Abstract

This research endeavors to analyze the impact of Budget Preparation Participation and Locus of Control on the managerial performance of Health Centers in Mamuju Regency, employing SPSS as the analytical tool. The study population consisted of two Health Centers located in Mamuju Regency, with a total of 35 respondents selected via a saturated sampling technique. Primary data were gathered through the distribution of questionnaires. Multiple linear regression analysis was utilized to evaluate the data. The results indicate that Budget Preparation Participation positively affects the managerial performance of Health Centers. Additionally, Locus of Control is found to have a positive influence on managerial performance. When examined concurrently, both Budget Preparation Participation and Locus of Control significantly and positively affect Health Center managerial performance. It is recommended that future studies build upon these findings by incorporating moderating or intervening variables to further enhance understanding

Abstract

Remaja Masjid memegang peranan dalam penyebaran budaya dan cara meningkatkegiatan Islam, melalui remaja masjid secara bertahap kita dapat menanamkan nilai-nilaiIslam, Melihat keadaan sekarang tentu peranan remaja masjid sangat dibutuhkan untukmemakmurkan masjid. Adapun metode yang ditempuh dalam mengumpulkan data yaitu metode deskriptif-kualitatif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: Untuk mengetahui program kerja Remaja Masjid Al-Istiqamah dalam meningkatkan kualitas pemahaman keagamaan di Masjid Al-lstiqamah Desa Suak Ribee Kecamatan Johan Pahlawan Kabupaten Aceh Barat. Adapun hasil penelitian yang diperoleh, Dalam prakteknya, Sejauh ini dari observasi penulisterhadap program yang dilakukan oleh Remaja Masjid Al-Jstiqamah sudah sangat bagusdan berjalan hingga saat ini, seperti majelis ta ’lim peringatan-peringatan hari besar Islam,hampir semuanya anggota Remaja Masjid aktif dalam menjalankan program tersebut

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of socio-economic factors (education and per capita income) and demographics (dependency ratio and sex ratio) on poverty in Langsa City, both partially and simultaneously. This research uses secondary data obtained from the Langsa City Central Statistics Agency. The data analysis method in this research uses the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, t test, F test and coefficient of determination test. The research results show that partially socio-economic factors, namely the education variable, have a negative and insignificant effect on poverty in Langsa City, and the per capita income variable has a negative and significant effect on poverty in Langsa City. Meanwhile, partially demographic factors, namely the sex ratio variable, have a negative and insignificant effect on poverty in Langsa City, and the dependency ratio variable partially has a negative and significant effect on poverty in Langsa City. Simultaneously, socio-economic and demographic factors have a significant effect on poverty in Langsa City. Limitations in this research include that the variables used do not include all variables that influence poverty, so it’s hoped that future researchers can add other relevant bariables that influence poverty over a longer research period.

Abstract

Community Service with the title “Pelatihan Pembuatan Gula Merah Cair dan Pemasaran E-Commerce di Desa Tapango Kecamatan Tapango Kabupaten Polewali Mandar”. This activity is based on the conditions of making brown sugar whose manufacturing and marketing processes are still simple, very simple. Through this community service activity, training will be given on procedures for developing brown sugar products and the online marketing process through e-commerce. Product development is carried out by providing training to the public about processing liquid brown sugar so that the brown sugar they market is not only in simple form, but the product can be further developed and will have an impact on higher selling value (economic value). With a high selling value, it will have an impact on brown sugar sales revenue which will increase. Furthermore, after providing training on how to manage liquid brown sugar until it reaches the stage of packaging the product properly so that the liquid brown sugar is ready to be marketed. After product development, they will also be taught about online marketing strategies through various social media applications such as Facebook and Instagram. Apart from that, there is also online marketing in one of the number one online shop applications in Indonesia, namely the Shopee application. In this way, it is hoped that the brown sugar products they produce will not only be marketed on a local scale but will be able to compete on the national scale market.

Abstract

Poverty in Aceh Province is a multidimensional problem that is influenced by education, health, and labor force participation. This study aims to analyze the effect of average years of schooling, life expectancy, and labor force participation rate on poverty, either directly or through economic growth as a mediating variable. The data used is secondary data from 2011-2023 which is analyzed using path analysis techniques. The results show that average years of schooling have a significant negative effect on poverty, both directly and indirectly through economic growth. In contrast, life expectancy and labor force participation rate do not show a significant effect on economic growth and poverty. Economic growth, although fluctuating, does not significantly affect the poverty rate in Aceh Province. These findings emphasize the importance of improving education as a key poverty alleviation strategy and the need for formal sector development to maximize labor force participation.
