Abstract

The rapid surge in internet connectivity across Indonesia presents dual implications: enhanced information access and increased exposure to cybercrimes. Rural communities often become primary targets due to a significant digital literacy gap. This community service initiative aimed to fortify the residents of Sungai Bangkal Village, Banjar Regency, against cyberfraud threats through preventive education. Conducted under Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) framework, the program utilized a social intervention approach combining face-to-face socialization with the distribution of practical guide brochures. Program effectiveness was measured through surveys on public understanding of various crime modes. The evaluation revealed a significant disparity in knowledge. While the vast majority (91%) recognized conventional phone scams, awareness regarding technical manipulation techniques such as phishing remained critically low at 28%. Demographically, the younger cohort (18-24 years) exhibited the highest vigilance, whereas residents over 45 were identified as the most vulnerable group. While this intervention successfully established a foundation for collective alertness, the findings suggest an urgent need for continuous digital mentoring to bridge the knowledge gap regarding more sophisticated cyber threats.

Abstract

Demam Berdarah Dengue (DBD) menjadi masalah kesehatan signifikan di Kabupaten Bogor dengan fluktuasi kasus yang sangat dipengaruhi oleh faktor iklim. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan membangun model prediksi untuk memproyeksikan jumlah kasus DBD tahunan berdasarkan data iklim historis. Metode yang digunakan adalah Artificial Neural Network (ANN) dengan algoritma Backpropagation, dilatih menggunakan data deret waktu dari 2014-2023 yang mencakup variabel iklim (curah hujan, suhu, dan kelembapan) sebagai input. Melalui serangkaian eksperimen manual tuning untuk mengatasi underfitting dan overfitting, ditemukan konfigurasi model final terbaik dengan arsitektur [33 18] dan parameter regularisasi 0.4. Model menunjukkan kinerja kuat pada data latih (RMSE = 280.7; R² = 0.89). Validasi pada data uji 2024 menunjukkan kemampuan generalisasi yang tinggi, dengan RMSE 186.8 (error ~5.5%) dan R² 0.99. Implementasi model menghasilkan prediksi 1484 kasus DBD untuk tahun 2025. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa model ANN yang dikembangkan dapat menjadi alat pendukung keputusan yang andal bagi pemangku kepentingan kesehatan.

Abstract

Human resources are an important asset in government agencies. Having quality human resources is the desire of every agency because it can easily help achieve agency goals. The purpose of this study is to see the influence of job transfers and the work environment on employee performance. The study used a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to employees of the Human Resources Bureau of the Ministry of Population and Family Development with a population and sample of 50 people and using a saturated sampling technique. Analyzed using the SPSS program version 27. The results of this study are the t-test shows a value of 0.150 greater than 0.05, which means that job transfers partially have no significant effect on employee performance. The t-test also shows a value of 0.022 smaller than 0.05, which means that the work environment partially has a significant effect on employee performance. The results of the f-test show a significance value of 0.036 smaller than 0.05, which means that job transfers and the work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Employee performance is a key factor in determining the effectiveness and success of an organization. This study aims to analyze the influence of job satisfaction and work motivation on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. A quantitative approach was employed, with data collected through closed-ended questionnaires using a Likert scale distributed to employees. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS statistical software. The results showed that job satisfaction had a significant effect on performance with a significance value of 0.007, but with a negative regression coefficient of -0.532. In contrast, work motivation had a significant positive effect on performance with a regression coefficient of 0.765 and a significance value of 0.009. Simultaneously, both variables had a significant effect on employee performance with an F-value of 4.619 and a significance level of 0.000, and an Adjusted R² value of 0.129. These findings highlight the importance of managing work motivation to improve employee performance.

Abstract

In an increasingly competitive business environment, organizational culture has become an important factor influencing employee attitudes and behavior, including at PT X as a mining contractor. In addition, work stress resulting from task pressure and the work environment can also affect performance. This study aims to examine the influence of organizational culture and work stress on the performance of PT X employees, which has not been specifically researched before. This study employs a quantitative causal approach with 50 respondents as the sample. Data were collected via an online questionnaire and analyzed statistically to determine the influence of the two independent variables on performance, both partially and simultaneously. The determination coefficient test results indicate that organizational culture and work- related stress together influence performance by 45.8%. The t-test indicates that organizational culture has a significant partial effect (calculated t = 5.891 > table t = 2.011; sig. 0.000 < 0.05), while work stress does not (calculated t = 0.442 < table t; sig. 0.660 > 0.05). The F test shows that both simultaneously have a significant effect (F calculated 19.824 > F table 3.20; sig. 0.000 < 0.05).

Abstract

Insufficient work stress can lower productivity, while work-life balance helps maintain employee performance. At Nano Sportwear, high workloads often trigger stress and reduce performance. This study aims to analyze the effect of work stress and work-life balance on employee performance. The research employed a quantitative statistical approach using a questionnaire method. Saturated sampling was applied, involving the entire population of 35 employees. Data were collected through structured questionnaires distributed via Google Forms and analyzed using the T-test for partial effects and the F-test for simultaneous effects. The results indicate that work stress significantly affects employee performance T value 5.898 and sig 0.000. Work-life balance also has a significant influence T value 2.117 and sig 0.042. Simultaneously, both variables impact performance with an F-value of 157.515 and sig 0.000. These findings confirm that effective stress management and the creation of work-life balance are essential for enhancing employee performance in Nano Sportwear’s garment industry

Abstract

In achieving the targets that have been set, the company must optimize all existing resources while ensuring long-term operational sustainability. In an effort to improve employee performance, the figure of a leader holds a key position because of his ability to motivate and actively involve employees. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of transformational leadership and work discipline on employee performance. The population in this study were all employees at PT Gasol Pertanian Organik with a total population of 35 employees. The data collection technique used was the survey method by distributing questionnaires, the research used in this study was quantitative statistics, with multiple linear regression analysis methods to examine the influence of these variables. This study also uses analysis methods, namely validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, and hypothesis testing. Data analysis using SPSS version 25 software, the results of this study indicate that the transformational leadership variable has a positive and significant influence on employee performance of 2.266, and the work discipline variable has a positive and significant influence on employee performance of 2.783. Simultaneous tests show that both independent variables, namely transformational leadership and work discipline, have a positive and significant influence on employee performance with a calculated F value of 85.826.

Abstract

The development of this increasingly advanced era, encourages many things to develop and innovate, including in the field of transportation. Promotion activities and attention to Service Quality carried out by the Gojek company can be a way for the company to continue to survive and continue to compete with other online transportation companies. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of promotion and service quality on customer satisfaction on Gojek users. The research method used in the study is a quantitative research method with hypothesis testing. In data collection, the method used is the questionnaire method. Determination of the number of samples in this study was taken using a purposive sampling technique, and using 50 Gojek user respondents in the Jakarta area. The data analysis method uses multiple regression tests. The research that has been conducted shows that the promotion and service quality variables have a positive and significant influence on the Customer Satisfaction variable. The results are shown by the results of the promotion t-test, the results of which are shown by a significance value of 0.005 which is smaller than 0.05 and a calculated t value of 2.949 which is greater than the t table of 2.013. The results of the service quality t-test are also proven to have a significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y), with a significance value of 0.001 (<0.05) and a calculated t of 6.292 (> 2.013). And from the results of the f-test, it is shown by a significance value of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05 and a calculated F value of 206,510 which exceeds the F table of 3.20. Which shows that there is an influence between Promotion and Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the performance of employees at PT. Cahaya Tirta Rasa using the 360 Degree Feedback method. In the beverage sector, it plays an important role in the Indonesian economy. The 360 Degree Feedback method involves feedback from evaluations at various levels within the company as well as from external sources; this method involves people around the evaluated employees. This research uses a qualitative method by collecting responses through surveys and interviews with a primary focus on the performance of administrative staff. The study covers assessments of work quality, work speed, and technical competence. It involves 4 administrative staff members from PT. Cahaya Tirta Rasa during the period from May 2025 to July 2025. The results show that the administrative staff's work quality reaches 90%. The average time to complete tasks is 57.2 hours, and technical competence of 8.92. This study concludes that the application of the 360 Degree Feedback Method in evaluating employee performance provides feedback such as increased training for Admin and the creation of open green spaces for employees to minimize burnout. This research is expected to contribute to the development of performance within the company.

Abstract

In the world of cooperatives, the most important thing is how satisfied members are with the products and services provided by the cooperative, member satisfaction is used to attract members to use the product. Like a cooperative's obligation to improve the quality of service in order to survive and remain trusted by its members. This study aims to determine the greatest influence of service quality and savings and loan product quality on the satisfaction of KSP CU Bina Karya Sejahtera members. Member satisfaction that influences the service quality and product quality factors. This research method uses a quantitative method using data collection techniques in the form of interviews, questionnaires, and literature studies. The number of respondents taken in this study was 100 respondents who were members of KSP CU Bina Karya Sejahtera. Data analysis used was partial test, simultaneous test, determination coefficient, regression coefficient, and multiple linear regression. The results of the t test showed that each t value of the service quality variable was greater than t table, meaning that service quality had a significant effect on member satisfaction variables. The product quality variable had a t value greater than t table, meaning that product quality had a significant effect on member satisfaction. The results of the F test show that simultaneously the variables of service quality and product quality together have a significant effect on the member satisfaction variable with the results of the analysis. The results of the determination coefficient test show that the factors of service quality and product quality have a significant effect on member satisfaction.
