Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the SVLK Timber Legality and Verification System, FSC Chain of Custody, PEFC Sustainable Forest Management for wood and wood-based products on the competitiveness of the wood industry in Central Java. This research was conducted in several companies that process wood or use wood as the main material in Central Java with a total of 300 respondents. The respondents of this study are wood industry employees as top management, managers and staff who have been implementing SVLK, FSC, PEFC for at least 2 years. The background of this study is due to the lack of PEFC, FSC and SVLK research on the wood industry in Indonesia's Central Java province. Data collection was carried out by distributing electronic questionnaires online during January 2020 and analyzing data processing using Structural Equation Model (SEM) and Linear Structural Model (LISREL) software version 8.70. The analysis shows that the application of SVLK, FSC Chain of Custody, PEFC Sustainable Forest Management significantly and positively affects the company's competitiveness such as increased customer satisfaction, increased sales and decreased customer complaints.

Abstract

This writing aims to prove several HR variables that affect the performance of teachers in this digital learning era. In this era of digital learning, it is believed that the role of the teacher as a channel for children's educators is even replaced by the digital device. Based on this phenomenon, teacher performance is assumed to decrease. This research was conducted at Pelita Harapan BangsaTegal. The study population was 57 teachers and data collection techniques were carried out by distributing questionnaires and the data were analyzed using the Smart PLSĀ  research tool.3.0. The results of the analysis show that the HR variable consisting of Work discipline, Organizational Commitment and the Work Environment positively influences teacher performance. HR strategies have positive effects such as: disciplining all levels, expressed organizational commitment and fulfillment, and work costs that are designed as comfortable as possible for teachers can improve.

Abstract

The objective of the research purpose is to analyze if there is an effect of the Leadership Style, Trust, and Work Ethic, towards Engagement especially to the service department. Due to the fact that complaints increased from customer and impact to less satisfactory. A quantitative approach, with path analysis, and survey research designs using a questionnaire used to test hypotheses for employees in the service section from the labor level to the Supervisor position. Total samples 78 people taken from 100 populations. It was discovered from the results, that work ethic has a positive and important influence on working engagement that decrease the level complaints, which makes this research special since no related research has been done so far.Cara Mengutip:Sihite, O. Abstract

The author makes the purpose of the research is to know the Human Resource Governance that occurred at PT SPV, Purwakarta West Java by examining the influenceaofaLeadership, OrganizationalaCultureaand Career Development on Job Satisfaction. Another reason of this reseach is due to high turn over of the employee during 5 years. The research sample is taken from Senior Employee at a company as much as 265 people but by using a sampling technique to 90 employees at PT SPV Purwakarta, West Java selected by proportional random sampling method. Data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS 20.00. The results showed that Leadership is a very significant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction, Organizational Culture Influence on Job Satisfaction, and career development have a significant effect on Job Satisfaction. The implications of this research are to improve the elements Leadership and working relationships in order to promote temporary career development. The elements of career development are essential to showing job satisfaction. The result will see the effect of this research toward the high turn over in coming years. The result of this research proved that the Leadership and and Career development are the one to be improved or to develop as they are significantly effected to the work satisfaction in the company. This actions will help company to reduce the employee turnover.
