Abstract

Tulisan ini ingin mengulas biografi pemikiran seorang intelektual muda Aceh yaitu Kamaruzzaman Bustamam Ahmad. Pemilihan nama Kamaruzzaman Bustamam Ahmad (selanjutnya disebut KBA) dilakukan karena pertama, gagasan intelektualnya yang berpengaruh di Aceh. Secara umum, mazhab Acehnologi yang dikembangkan dari wacana subaltern studies, telah menarik perhatian publik dan diperbincangkan secara nasional maupun internasional. Kedua, karena nama tersebut telah menjadi perhatian penulis sejak tahun 2013, dimana penulis kemudian banyak berinteraksi dengan KBA mengkoleksi hampir seluruh karya tulisnya, dan mempelajari pemikiran-pemikirannya. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah diskursus analisis, berupa analisa dan bedah terhadap karya dan pemikiran KBA. Dari studi pendahuluan, penulis mengetahui bahwa pada mulanya  yakni sejak tahun 1996 KBA memilih konsentrasi Islam Politik perihal hubungan antara keislaman dan kebangsaan. Pada tahun 2015, KBA kemudian beralih pada studi kawasan khususnya studi Asia Tenggara meliputi studi pemikiran Islam, Jama’ah Tabligh dan Terorisme.  Pada tahun 2009 bertepatan dengan saat ia kembali ke Aceh, KBA mengerucutkan kajian ke dalam studi keacehan, hingga melahirkan mazhab Acehnologi pada tahun 2011. Sejak saat itu, hingga selanjutnya, penulis mengasumsikan pemikiran KBA dalam kerangka Acehnologi. Bahkan ketika tahun 2017 KBA melibatkan diri dalam diskusi Masa Depan Dunia, Islam Nusantara dan Imajinasi Kebangsaan, penulis masih meletakkannya dalam kerangka Acehnologi. Artinya, ketiga tema terakhir tersebut dibedah oleh KBA melalui world-view Acehnologi.

Abstract

Secara umum, ajaran tasawuf Hamzah Fansuri disebut sebagai ajaran Wujǔdiyah. Secara geneologi, kata wujǔdiyah tidak ditemukan dalam karya-karya Hamzah Fansuri. Kata tersebut justru pertama sekali disebutkan dalam tulisan-tulisan Nũr Al-Dîn Al-Rânirî sebagai “tudingan sesat” atas ajaran tasawuf Hamzah Fansuri. Secara ontologi, kata wujǔdiyah justru sering dikaitkan dengan ajaran waḥdatul wujúd-nya Ibnu Arabi. Terakhir, kata wujǔdiyah kemudian menjadi “terma baku” yang digunakan oleh para pengkaji Hamzah Fansuri, baik yang mendukung maupun yang menolak ajarannya. Hanya saja dalam artikel ini penulis mencoba menolak menyematkan kata wujǔdiyah dan menawarkan kata ma’rifah bagi ajaran tasawuf Hamzah Fansuri. Menurut penulis, ajaran tasawuf Hamzah Fansuri lebih layak disebut sebagai ma’rifah, daripada wujǔdiyah. Karena kata wujǔdiyah tidak ditemukan basis geneologi, maupun terma ontologi, epistemologi dan aksiologi-nya dalam ajaran tasawuf Hamzah Fansuri.

Abstract

Artikel ini akan membahas mengenai semantik-‘irfânĭ sebagai model penafsiran sufistik. Model tafsir ini telah menjadi tradisi tersendiri di kalangan ulama tasawuf ketika mereka ingin menafsirkan teks secara batini (tafsir mistik).Ulama tasawuf dalam pengertian ini adalah mereka yang memiliki dua kemampuan yaitu kemampuan diskursif dan kemampuan iluminatif. Kemampuan diskursif biasanya didapat dengan belajar dan melakukan olah pikir. Sedangkan kemampuan iluminatif adalah kemampuan yang didapat melalui proses perjalanan suluk (melalui proses penyucian jiwa) dan riyâdhah (atau latihan spiritual). Dengan kedua metode ini, kaum sufi kemudian mencoba menggkaji dan membahasakan makna-makna rahasia teks suci Al-Qur’an yang dalam kajian ini disebut sebagai metode semantik-’irfânĭ.

Abstract

The highest knowledge of the Sufis is ma'rifah which is obtained through disciplinary practice, through riyadhah and mujahada which are here referred to as Sufi epistemology. These paths are cultivated in a disciplined, methodological and objective manner so as to enable the Sufis to compile their treatises in a standard manner. As one of the most famous scholars in the archipelago, Hamzah Fansuri in the book Sharb Al-Ashiqĭn also compiled standard treatises regarding this Sufi path. Through this philosophical analysis, Hamzah Fansuri's model of Sufism epistemology is explained. The results of this study indicate that to reach the state of knowledge, a person must take spiritual steps, be under the guidance of a teacher, lead a simple life and always put their trust in Allah SWT.

Abstract

Sebagai salah satu kampus negeri dibawah Kementerian Agama Republik Indonesia, STAIN Teungku Dirundeng Meulaboh ikut terlibat dalam penguatan wacana moderasi beragama di Indonesia. Melalui berbagai program, seminar dan publikasi, berbagai pemikiran moderasi beragama dituangkan secara kritis dan kontributif. Dengan menganalisis diskursus yang berkembang di lingkungan STAIN Teungku Dirundeng Meulaboh penelitian ini menemukan dua kesimpulan penting. Pertama, bahwa STAIN Teungku Dirundeng Meulaboh termasuk terdepan dalam menyambut wacana moderasi dengan mendirikan lembaga Seuramoe Moderasi Beragama atau SMB. Kedua, akademisi kampus tersebut telah membuat wacana moderasi yang lebih kultural melalui program moderasi dari pinggir melalui penerbitan buku dan seminar baik berskala nasional maupun internasional.

Abstract

Social development can be carried out in various fields of community life, one of which is economic growth that develops based on the independence of each person. The Islamic Boarding School through the Savings and Loans Cooperative and Sharia Financing (KSPPS) BMT Al-Hikmah is aware of these challenges and then moves to empower all opportunities that exist in society. This study aims to determine the strategy of Baitul Mal Wattamwil (BMT) Al-Hikmah Bandar Lampung in increasing family economic independence and resilience. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques of interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the Baitul Mal Wattamwil (BMT) Al-Hikmah Bandar Lampung strategy research in increasing family economic independence and resilience through the potential of independent entrepreneurs in increasing family resilience. The strategy includes 4 empowerment programs such as 1) Development of Human Resources (HR); 2) Group Institutional Development; 3) Fostering Community Capital; and 4) Productive Business Development. The impact of the implemented strategy is the solution to various problems faced by the community to increase income and financial well-being as well as family resilience.

Abstract

The role of the three Syekh Muda Waly students at the Darussalam Islamic Boarding School is crucial in the social and religious life of the community in Aceh Singkil Regency. They are Abu Bahauddin Tawar (1927-2008), Abu Zamzami Syam (1923-2013) and Abu Baihaqi (1931-2015). Interestingly, although the three have different educational characters, they studied at the Darussalam Islamic Boarding School led by Abu Syekh Muda Waly Al Khalidi (1961). Abu Sheikh Muda Al-Khalidi inherited religious knowledge such as fiqh monotheism of Sufism and the sanad of the Naqsabandiyah Khalidiah order. Through an actor-network theory (ANT) approach, this research attempts to map the process of forming student and teacher relationships between the three ulama and Syekh Muda Waly. The results of this research show. (1) The relationship between teacher and student is formed through scientific networks and tarekat sanad. (2) This relationship also impacts learning in the three Islamic boarding schools, which have the same curriculum structure and emphasize understanding fiqh, monotheism, Sufism, da'wah science, and tool science. (3) Such relations also make Darussalam the axis for scientific institutions in the three Islamic boarding schools. It is common for several students who have completed tsanawiyah or Aliyah education at the three Islamic boarding schools to continue to deepen their knowledge at the Darussalam Islamic Boarding School. This relationship shows the role of Abu Syekh Muda Waly Al-Khalidi and Islamic Boarding School Darussalam in building a scientific network within the social context of the Aceh Singkil community

Abstract

Artificial intelligence (AI) can now be found easily in various aspects of human life ranging from computer programs, vehicles and devices. This for some people is quite worrying, but there are also those who consider it as an advance of civilization. AI, which initially only revolved around industrial technological advances, now doubles as part of ontological discussions, especially themes of consciousness. The intelligence possessed by AI in simulating is undoubted, especially with the existence of chatbots and algorithms. However, since its inception, AI has always been faced with the concept of consciousness. Consciousness is an abstract thing, because it is believed to be possessed only by humans. AI itself is considered to have a large content in human civilization and the future history of human civilization. In the verses of the Qur'an, human life is not a simulation, and consciousness is immaterial, and cannot be captured by science. Thus, AI can only be positioned as an instrument, which cannot achieve the status of having consciousness ontologically. AI is not value-free, technology in history has often been used to oppress humans and AI is considered potentially a disaster for humanity. This research is sourced from the literature study approach in finding data related to technological advances and the responses that surround them. This research is expected to be able to contribute new knowledge in terms of Quranic studies, history, technology and science.

Abstract

The South West of Aceh has been the Spice route in Aceh, especially since the mid-16th century, when the Kingdom of Aceh began to plant pepper massively. The potential of pepper was then eroded by colonialism and conflict so that it was forgotten by the community. Socialization of the potential of the spice route is important in efforts to revitalize the potential of the spice route in South West Aceh. The purpose of the Socialization is to increase historical awareness, promote culture, strengthen the economy, encourage desire and innovation and trigger tourism. The socialization which was carried out on 18 and 19 May 2022 was aimed at community leaders, economic actors and the government in Southwest Aceh and South Aceh districts. The socialization received a positive response from both the community and the government. However, there needs to be cooperation as an effort by universities to encourage the revitalization of the potential of the spice route in South West Aceh..

Abstract

Salah satu bentuk kontribusi dosen dan mahasiswa di masyarakat adalah adanya kegiatan pengabdian. SOS Children’s Villages adalah lembaga sosial yang bergerak pada pelayanan masyarakat khususnya kebutuhan anak. Melalui kegiatan magang dan kolaborasi pengabdian dosen dan mahasiswa, para dosen dan mahasiswa STAIN berkontribusi bagi masyarakat melalui berbagai kegiatan dan dukugan kegiatan di lembaga tersebut. Selain melakukan pendampingan keagamaan dan pendataan, kolaborasi dosen dan mahasiswa juga melakukan initial dan core assessment di beberapa desa yang menjadi sasaran kerja SOS Children’s Village Meulaboh.
