Abstract

Plants are essential to human beings because plants are considered most as foods. Plants can be used for food ingredients, medical purposes, and industrial applications. People inspect plants using traditional methods, such as using the naked eye, which can be time-consuming and expensive. Therefore, the effectiveness and high quality of automated crop identification classification systems are needed for adequate crop protection. This study aims to identify and classify nine plant species using different datasets, focusing on transfer learning from models trained on plant leaf datasets. Most research has shown that increasing the dataset size would significantly improve classification accuracy. The accuracy of the first test using the modified N1 classification model was 99.45%. In the second experiment, the accuracy of the N2 model was 99.65%. The accuracy of the N3 model, despite being slightly less accurate than AlexNet, was 99.55%, and it performed better, while the accuracy of AlexNet was 99.73%. Compared to the AlexNet model, the proposed model performed better and required less training time. The N1 model reduced the training time by 34.58%, the N2 model by 18.25%, and the N3 model by 20.23%. The N1 and N3 resulted in the same size, namely 14.8MB, and the compactness was 92.67%. The size of the N2 model was 29.7MB, and the compactness was 85.29% compactness. The proposed models provide more accuracy and efficiency in classifying plant leaves and can be used as a standalone mobile application that benefits farmers.

Abstract

PT. Multazam Sukses Berjama’ah Sukabumi is a company engaged in the textile industry. The company provides finished fabric materials with various offered patterns that can then be sold on the market and further processed into clothing. The length of the fabric sold can be adjusted according to the buyer’s request. This thesis research aims to analyze and determine whether there is an influence of the work environment and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Multazam Sukses Berjama’ah Sukabumi, both partially and simultaneously. The type of research used is quantitative research. The data collection methods used in this thesis are questionnaires, interviews, observation, and literature study. The data obtained through the questionnaires used a Likert scale measurement. The research sample consisted of 45 employees using the saturated sampling technique. The analysis used includes T-test and F-test hypotheses testing with the assistance of SPSS 25 software. Based on the results obtained, the work environment and work motivation significantly influence employee performance both partially and simultaneously.

Abstract

Perkembangan dan kemajuan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi dibutuhkan untuk mempermudah dan menyelesaikan berbagai masalah yang dihadapi umat manusia secara cepat. Aplikasi Access By Kai merupakan contoh dari perkembangan teknologi dibidang bisnis transportasi. PT Kereta Api Indonesia(KAI) yang sebelumnya memberlakukan transaksi pembelian tiket kereta api secara langsung di loket stasiun, terkadang membuat pembeli menjadi harus mengantri panjang. Akhirnya PT (KAI) resmi menciptakan mobile application yaitu Aplikasi Access By Kai. Aplikasi Access By Kai per-tanggal 27 Agustus 2024 telah diunduh lebih dari 10.000.000 pengguna Google PlayStore, namun ratingnya cukup rendah yaitu 2,4. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sentimen pengguna terhadap Aplikasi Access By Kai pada platform Android menggunakan metode IndoBERT (Indonesia Bidirectional Encoder Representations from Transformers). Metode ini diterapkan dengan bahasa pemrograman Python untuk mengklasifikasikan komentar pengguna ke dalam tiga kategori sentimen, yaitu positif, netral, dan negatif. Dalam penelitian ini, digunakan 6000 data komentar yang terdiri dari 4199 data latih, 900 data validasi, dan 900 data uji. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa model IndoBERT berhasil dengan nilai akurasi sebesar 76%. Analisis lebih lanjut mengungkapkan bahwa sentimen pengguna terhadap aplikasi Access By Kai terbagi menjadi 80% positif, 47% netral, dan 74% negatif. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa metode IndoBERT efektif dalam mengklasifikasikan sentimen pengguna terhadap aplikasi tersebut.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Brand Awareness on Repurchase Intention and Brand Extensibility through the Quality Perception. The research was carried out in different places to get the respondent. By reason of these places facilitate researchers to find respondents. Population and sample this research is the user's Lifebuoy, which amounts to 150 respondents. Analytical techniques used to analyze the influence of variables on Brand Awareness and Brand Extensibility through the Quality Perception Repurchase Intention is to use the SEM (Structural Equation Model). The analysis shew that there was a significant positive effect on Brand awareness toward Brand extensibility and Repurchase Intention through Quality Perceptions. The conclusion of this study is that consumers have brand awareness Lifebuoy positive effect on Quality Perception. This suggests that the higher level of brand awareness in the minds of consumers will increase as well.

Abstract

This study aims to design a Accounting Information System for Credit TOPI Sales that has not been computerized in the Karawang regency cap warehouse, to be computerized. Hat warehouse is a business that sells hat, which handles cash and credit sales. But the sales recording system still uses the recording in the ledger. The method used is interviews and observations, this research was conducted at the hat warehouse, which is located in Wncimekar, Kota Baru, Karawang District of Karawang. The results of research on the design of Accounting Information Systems for Sales of Hats on Credit, which can help in the process of selling hats. to be more effective and efficient in the process. So far, the company uses a manual system by recording all data and transactions in one book, so that it can cause data loss. With the proposed system of accounting information system design, the sale of hats on credit is expected to help companies manage data and transactions. The results to be achieved are the Accounting Information System for Credit Sales Hats consisting of, Data Collection System on Data of Goods, Data on Credit Packages, Customer Data, Credit Sales Transactions, Installment Transactions and Reports.

Abstract

This research aims to improve the quality of teacher learning through the use of multimedia by implementing workshop activities in the school environment. Modern education demands the use of technology in the teaching and learning process, and multimedia is an effective tool for improving the quality of learning. Workshops are considered a training method that can provide teachers with new knowledge and skills in using multimedia effectively. The research method used is Classroom Action Research with a cycle of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Research participants consisted of teachers at schools who were willing to take part in workshop activities. Data was collected through observation, interviews, and assessment of learning outcomes. The research results show a significant increase in teachers' ability to use multimedia in learning. The workshop provided new insights and increased teachers' confidence in integrating multimedia technology into their teaching. In addition, increased student engagement and motivation were also seen during the implementation of multimedia. Thus, this research presents recommendations for involving regular workshop activities as a sustainable strategy for improving the quality of teacher learning by utilizing multimedia in the school environment. The conclusions of this research provide a positive picture of the role of workshops in supporting the development of teachers' multimedia skills to achieve more innovative and interactive learning in the era of digital education.

Abstract

Dalam dunia bisnis, pencatatan keuangan yang akurat dan teratur sangat penting. Hal ini dikarenakan data keuangan yang tepat dan terpercaya dapat memberikan informasi yang berguna untuk pengambilan keputusan bisnis yang tepat. Maka, untuk memudahkan proses pencatatan keuangan tersebut, banyak bisnis yang menggunakan software akuntansi berupa Accurate 5.0. Perusahaan membutuhkan sebuah sistem informasi akuntansi yang dapat menunjang aktivitas bisnisnya. Penerapan sistem informasi akuntansi sangat di perlukan dalam pengolahan transaksi keuangan perusahaan untuk mendapatkan informasi yang tepat dan cepat. Pengolahan data keuangan yang masih menggunakan pencatatan sederhana mulai dari mengumpulkan bukti transaksi, membuat jurnal sampai dengan laporan keuangan menyebabkan pengolahan transaksi keuangan mengalami banyak hambatan, yang menyebabkan proses pengambilan keputusan seringkali terlambat. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan antara lain metode wawancara, metode observasi, dan metode studi pustaka. Penerapan sistem informasi akuntansi menggunakan Software akuntansi Accurate 5.0 menjadi solusi untuk mengatasi masalah dalam menyusun laporan keuangan perusahaan. Dan menghasilkan informasi secara tepat, cepat, dan akurat.

Abstract

Abstracts - This research is motivated by the importance of employee performance in achieving organizational goals, which are influenced by various internal factors, especially leadership style and work motivation. This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style and work motivation on employee performance at the Directorate General of Minerals and Coal. The research method used is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The population in this study were all 40 employees of the Directorate General of Minerals and Coal, with a saturated sampling method. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires, observations, interviews. There were several tests carried out, namely data quality tests, classical assumption tests, hypothesis tests, determinant coefficient tests, T tests (partial), and F tests (simultaneous). The results of the study showed that partially the Leadership Style (X1) was known to have a calculated t value of 1.147 with a level of 0.05 smaller than 5%. This calculated t value was greater than the t table, which was 2.026 and Work Motivation (X2) had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, these two variables also significantly influence employee performance. The F-test results obtained a calculated F-value of 198.299, contributing 91.4%, while the remainder was influenced by other variables outside this study. This finding indicates that improving good leadership style and high work motivation can optimally improve employee performance. In conclusion, the variables of the Influence of Leadership Style (X1) and Work Motivation (X2) simultaneously have an effect on Employee Performance (Y). Abstract

Nilosa Rama Buana adalah sebuah industri di bidang konveksi yang memproduksi produk konveksi baik dari instansi perkantoran, sekolah, perusahaan maupun pribadi. Produk yang dihasilkan seperti kaos sablon, kaos distro, sprei, selimut, pakaian bayi dan anak. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah memprediksi jenis rajutan, gramasi, dan jenis ukuran benang yang sesuai untuk membantu konveksi dalam pembuatan produk sehinggan persiapan produksi menjadi lebih efisien menggunakan algoritma klasifikasi data mining. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah implementasi Algoritma Genetika optimasi terhadap metode Algoritma C4.5, dilakukan optimasi untuk meningkatkan akurasi metode. Hasil penelitian ini adalah kenaikan nilai akurasi 45,18% dengan pengujian optimasi menggunakan metode Algoritma Genetika, juga dihasilkan pohon keputusan dari metode Decision Tree. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah metode optimasi Algoritma Genetika dapat membantu meningkatkan kehandalan dan rule yang dihasilkan dari pohon keputusan Algoritma C4.5 dapat dijadikan acuan untuk membantu konveksi dalam penentuan jenis benang pada persiapan produksi.

Abstract

Perusahaan Prillo Shoes merupakan perusahaan perorangan yang bergerak dalam bidang industri pembuatan alas kaki sandal. Perusahaan ini merupakan salah satu supplier dari brand sandal merk Yongki Komaladi, Fladeo, Modello, dan Pakalolo yang memproduksi sandal mulai dengan segala model. Sistem kerja yang ada pada perusahaan di mulai dari pembuatan sampel, pengolahan bahan material dari bahan mentah sampai menjadi barang jadi, dan yang terakhir pengiriman barang ke kantor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi K3, hambatan dan kendala implementasi K3, serta solusi dari hambatan dan kendala yang dilakukan pada perusahaan Prillo Shoes Tangerang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini masih ditemukan beberapa karyawan perusahaan yang masih belum menerapkan implementasi K3 ini dengan baik dikarenakan masih kurangnya pemahaman terkait pelaksanaan K3, untuk perlengkapan K3 disini sudah disediakan dengan cukup baik sesuai dengan kebutuhan, serta ditemukan berbagai hambatan dan juga kendala yang sudah didapatkan solusinya.
