Abstract

Latar Belakang puskesmas merupakan pusat pembangunan masyarakat serta menyelenggarakan pelayanan masyarakat serta menyelenggarakan pelayanan masyarakat yang bermutu, merata, terjangkau dengan peran masyarakat secara aktif tuntutan masyaraka terhadap pemanfaatan Puskesmas semakin kompleks sebagai dampak positif kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi dari hasil pembangunan nasional bangsa Indonesia. Sebagai upaya untuk pelayanan kesehatan bagi masyarakat, maka setiap kecamatan di Indonesia telah memiliki lebih dari satu Puskesmas untuk seluruh Indonesia sebanyak 9754 unit, Puskesmas di Jawa Barat 1050 unit. Dengan demikian setiap 30 penduduk Indonesia rata – rata dilayani 1,15 dan 0,67 Puskesmas di Jawa Barat (Depkes RI, 2015). Di UPT Puskesmas Pasir Kaliki terdapat 6 kelurahan dengan jumlah penduduk yang dilayani 97494 orang dan jumlah KK 25467. Dan jumlah kunjungan ke UPT Puskesmas Pasir Kaliki sebanyak 44150. Dari jumlah tersebut dapat dilihat angka pemanfaatan sebesar 45,28% ( Laporan UPT Puskesmas Paskal, 2015). Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran pemanfaatan pelayanan kesehatan di Puskesmas Kelurahan Pasir Kaliki Tahun 2017. Metode penelitian adalah metode descriptive, dengan populasi adalah keluarga yang masuk di Kelurahan Pasir Kaliki Kota Bandung dengan kriteria jika dalam 1 Tahun terakhir ada anggota keluarga yang sakit dan pernah kepelayanan kesehatan. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive. Jumlah sampel sebesar 95 orang. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis univariat, dan hanya disajikan distribusi frekuensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa responden yang memanfaatkan pelayanan kesehatan di UPT Puskesmas Pasir Kaliki Bandung sebanyak 80 orang (84.2%) dan responden yang tidak memanfaatkan pelayanan kesehatan di UPT Puskesmas Pasir Kaliki Bandung sebanyak 15 orang (15.8%).

Abstract

Abstract: A utilization model of health service influenced by predisposing factors, ability and needs. This study aimed to determine the factors associated with family decision making in the utilization of health services in Kelurahan Pasir Kaliki. The research type was descriptive correlation using Cross Sectional approach. Population in this research was all of population in work area UPT Puskesmas Pasir Kaliki Bandung with 95 responden. Sampling technique that used in this study was purposive sampling. The data were collected by interview using questionnaire. the data were analyzed using Chi Square test. The result showed that respondents who used health service were 84.2%, respondents with high school education 35.8%, 36.8% respondents worked as laborers, 60.0% of respondents have income below UMR and 77,9% respondents who had health insurance. The results of statistical tests show that there is a significant relationship between employments with the utilization of health services. In conclusion, there is a significant correlation between occupational factors with health service utilization (p = 0,034) with estimated risk 0.113. Keywords: Utilization of health service, puskesmas, decision-making, family.

Abstract

Abstract: The precentage of utilization of health service in Puskesmas (Public Health Center) by the community is quite low only 30% nationally and 45.28% for Puskesmas UPT Pasir Kaliki Bandung. The objective study was to determine the characteristic of predisposition and ability of family resources in family decision for utilizing of health services in puskesmas kelurahan pasir kaliki. The research was descriptive. The population in the study was all communities around Puskesmas Pasir Kaliki Bandung by 95 respondents. The data were analyzed by univariate analysis. The findings in this study indicated that the greatest respondent who utilized health service was 41 respondents (low edication), 49 Respondents (on job). In addition respondents who had income below UMR (a minimum wage of people) and respondent who had health insurance and utilized health services was 61 respondents.Keywords: Education; Employment; Income; Health Insurance; Utilization of Health Services.

Abstract

Background: Caring is a nurse's concern to clients was form of attention, appreciation and able was meet their needs. Phenomenon who had four out of five clients interviewed mentioned nurses less caring for clients. Objective: Less caring her nurses marked with less caring nurses to clients, so clients complain that the nurses in the room less attention to the convenience of clients.Methods: The type was of quantitative research with descriptive survey approach. The sample used was inpatient minimum patient duration of 3 days with total sampling technique was is 142 people. Data collection of primary data with research instrument that is questionnaire Behaviors Assessment Caring was of ten carative factor Jean Watson. Data analysis is frequency distribution.Results: Result of research on caring behavior of nurse 52,1% that was enough, fulfillment of human need 73,2%, Altruistic Humanistic Value System 43,7%, Confidence and expectation of client 47,9%, Sensitivity to self and others 50,0% , Relationship helps confidence 48,6%, recipient of positive and negative expression 51,4%, Problem solving method 47,2%, Interpersonal teaching process 45,1%, Psychological environment 60,6% sufficient nurse caring behavior and phenomenological existential power client assess 44,4% caring behavior of nurse that is good.Conclusion: It is concluded that the client assess the caring behavior of the nurses have enough category, therefore therefore for the hospital can evaluate about caring conducted by nurses in RSAU DR. M. Salamun Bandung.

Abstract

ABSTRAKCOVID-19 adalah penyakit yang disebabkan Novel Coronavirus 2019. Gejalanya bergejala mirip dengan flu biasa, namun COVID-19 sampai saat ini memiliki fatalitas lebih tinggi dan virus ini juga menyebar dengan sangat cepat karena bisa pindah dari orang ke orang bahkan sebelum orang tersebut menunjukkan gejala. Cara isolasi mandiri dirumah yaitu selalu memakai masker dan membuang masker bekas ditempat yang ditentukan,  jika sakit (ada gejala demam, flu dan batuk) maka tetap di rumah. Jangan pergi bekerja, sekolah, ke pasar atau ke ruang publik untuk mencegah penularan masyarakat, manfaatkan fasilitas telemedicine atau sosial media kesehatan dan hindari transportasi publik. Beritahu dokter dan perawat tentang keluhan dan gejala, serta riwayat bekerja ke daerah terjangkit atau kontak dengan pasien COVID-19, selama dirumah, bisa bekerja di rumah. Gunakan kamar terpisah dari anggota keluarga lainya, dan jaga jarak 1 meter dari anggota keluarga, tentukan pengecekan suhu harian, amati batuk dan sesak nafas. Hindari pemakaian bersama peralatan makan dan mandi dan tempat tidur, terapkan perilaku hidup sehat dan bersih, serta konsumsi makanan bergizi, mencuci tangan dengan sabun dan air mengalir dan lakukan etika batuk dan bersin, jaga kebersihan dan kesehatan rumah dengan cairan desinfektan. Selalu berada di ruang terbuka dan berjemur di bawah sinar matahari setiap pagi (±15-30 menit), Hubungi segera fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan jika sakit berlanjut seperti sesak nafas dan demam tinggi, untuk mendapatkan perawatan lebih lanjut. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk melakukan pemantauan kasus covid 19 di Kota Bandung. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini memberikan pelayanan dengan melakukan pemantauan agar mengetahui keadaan, kondisi dan perkembangan yang dialami oleh warga yang terpapar covid 19 di Kota Bandung. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat diperoleh seluruh warga yang terpapar covid 19 sudah dalam keadaan sehat dan pulih seperti sedia kala. Kata Kunci: Pemantauan kasus covid 19. ABSTRACT COVID-19 is a disease caused by the 2019 Novel Coronavirus. The symptoms are similar to the common cold, but COVID-19 has so far had a higher fatality and this virus also spreads very quickly because it can move from person to person even before the person shows symptoms. . The way to self-isolate at home is to always wear a mask and throw away used masks in the designated place, if you are sick (symptoms of fever, flu and cough) then stay at home. Do not go to work, school, to the market or to public spaces to prevent community transmission, take advantage of telemedicine facilities or health social media and avoid public transportation. Tell doctors and nurses about complaints and symptoms, as well as a history of working in infected areas or in contact with COVID-19 patients, while at home, you can work at home. Use a separate room from other family members, and keep a distance of 1 meter from family members, determine daily temperature checks, observe coughs and shortness of breath. Avoid sharing eating and bathing utensils and bedding, apply healthy and clean living habits, and consume nutritious food, wash hands with soap and running water and practice coughing and sneezing etiquette, keep your home clean and healthy with disinfectant liquid. Always be in an open space and bask in the sun every morning (±15-30 minutes), Contact the health care facility immediately if the illness persists such as shortness of breath and high fever, to get further treatment. The purpose of this community service is to monitor COVID-19 cases in the city of Bandung. This community service activity provides services by monitoring to find out the conditions, conditions, and developments experienced by residents exposed to COVID-19 in the city of Bandung. The results of community service were obtained that all residents who were exposed to COVID-19 were in good health and recovered as usual. Keywords: Monitoring cases of covid 19.

Abstract

ABSTRAKVirus corona adalah virus yang dapat menyebabkan penyakit pada hewan atau manusia. Pada manusia virus corona diketahui menyebabkan infeksi pernafasan mulai dari flu biasa hingga penyakit yang lebih parah seperti Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS), dan Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrme (SARS). Virus ini mampu mengakibatkan orang kehilangan nyawa sehingga WHO telah menjadikan status virus corona ini menjadi pandemi dan meminta Presiden Joko Widodo menetapkan status darurat nasional corona, sehingga perlu adanya penyuluhan kepada masyarakat tentang covid 19 agar masyarakat dapat megetahui tentang virus corona dan dapat melaksanakan protokol kesehatan agar mencegah terjadinya penyebaran virus corona. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat tentang covid 19 dan melaksanakan protokol kesehatan serta membagikan masker dan vitamin. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini memberikan penyuluhan kepada para pengendara mobil yang melintas di Tol Buah Batu Kota Bandung dan membagikan masker dan vitamin. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat diperoleh Seluruh pengendara mobil mengetahui tentang covid 19 serta mendapatkan masker dan vitamin. Kata Kunci: Informasi, Covid 19, Masker, Vitamin.ABSTRACT Corona viruses are viruses that can cause disease in animals or humans. In humans, the corona virus was known to cause respiratory infections ranging from the common cold to more severe illnesses such as Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS) and Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS). This virus was capable of causing people to lose their lives so WHO has made the status of this corona virus into a pandemic and asked President Joko Widodo to establish a national corona emergency status, so there was a need for information to the public about Covid 19 so that people can know about the corona virus and can implement health protocols so that prevent the spread of the corona virus. The aim of this community service was to increase public awareness about Covid 19 and implement health protocols and distribute masks and vitamins. This community service activity provides information to drivers passing the Buah Batu Bandung City toll road and given masks and vitamins. Abstract

Optics is a facility that provides services for eye examinations, refractive examinations and services for correcting glasses and or contact lenses. In this case, optics must always pay attention to the needs and desires of consumers and try to meet consumer expectations by providing services. Every optic is required to make consumers feel satisfied by providing better offers and services. The purpose of this study was to determine customer satisfaction based on; product quality, emotional quality, and the suitability of the price of goods. The research method uses quantitative descriptive techniques with the object of research at Amanah Optik Sumedang. Research results based on; the product quality is categorized as quite satisfactory, the service quality is quite satisfactory, the emotional factor is quite satisfactory, and the price suitability is quite satisfactory. Customer satisfaction based on service quality must be improved in terms of speed and responsiveness, good communication in providing services to consumers can provide convenience in consulting. Improved physical facilities, especially comfortable waiting rooms and adequate parking facilities can make consumers feel comfortable and calm when visiting

Abstract

Background:. The desire to learn in non-regular students is different from regular students. In non-regular students, the reason for continuing education is because of the desire to gain experience and the government's recommendation to become a professional nurse. In the learning process, some students who have worked have difficulty managing learning time. Objective: Identifying factors related to continuing education on learning motivation in non-regular students of nursing undergraduate study programs. Method: Type of correlation quantitative research. With the formula used spearmant rank. With a population of 30 and a sample of 28. Research was conducted at STIKes Dharma Husada in June-July 2023. Research Results Internal factors found the results of 24 people (85.7%) were moderate, 3 people (10.7%) were low and 1 person (3.5%) was high. External factors are good 16 people (57.1%) and low 12 people (42.9%) Moderate learning motivation as many as 20 people (71.4%), low and high each 4 people (14.2%). The results obtained in the study are Ho is accepted for internal factors and Ha is accepted for external factors on learning motivation. Suggestion: Suggestion: to increase learning motivation in non-regular students, study groups can be formed. And there is further research on this research to be a reinforcement or comparison

Abstract

Introduction and Method Effective learning methods can enhance student engagement and accelerate the learning process. Among regular students who utilize the Student-Centered Learning (SCL) method, more than 80% actively participate in organizations and achieve accomplishments outside the academic field. In contrast, non-regular students, who are taught using conventional methods, do not gain any additional outputs beyond their work experience. Due to the monotonous nature of the conventional method, non-regular students tend to be passive listeners, resulting in a lack of interactivity. This study aims to describe students’ perceptions of the Student-Centered Learning and conventional methods in the Nursing Management course in the Bachelor of Nursing program at STIKES Dharma Husada. This research employs a descriptive historical approach with a retrospective study design. The sample consists of 87 students selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using a questionnaire comprising 15 questions. Results The majority of regular students (67.1%) considered the SCL method effective, while 32.9% rated it as very effective. Among non-regular students, 90.9% found the method effective, and 9.1% considered it very effective. Overall, most students, both regular and non-regular (70.1%), perceived this learning method as very effective, while 32.9% rated it as effective. Conclusion and Recommendations Students’ perceptions of the Student-Centered Learning (SCL) method in the Nursing Management course at STIKES Dharma Husada indicate that most regular and non-regular students find this learning method effective. Future research should consider conducting further studies with similar sample characteristics and exploring the relationship between learning methods and perceptions of other nursing courses. For the Bachelor of Nursing program, it is recommended to simplify and develop learning methods to further enhance the quality of education, particularly in the Nursing Management course. Achievement of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) This study examines students' perceptions of the Student-Centered Learning (SCL) method in the Nursing Management course. This article contributes to SDG Goal 4, which aims to Ensure Inclusive and Equitable Quality Education and Promote Lifelong Learning Opportunities for All. Specifically, it aligns with Target 4.3, which, by 2030, seeks to ensure equal access for all women and men to affordable and quality technical, vocational, and higher education, including university education. Furthermore, the outcomes of this study can contribute to the achievement of SDG Goal 3 on ensuring healthy lives and promoting well-being for all at all ages.

Abstract

Penelitian dimaksudkan guna mengetahui serta menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di PT. MFJ. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei. Populasi penelitian melibatkan seluruh pegawai PT. MFJ sebanyak 54 orang, dan karena jumlah populasi tidak mencapai 100, maka seluruhnya ditetapkan sebagai sampel. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner kemudian dianalisis dengan uji validitas, reliabilitas, serta regresi berganda berbantuan program SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwasanya baik gaya kepemimpinan maupun lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Ini mengindikasikan bahwasanya penerapan gaya kepemimpinan serta kondisi lingkungan kerja yang baik akan mendorong peningkatan kinerja pegawai di PT. MFJ.
