Abstract

PT. Tainan Enterprises Indonesia branch of Cianjur produce various kinds of garment products. One of the most widely product is trousers. The product are still many defects. This is showed from the number of defective products during February 2015 until mid-March 2015 which reached 509 products unit of 10.138 trousers produced. Therefore, appropriate quality control is required to optimize the quality of trousers products. This research method uses Six Sigma approach with DMAIC cycle (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improvement, Control). Based on the results of the research is known the most dominant type of defect is oblique belt loop and skid jump defects. Factors causing of oblique belt loop defects are sourced from human factors (operator does not follow signs and operators are fatigue), engine factor (old machine age and engine setting less than perfect), material factor (needle material less reliable and materials need to be heating which is high), and the method factor (information on working methods is still lacking). While the factors causing of skid jump defects are sourced from human factors (operator is less careful in choosing to sewing needles and operators experience fatigue), machine factor (old machine age and no regular machine maintenance), material factor (needle less reliable sewing), and method factors (production supervision and quality control are still weak). Quality Increasing could be can increase the value of Six sigma from 3.82 to 4.27.

Abstract

Abstract— The success of a college is influenced by various factors, both internal and external factors of the organization. Faculty of Engineering Suryakancana University is one of the many universities that manage higher education that must be able to survive from various challenges, obstacles and competition with other university institutions. This study aims to formulate the right strategy for Faculty of Engineering Universitas Suryakancana able to compete with the existing universities in Cianjur and in the West Java Province. The method used in this research is by combining several methods among others Balanced Scorecard, Sun-Tzu, Quality Function Deployment, and SWOT Analysis. Based on the result of research there are several formulation of strategy that must be implemented by Faculty of Engineering Suryakancana University, among others the implementation of quality assurance system, improvement of lecturer's resources, strict student selection, sharpening of vision and mission of college, and implementation of internal supervision system.Keywords: SWOT analysis, BSC, QFD, Sun-Tzu Strategy, Strategy Formulation

Abstract

CV. Mega Setia Abadi adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang pengadaan barang dan jasa, yang membutuhkan manajemen yang efektif dalam berbagai proses dan transaksi baik itu dengan vendor, pelanggan, maupun internal perusahaan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) berbasis web yang terintegrasi dengan menggunakan framework Codeigniter. Sistem ini dikembangkan dengan menggunakan metode Relational Unified Process (RUP). Sistem ini dirancang untuk memberikan kemudahan dalam manajemen perusahaan pengadaan barang dan jasa, meliputi pengelolaan pesanan dan pembelian barang, pemantauan keuangan dan pelacakan utang-piutang oleh pemilik perusahaan, serta mempermudah proses stock opname. Modul-modul yang diimplementasikan dalam sistem meliputi pembelian dan pemesanan barang, stock opname, dan pendataan penyaluran barang kepada pelanggan. Sistem ini akan mendukung akses multi pengguna, sehingga memungkinkan penggunaan bersama oleh berbagai karyawan di perusahaan. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sistem web berbasis ERP yang meningkatkan manajemen perusahaan. Sistem ini terintegrasi dan mendapat feedback positif dari 70,8%  pengguna saat diimplementasikan. Membantu karyawan dalam pemesanan, pembelian, keuangan, dan transaksi di gudang. Mempermudah tugas dan pekerjaan sehari-hari.

Abstract

Pesantren are divided into two main categories, namely traditional and modern pesantren. Traditional pesantren use traditional methods that focus on developing receptive skills, while modern pesantren use modern methods that focus on developing productive skills. Pesantren Wadil Ulum Pati integrates traditional methods and modern methods. This pesantren uses traditional methods such as Bandongan and Sorogan to develop receptive skills, as well as modern methods that support the development of productive skills through the Arabic curriculum system. This study aims to analyze the background, form of development, and relevance of the Arabic curriculum in the pesantren. The research method used a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were obtained through interviews, documents, and questionnaires, then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model. Data validity was tested through triangulation of techniques and sources, as well as expert validation. The results showed that curriculum development is based on philosophical, socio-cultural, religious, scientific foundations, as well as community needs. Philosophical and religious foundations are the dominant factors. Development is carried out in the aspects of objectives, materials, media, strategies, methods, learning activities, and evaluation. In terms of relevance, this curriculum is not only theoretical but also proven practical through various successes. This research is expected to contribute as a reference for Arabic curriculum development in other pesantren in Indonesia.

Abstract

This Community Service aims to create and foster a culture of writing literacy in elementary school students. The method applied is a mentoring method with an Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) approach. The writing literacy assistance in this program focuses on two projects: wall magazines and student bulletins. Participants in this assistance and service were teachers and students at the Penggerak Elementary School (SD), Rejoagung Trangkil. The program of community assistance is divided into four activities which involves Training of Trainers (ToT), Writing Literacy Action Plan (RALMe), School Publication Plan (RPS), and Project Based Literacy Assistance in schools (PLBP). The results obtained were the realization of a project-based writing literacy program and the publication of wall magazines and bulletins at SD 01 Rejoagung.

Abstract

ABSTRAKDesa Karangnunggal merupakan salah satu desa di Kecamatan Cibeber, Kabupaten Cianjur, yang memiliki potensi ekonomi cukup baik. Sistem administrasi kependudukan yang tidak optimal mengakibatkan beberapa masalah serius. Selain itu, anak-anak yang tidak memiliki akta kelahiran mungkin menghadapi kesulitan saat mendaftar ke sekolah. Memberdayakan masyarakat dan mendukung pemahaman yang lebih luas melalui Education Packaging dalam rangka mendukung kualitas dan keberlanjutan UMKM.. Metode yang digunakan untuk pemecahan masalah ini diantaranya mengidentifikasi kebutuhan spesifik untuk pengembangan UMKM, metode yang dapat memenuhi kebutuhan siswa dalam peningkatan literasi dan numerasi. Hasil dari Pengabdian ini untuk pelayanan masyarakat tercatat sekitar 50 UMKM yang mendapatkan pendampingan dalam proses pengurusan izin usaha. Dari jumlah tersebut, sekitar 30 UMKM berhasil memperoleh izin usaha resmi. Pendampingan yang diberikan meliputi penyiapan dokumen yang diperlukan, pengisian formulir, serta pengurusan prosedur yang harus ditempuh. Dalam bidang administrasi kependudukan, 200 warga yang mendapatkan bantuan pengurusan dokumen kependudukan. Dari jumlah tersebut, sekitar 150 warga berhasil mendapatkan KTP dan 50 warga memperoleh akta kelahiran baru. Dalam bidang Pendidikan, siswa sangat antusias dalam proses pembelajaran dan para guru Bahasa Inggris di SD Negeri Pasir Maris akan terus mencari upaya untuk mengembangkan pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris dengan mengikuti perkembangan zaman yang semakin canggih.Kata Kunci: Pelayanan Masyarakat; Pendidikan; UMKM; Pengembangan UMKMABSTRACTKarangnunggal Village is one of the villages in Cibeber District, Cianjur Regency, which has quite good economic potential. An unoptimal population administration system has resulted in several serious problems. In addition, children who do not have a birth certificate may face difficulties when applying to school. Empowering the community and supporting a broader understanding through Education Packaging in order to support the quality and sustainability of UMKM. The methods used for solving this problem include identifying specific needs for the development of UMKM, methods that can meet the needs of students in improving literacy and numeracy. The results of this service for community services recorded around 50 UMKM who received assistance in the process of obtaining business licenses. Of these, around 30 UMKM managed to obtain official business licenses. The assistance provided includes the preparation of the necessary documents, filling out forms, and managing the procedures that must be taken. In the field of population administration, 200 residents received assistance in managing population documents. Abstract

Abstrak Gugus Penjaminan Mutu Fakultas Teknik adalah suatu Lembaga penjaminan mutu internal yang melaksanakan proses monitoring dan evaluasi terhadap kegiatan pelaksanaan aktivitas tridharma perguruan tinggi yang dilakukan oleh civitas akademik Fakultas Teknik Universitas Suryakancana. Kegiatan pengabdian ini diawali adanya permasalah yang dihadapi mitra adalah sebagai berikut, belum ada sistem informasi yang dapat mengelola kegiatan-kegiatan pelaksanaan sistem penjaminan mutu secara digital, Pelayanan informasi kepada pengguna berkaitan dengan kegiatan yang dilaksanakan oleh gugus penjaminan mutu, dan seringnya terlambatnya penjadwalan pelaksanan monitoring dan evaluasi        mutu internal fakultas. Solusi yang dapat diambil dari permasalahan mitra tersebut adalah merancang dan membuat sistem digitalisasi gugus penjaminan mutu Fakultas Teknik dengan metodologi rekayasa perangkat lunak model waterfall. Hasil dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah telah dilaksanakan sosialisasi mengenai implementasi penerapan Digitalisasi Sistem Gugus Penjaminan Mutu di Fakultas Teknik, sistem tersebut dapat membantu mitra dalam pengelolaan pemberian informasi pelaksanaan sistem penjaminan mutu internal dan memberikan manfaat untuk peningkatan efisiensi, akurasi, dan kolaborasi dalam pengelolaan penjaminan mutu di Fakultas Teknik secara terintegrasi. Abstract The Faculty of Engineering Quality Assurance Group is an internal quality assurance institution that carries out the monitoring and evaluation process of the implementation of the tridharma activities of higher education carried out by the academic community of the Faculty of Engineering, Suryakancana University. This community service activity began with the following problems faced by partners, namely there is no information sistem that can manage the implementation of the quality assurance sistem digitally, Information services to users related to activities carried out by the quality assurance group, and frequent delays in scheduling the implementation of internal faculty quality monitoring and evaluation. The solution that can be taken from these partner problems is to design and create a digitalization sistem for the Faculty of Engineering quality assurance group with the waterfall model software engineering methodology. The result of this community service is the process of socializing the implementation of the Digitalization of the Quality Assurance Group Sistem which can help partners in managing the provision of information on the implementation of the internal quality assurance sistem and provide benefits for increasing efficiency, accuracy, and collaboration in managing quality assurance in an integrated manner in the Faculty of Engineering

Abstract

Arabic Learning at Islamic Boarding School still faces a complex problem, such as limitation of media, low utilization of technology, and lack of motivation and active participation of students. At Wadil Ulum Islamic Boarding School, students tend to memorize vocabularies reluctantly and fail to optimize technology in learning. This research aims to explain the process of learning arabic by using Interactive @Liveworksheet Modul and measure its level of effectiveness. This research used quantitative approach with one group pretest-posttest design. Data collecting technique used instrument of test, observation, and documentation. Shaphiro Wilk in normality test, Levene test in homogenity test and Paired sample T-test in hypothesis test were used in data analysis technique. The research finding showed that Interactive @liveworksheet modul was effective to use to improve the students’ arabic learning outcome at Wadil Ulum Islamic Boarding School. The result finding was evidenced by an average score of 48.3 on the pre-test, and 85.8 on the post-test. Thus, there was 37,5% of  improvement between pre-test and post-test. Meanwhile, the result of hyphothesis test showed that accepted significance value was 0,000, in which significance score 0,00 < 0,05. Therefore, Ha was accepted and H0 was rejected. This finding concludes that the interactive module @Liveworksheet is effective in improving Arabic learning outcomes.

Abstract

PT. Krakatau Bandar Samudera (Pelabuhan Cigading) adalah salah satu perusahaan jasa pelabuhan yang khusus melakukan bongkar muat barang-barang berbentuk curah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dimensi-dimensi kualitas jasa pelabuhan dalam upaya memperbaiki dan meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan yang sudah ada. Metoda yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model pengukuran kuantitatif Service Quality (Servqual method) dan Analisis Kesenjangan (Gap Analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 5 dimensi kualitas jasa yang terbagi kedalam 30 atribut pelayanan pada jasa pelayanan Pelabuhan Cigading terdapat 20 atribut pelayanan pelabuhan yang dianggap penting oleh konsumen. Dari Servqual Score diperoleh 11 atribut pelayanan yang memiliki nilai Servqual Score kurang dari nilai harapan konsumen, sehingga atribut-atribut tersebut harus mendapatkan prioritas utama dalam perbaikan kualitas pelayanan pelabuhan. Berdasarkan analisis Gap 5 terdapat 11 atribut pelayanan yang memiliki kesenjangan antara harapan konsumen dengan persepsi konsumen. Sedangkan berdasarkan analisis Gap 1 terdapat 7 atribut pelayanan yang memiliki kesenjangan antara haparan konsumen dengan persepsi manajemen. Secara rata-rata indeks kepuasan konsumen (Customer Satisfaction Index) bisa dikatakan cukup baik karena memiliki nilai sebesar 95,27%. Namun demikian, karena masih banyak variabel-varibel atribut pelayanan yang memiliki nilai CSI dengan kategori “kurang”, maka perlu ada pemerataan tingkat perbaikan kualitas pelayanan pada atribut pelayanan yang masih dirasakan kurang.Kata Kunci : Service Quality, Servqual Score, Gap Analysis, Customer Satisfaction Index.

Abstract

The application of occupational safety and health is currently widely spread in almost every industrial sector. However, business owners often ignore the informal sector. This of course will have an impact on employee performance, problems related to the risk of work accidents can occur in the company PT. Sama-Altanmiah Engineering, namely an injury to the body posture of employees who carry out the wood production process. Therefore, it is necessary to assess and analyze work posture improvement. The purpose of this study was to determine the exposure level of the worker's body parts and to determine the work station with the highest exposure level. The method used in this research is the Quick Exposure Checklist (QEC). The QEC method can assess risk disorders that occur in the back, shoulders / arms, wrists, and neck and their combination with risk factors for duration, repetitions, static and dynamic work, and the energy required. The results showed that the exposure level of PT. Sama-Altanmiah Engineering ranges from 68 - 91% and the work station with the highest exposure level of 91% is the station where the wood is unloaded. Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja dewasa ini implementasinya telah menyebar secara luas di hampir setiap sektor industri. Namun, penerapan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja di sektor informal sering kali tidak diperhatikan oleh pemilik usaha. Tentunya akan berakibat pada kinerja karyawan Permasalahan terkait dengan risiko ergonomi yang akan terjadi, harus diadakan penilaian dan analisis perbaikan postur kerja. Hal ini diharapkan dapat diterapkan untuk mengurangi atau menghilangkan risiko cedera yang dialami. Ada beberapa metode untuk menilai risiko kerja, di sini peneliti akan menggunakan metode Quick Exposure Cheklist (QEC). Metode QEC menilai gangguan risiko yang terjadi pada bagian belakang punggung, bahu/lengan, pergelangan tangan, dan leher serta kombinasinya dengan faktor risiko durasi, repetisi, pekerjaan statis dan dinamis, dan tenaga yang dibutuhkan. Lalu didapat setelah hasil penelitian Tingkat exposure level dari PT.SAMA AL-TANMIAH ENGINEERING dari stasiun kerja yang diamati dan diteliti yaitu stasius tempat menurunkan kayu memiliki tingkat exposure level 91%, stasiun pembersih kulit tingkat exposure levelnya yaitu 85%, stasiun mesin penyerutan tingkat exposure levelnya adalah 82%, dan stasiun mesin potong tingkat exposure levenya adalah 68%.
