Abstract

This study aims to increase student learning motivation by utilizing Sidoarjo cultural diversity in learning by using Culturally Responsive Teaching (CRT) approach. The method used in this research is Classroom Action Research (PTK) which is carried out in several cycles to obtain optimal results. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, observation, and documentation techniques. The data analysis technique used in this research is qualitative description. The research subjects were students of class IV B SDN Kepuhkiriman 1 Sidoarjo with a total of 28. The results showed that there was an increase in learning motivation. This is shown from the results of questionnaires and observations. The increase in the five aspects of learning motivation from the questionnaire results obtained an average percentage of learning motivation of 61.6% in the “sufficient” category in the pre-cycle, 73.9% in cycle I in the ‘good’ category and 90.3 in the “very good” category in cycle II. Then from the observation results obtained an average presentation of 77.68% in the “good” category in cycle I and 88.4% in the “very good” category in cycle II.

Abstract

The deal for the sale of land under that hand is still a problem because it does not provide legal certainty. Legal certainty occurs when laws are made and enacted in a clear and rational way. Norma does not raise doubt or obscurity, and it is also logical because it is a system of norms consisting of different norms so that they do not break or contradict each other. As a strong and legally valid proof of land ownership in accordance with the law, the land certificate is very important to the public. Proof of the sale of the land, giving an explanation of ownership. During the execution process, it's impossible to rename without the involvement of the Land Registry Officer.

Abstract

Kesenjangan antara Artikel ini bertujuan menjawab academic crisis dalam studi dakwah kontemporer yang ditandai konstruksi teori dakwah yang normatif dengan kebutuhan perubahan sosial yang aplikatif dalam konteks masyarakat digital. Melalui pendekatan rekonstruksi epistemik, penelitian ini berupaya merumuskan model dakwah transformatif yang memiliki daya intervensi sosial, berbasis empowerment dan social engineering. Metode yang digunakan adalah kajian kualitatif melalui critical integrative review terhadap literatur dakwah, teori perubahan sosial, komunikasi, dan riset partisipatoris. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi epistemologi Islam dengan teori sosial modern mampu memperkaya kerangka dakwah menjadi lebih operasional, partisipatoris, dan responsif terhadap dinamika digital society. Artikel ini menyimpulkan bahwa rancang bangun dakwah transformatif berbasis rekonstruksi epistemik merupakan solusi signifikan dalam mereduksi krisis akademik dan mengarahkan dakwah menuju disiplin yang produktif secara praksis maupun teoretik.
