The aim of this research was evaluating the development of clinical preceptor competencies of RSUD Cibabat Cimahi through preceptorship training. The design of the research was quasi experimental. The results of the study revealed that the pre-test score of Component A 94,5% (17 respondents) was “moderate”, component B 55,5% (10 respondents) was “deficient”, component C 77,7% (14 respondents) was “deficient”, and component D 83,3% (15 respondents) was “moderate”. The posttest results revealed that component A, B, C, and D was 100% (18 respondents) were “fine”. Bivariate analysis deployed Wilcoxon Test, showed that the p value was 0,001 (< 0,05) then Ha is accepted. Conclusions of the study, there was positive differences between pre-test and posttest results after given preceptorship training to the clinical instructor. Suggestion, continuous preceptorship training program may be developed by RSUD Cibabat Cimahi which is dedicated to the clinical instructor. Moreover, the respondents of the research should be evaluated three months after the training.

One indicator of the success of health services is patient satisfaction. Puskesmas as health service providers, if the patient feels dissatisfied the patient will be disappointed and will create a public perception about the image of the puskesmas that cannot provide good service. The purpose of the study was to determine the level of patient satisfaction in health services at the Griya Antapani Public Health Center, Bandung City. The research method used is quantitative with an observational descriptive type of design. The number of samples obtained at the time of data collection from August 23 to 27, 2022 was 33 patients with accidental sampling technique. Data analysis used univariate analysis by describing the frequency distribution. The results showed that the level of patient satisfaction in health services at the Griya Antapani Public Health Center was obtained as many as 5 people (15.2%) said they were quite satisfied, and 28 people (84.4%) said they were satisfied. customers.

Nurses have the authority to open an independent nursing practice as one of the health services Nursepreneur is a business built based on the field of nursing the high number of nurses and the lack of independent nursing practice land into a phenomenon why nurses do not build a business in the field of nursing. Descriptive qualitative research method, sampling technique used purposive sampling and snowball sampling, with the number of informants three nurses who open nursing independent practice instrument used semi-structured interviews with data validity triangulation method and data analysis obtained five main themes. The results showed that the type of nursing independent practice established was wound care practice with a group wound care practice model, the strategic stage of establishing nursing independent practice by analyzing patient characteristics and analyzing the work environment and the regional environment, the obstacles are in the licensing flow in opening a nursing independent practice land that has not been structured and takes a long time and opportunities in mendiri nursing independent practice by branding between health agencies and through social media. Suggestions in this study need to develop quality standards for services to establish independent nursing practices and increase the involvement of professional organizations in fostering nurses who want to open independent nursing practices.

Kepuasan mahasiswa adalah sikap positif mahasiswa terhadap pelayanan lembaga pendidikan tinggi karena adanya kesesuaian antara harapan dari pelayanan dengan kenyataan yang diterimanya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi adanya kepuasan mahasiswa keperawatan dalam pembelajaran SCL di STIKes Dharma Husada Bandung. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif eksploratif dengan sampel sebanyak 171 responden yang diambil dengan tehnik total sampling. Instrumen yang di gunakan adalah kuesioner tentang tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa keperawatan dalam pembelajaran SCL yang diadopsi dari Berry & Parasuraman dalam alma (2005) dalam buku kepuasan mahasiswa dalam pelayanan akademik dan kemahasiwaan. Hasil analisa univariat menunjukan yang di dapatkan hasil mayoritas(80,2%) berada pada kategori puas mahasiswa keperawatan tingkat 3 dan 4 di STIKes Dharma Husada Bandung. Dari hasil penelitian ini di harapkan dosen mampu memulai perkuliahan sesuai jam yang di tentukan, dosen wali melakukan perwalian tiap semester untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang ada pada mahasiswa dalam proses belajara, adanya buku di perpustakaan yang menunjang dalam proses pembelajaran sistem blok.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the development of clinical nursing preceptor competencies in Cibabat Cimahi Regional Hospital. This research method uses descriptive qualitative with a phenomenological approach. The results showed that there were competency gaps in the form of 3 major themes in the development of clinical preceptor competencies as well as: a) the responsibilities of clinical counselors in guiding students, b) unpleasant experiences during guiding students, c) clinical counselors' expectations towards improving the student guidance process. The most relevant reinforcement model is preceptorship training. In conclusion, the competency gap that exists in clinical nursing supervisors at Cibabat Cimahi Regional Hospital is the responsibility of clinical counselors, unpleasant experiences while guiding students and clinical advisors' expectations towards improving student guidance processes. The strengthening model that is relevant to the essence of the competency gap in the four competencies of clinical preceptor competency is preceptorship training in collaboration with the Hospital. To realize good service quality, health centers must maintain the quality of their services, one way is to measure patient satisfaction. But in fact, the phenomenon that exists at the time of service at the Jajaway Health Center in Bandung City, patients still express a lack of health services provided at the health center such as waiting benches that are lacking so that patients waiting for the queue still have to stand, service hours that are still not on time, minimal information related to the health center and there are still officers who are less friendly during service. This study aims to determine Patient Satisfaction with Health Services (In Building) at the Jajaway Health Center, Bandung City. The type of research used is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The patient population in April 2023 in this study was 1294 respondents and the research sample used was 95 respondents. The data collection technique uses stratified random sampling. This research was conducted on July 14-19, 2023 at the Jajaway Health Center, Bandung City. The results of this study showed 2 respondents (2.1%) were very dissatisfied, 1 respondent (1.1%) was dissatisfied, 63 respondents (66.3%) were satisfied, and 29 respondents (30.5%) were very satisfied.

Student-centered learning is student-centered learning. The application of student-centered learning in various universities has a diverse level of specialization in student-centered learning models and student motivation, so evaluating the application of learning models must be carried out in accordance with the needs of students and the applicable learning curriculum. Objective: This study aims to identify learning motivation in student-centered learning (SCL) of third-level nursing undergraduate students of STIKes Dharma Husada. Methods: This type of study uses an observational descriptive quantitative method with a sample of 82 respondents taken by purposive sampling technique. The instrument used was a learning motivation questionnaire in student-centered learning at STIKes Dharma Husada which referred to Cherniss and Goleman. Results: The results of the study seen from the frequency distribution showed that the motivation of level 3 nursing undergraduate students at STIKes Dharma Husada (67.1%) was in the medium category. In the aspect of motivation, 4 sub-variables, namely: Motivation to achieve something, Commitment, Initiative and Optimism are in the medium category. Student centered learning has 10 types of models. The first most popular student-centered learning model is the Role Play and Simulation model (41.5%) and the first least popular student centered-learning model is Small Group Discussion (34.1%). It is hoped that the study program nursing undergraduate can maintain the most in-demand model and evaluate and make the strategy of applying the student-centered learning model more attractive to the model that is not in demand.

Many factors affect the duration of wound healing including age, gender, nutrition, wound degree, blood sugar control, wound care, physical activity. Most people with diabetes mellitus experience wounds that are difficult to heal and some even end up in amputation cases. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that can inhibit wound healing. This research method uses descriptive quantitative using a non-probability sampling technique research design. The population in this study were all patients in the Gardenia inpatient room who had wounds with a history of diabetes mellitus from January to April as many as 55 patients. Data collection methods using questionnaires and observation sheets that have been prepared by researchers in accordance with the objectives of the study, questionnaires and research observation sheets are prepared based on theoretical reviews. The results illustrate that the relationship between age and wound degree has a p value of 0.027. The relationship between gender and wound degree had a p value of 0.004. The relationship between nutrition and wound degree had a p value of 0.009. The relationship between blood sugar control and wound degree had a p value of 0.000. The relationship between wound care and wound degree had a p value of 0.000. The relationship between physical activity and wound degree had a p value of 0.000. It can be concluded that age, gender nutrition, blood sugar control, wound care management, physical activity with wound degree have a significant relationship in patients with diabetes mellitus.
