ITE serta kesadaran atas sanksi hukum penyalahgunaan informasi menjadi dasar dilaksanakannya kegiatan yang bermitra dengan PKK Desa Plesungan, Kecamatan Gondangrejo, Kabupaten Karangnyar. Melalui kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat berupa Sosialisasi UU ITE terkait anti hoax, hate speech dan bullying menjadi solusi menuju pengguna media sosial sehat dan beretika. Melalui Kegiatan ini, mitra berbagi dan mendapat pemahaman mengenai konten dan sanksi hukum atas UU ITE. Melalui kegiatan pengabdian ini mitra telahÂ mampu mengetahui dan mengidentifikasi konten media sosial yang sehat dan bebas dari pelanggaran UU ITE.Â Keywords: Hoax, Hate Speech, Bullying, Media Sosial, UU ITE.

Background – The development of the tourism sector based on local wisdom, in supporting the sustainable tourism sector in Selayan Kalimantan, especially historical and religious tourism, namely mosques and tombs, is very much needed. Community-based tourism applications can be carried out in three stages, namely the planning stage, implementation stage and evaluation stage. Aim – The aim of this research is to analyze the concept and implementation of a combination of aspects of sharia-based human capital policy and local wisdom. Design/ Methodology/ Approach – This research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection in this article used in-depth interviews with 2 parties from managers and HRD. Apart from interviews, data was obtained through direct observation during employee selection and documentation. Findings – The research results showed that The development of religious tourism in South Kalimantan as sustainable tourism is very worthy of development, commitment to sustainable development, community involvement in decision making and management of religious tourism facilities and infrastructure that have previously existed, such as tombs, mosques and historical buildings. Efforts to optimize the development of sustainable religious tourism are developing the concept of cultural cities, increasing regional security, improving infrastructure and drainage in several places, providing new religious tourism attractions and more attractive additional attractions. Conclusion - The development of religious tourism in Banjar Regency has problems, namely (1) tourism facilities and infrastructure, (2) local resource development, and (3) marketing development. Research implication- It is hoped that there will be the obstacles that exist in religious tourism objects are related to facilities and infrastructure, weak local resources to support tourist attractions, and weak tourism marketing. To overcome obstacles, the strategies that can be implemented are related to the development of tourism facilities and infrastructure, development of local resources, and development of marketing. Limitations – Banjar Regency has quite large potential for developing religious tourism. There are 27 religious tourist attractions in Banjar Regency, but in reality most of the existing religious tourism has not been managed optimally..

This study aims to examine the effect of financial literacy on student behavior in managing financial smart Indonesian card scholarship funds (Kip-Kuliah), this study uses quantitative methods, the sample in this study was taken from students receiving smart Indonesian card scholarships (Kip-Kuliah) semester 3, 5, and 7 in the Management study program of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Unismuh Makassar. This research data was obtained from a questionnaire (primary data). The results of research from data processed using SPSS statistical calculations, based on the results of SPSS output partially, the results showed that financial literacy variables have an influence on student behavior in managing the finances of the Smart Indonesia Card scholarship fund (Kip-Kuliah)

Penelitian Ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana peran kepolisian dalam penanganan pelanggaran pemilu di Kota Palopo dan untuk mengetahui faktor apa saja yang menghambat dalam penanganan pelanggaran pemilu di Kota Palopo. Metode Penelitian yang di gunakan yakni penelitian hukum normatif dengan pendekatan penelitian meliputi pendekatan perundang–undangan (statute approach) dan pendekatan Konseptual (conceptual approaach). Teknik Analisis data dianalisis secara kualitatif, kemudian dari hasil analisis tersebut akan dituangkan secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peran polisi dalam menegani tindak pidana pemilihan kepala daerah yaitu menganalisa, mengfilter dan menentukan apakah pelanggaran tersebut merupakan pelanggaran tindak pidana pemilu atau pelanggaran administrasi pemilhan umum kepala daerah. Kendala yang di hadapi polisi dalam menangani laporan tindak pidana pelanggaran pemilu diantaranya bukti dalam proses peyidikan dan penyelidikan yang membuat kepolisian lambat dan tidak adanya saksi maupun orang yang mau memberikan kesaskian terhadap laporan tersebut, danan pihak kepolisian juga sangat terbebani dengan singkatnya waktu yang di amanahkan oleh undang-undang untuk melakukan proses penanganan laporan pelanggaran tindak pidana pemilu.

The process of processing smoked fish that does not pay attention to sanitation and hygiene standards, as well as open storage next to the road body, causes dust, germs, and bacteria to contaminate the quality of processed smoked flying fish in the Somba culinary tourism center. This study aims to evaluate the microbiological quality of smoked flying fish based on Total Plate Count (ALT) and water content to assess its compliance with food safety standards. This study used a combination method of sequential exploratory model, which is a combination research method that combines qualitative and quantitative research methods sequentially. Data collection was carried out by purposive sampling, and the parameters for this sampling were based on the 10 stalls with the most production and customers. The results showed that out of 10 samples, there were only four samples that met the SNI requirements of a maximum of 1.0×105 colonies/g, including samples S2 (2.74×104), S5 (2.53×104), S9 (2.33×104) and S10 (2.38×104). In contrast, the results of the water content test show that out of 10 samples, there are only three smoked flying fish samples that have a water content value that matches the maximum limit of smoked fish based on SNI, which is a maximum of 60% including samples S2, S5, and S9

The significance of Islamic religious education in shaping children's character is paramount in contemporary society. This study aims to explore the transformative impact of Islamic education on children's moral and spiritual development, utilizing a comprehensive analysis that integrates psychological and spiritual perspectives. A mixed-method approach combining literature review and empirical research elucidates how Islamic education fosters moral reasoning, empathy, and self-regulation among children while nurturing a profound spiritual connection and inner transformation. Here are the steps: 1) Literature Review: Start by compiling a comprehensive literature review about the importance of Islamic religious education in forming children's character. Please focus on the psychological theories that support this argument and their relationship to aspects of spirituality. 2) Empirical Research: conducting empirical research to support the claim. Use appropriate research methods such as surveys, interviews, or observations to collect relevant data from respondents from various backgrounds and ages. The findings underscore the holistic nature of Islamic education in equipping children with the ethical fortitude, emotional resilience, and spiritual consciousness necessary to navigate life's challenges with integrity and purpose. Our research findings demonstrate how Islamic education fosters moral reasoning, empathy, and self-regulation among children while nurturing a deep sense of spiritual connection and inner transformation. By integrating psychological insights with spiritual teachings, Islamic education offers a holistic approach to character development, equipping children with the ethical fortitude, emotional resilience, and spiritual consciousness necessary to navigate life's challenges with integrity and purpose.

Badminton is a highly popular sport in Indonesia, yet many rural courts lack essential support facilities, such as scoreboards and adequate lighting. These elements are crucial for ensuring the smooth flow and quality of the game during both practice and competition. The program aimed to improve the badminton court in Karang Indah village by providing a modern scoreboard and installing proper lighting. The project involved planning, material procurement, installation, and testing phases. The scoreboard enhanced the accuracy and ease of tracking match scores, while the lighting improved player visibility, especially during night games. The results showed a significant improvement in both the comfort and quality of gameplay, benefiting players, referees, and spectators alike. This initiative serves as a model for similar rural areas, promoting broader community participation in badminton and fostering a healthier, more active lifestyle.
