Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi permintaan daging ayam broiler di Kecamatan Idi Rayeuk Kabupaten Aceh Timur. Metode dasar yang digunakan adalah deskriptif analisis dan kuantitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda diperoleh nilai koefesien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0.7234 menunjukkan bahwa 72,34 persen variasi variabel dependen (permintaan daging ayam broiler di Kecamatan Idi Rayeuk)mampu dijelaskan oleh variabel independen yang  dimasukkan ke dalam model (pendapatan keluarga, harga daging ayam broiler, harga daging ayam kampung, harga ikan, harga telur, jumlah tanggungan keluarga, dan pendidikan Ibu rumah tangga, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 27,66 persen dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidakdimasukkan dalam model. Hasil uji F diperoleh nilai Fhitung sebesar 21.180 nilai tersebut menunjukkanbahwa nilai Fhitung> FTabel pada tingkat kepercayaan 95 persen. selanjutnya hasil uji t menunjukkan 4 variabel penelitian berpengaruh nyata terhadap permintaan daging ayam broiler di Kecamatan Idi Rayeuk dengan nilai  thitung untuk masing-masing variabel lebih besar dari ttabel, antara lain pendapatan keluarga, harga ayam daging broiler, harga ikan dan jumlah tanggungan keluarga. Sedangkan harga telur, harga ayam kampung dan tingkat pendidikan ibu rumah tangga tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap permintaan daging ayam broiler di Kecamatan Idi Rayeuk.

Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari bukti akurat yang mendukung dugaan bahwa adanya pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja pegawai pada balai besar indusrti hasil perkebunan.Methods: Dalam penelitian ini sampel yang diambil sebanyak 45 orang dibagian fungsional tertentu. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan kuesioner. Metode deskriptif yang digunakan adalah program komputer SPSS versi 22.Hasil: membuktikan bahwa adanya pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel X dan Y, Adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan kepemimpinan transfomasional terhadap kinerja pegawai pada balai besar industri hasil perkebunan. Hal ini di tunjukkan oleh nilai signifikan dengan ketentuan yang menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh yang positif. Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Kinerja

Abstract

Serangga berperan penting dalam kehidupan manusia sehingga diperlukan sebuah museum yang dapat menampung dan menyajikan informasi tentang keanekaragaman serangga tersebut kepada masyarakat. Museum Serangga Institut Pertanian Bogor memiliki banyak informasi dari aneka spesies serangga yang ada di Indonesia, tetapi interaktivitasnya masih terbatas. Penelitian ini mengembangkan sebuah prototipe aplikasi Android berbasis augmented reality menggunakan Unity untuk memberikan sarana interaktif ke pengunjung. Pengembangan menggunakan metode image tracking sehingga pengguna bisa berinteraksi dengan spesimen di museum dengan mengarahkan kamera ke spesimen yang ingin diamati. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa metode image tracking dapat digunakan dengan baik pada sudut pindai 0° ketika diterapkan pada serangga yang berbentuk tiga dimensi yang terdapat di Museum Serangga IPB.

Abstract

Aceh Province has 23 districts/cities with a Human Development Index level similar to the national Human Development Index. Several districts/cities in Aceh Province have a Human Development Index below the national Human Development Index. This research aims to analyze the Human Development Index and the factors that influence it in the western part of the Aceh coastal region for 2010-2022. This research is quantitative. The variables used in this research are the Human Development Index, Economic Growth, Poverty Level, and Gini Index. The panel data method is used for analysis through cross-data from 7 districts/cities in the western Aceh coastal region and time series data for 2010-2022. The results of this research show that Economic Growth has a negative and significant effect on the Human Development Index, Poverty Level has a positive and insignificant effect on the Human Development Index, and the Gini Index has a positive and significant effect on the Human Development Index in the western Aceh coastal region for the 2010-2022 period.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menghadirkan website "Bitani Point" sebagai solusi untuk menghadapi masalah kesulitan mencari informasi supplier bibit dan benih yang efisien di Kota dan Kabupaten Bogor. Dengan menggunakan metode Agile Development, website ini tidak hanya memberikan informasi tentang supplier, tetapi juga menyediakan fitur kalkulator bibit, pemetaan lokasi supplier, dan forum diskusi. Melibatkan admin, supplier, dan pengguna umum, penelitian ini menjalankan tahap perencanaan, implementasi, pengujian, dokumentasi, penyebaran, dan pemeliharaan. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa "Bitani Point" dapat memudahkan pengguna dalam mencari bibit dan benih sesuai kebutuhan mereka, memberikan kontribusi dalam mendukung pertanian yang berkualitas di daerah Kota Bogor.

Abstract

North Sumatra Province consists of 25 districts, 8 cities, 325 sub-districts and 5456 sub-districts/villages. The poverty rate is still high in several districts, which in 2006-2022 still have poverty rates above the average poverty rate. Poverty is a serious problem because it is related to human welfare. Therefore, further research is needed regarding the factors that influence poverty. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of economic growth, unemployment, the Human Development Index and the Gini index on poverty levels in the province of North Sumatra. This data analysis uses secondary data via the Central Statistics Agency website with the help of Eviews 12 in 25 districts of North Sumatra province in 2006-2022. Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of the Human Development Index, Gini ratio, and poverty level on the open unemployment rate in Aceh Singkil Regency. The data used in this study come from secondary sources obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics from 2014 to 2021. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression using eviews10 software. The results of the study show that partially HDI has a positive and significant effect on the open unemployment rate in Aceh Singgkil Regency, the Gini ratio partially has a negative and insignificant effect on the open unemployment rate. And the poverty rate partially has a positive and insignificant effect on the open unemployment rate. And in this study HDI, Gini Ratio and Poverty Level simultaneously or together have a positive and significant effect on the open unemployment rate in Aceh Singkil Regency and show that these three variables contribute to the unemployment rate with a significant impact.

Abstract

This study aims to examine how economic growth in the province of Aceh and the factors that affect economic growth. This study uses quantitative methods, with secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Aceh Province and (BI) Bank Indonesia. The analysis technique used is multiple data regression using Eviews 10 computer. The time series data in this study reviewed the observation time in a row from 2013 - 2022. The results of this study obtained partially inflation had a negative and insignificant effect on the Economic Growth of Aceh Province, and also partially the Interest Rate had a significant negative effect on the Economic Growth of Aceh Province, and the third factor regarding ZIS partially had a positive and significant effect on the Economic Growth of Aceh Province decreased So it can be stated that simultaneously Inflation, Interest Rates have a significant effect on economic growth. So what states that simultaneously ZIS has a significant effect on Economic Growth in Aceh Province. Partially inflation has a positive and significant effect on economic growth, and interest rates have a positive and significant effect on economic growth, while ZIS has a negative and significant effect on economic growth. Simultaneously inflation, interest rates, and ZIS have a significant effect on economic growth.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the determinants of poverty, including economic growth, human development index (HDI), and Gini index. in West Java province 2008-2022. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The data used in this research is secondary data and is a form of time series data. Based on the results of multiple linear analysis, economic growth has a partial positive and insignificant effect on the level of poverty in West Java province, while HDI has a partial negative and insignificant effect on poverty in West Java province and the Gini index has a partial negative and significant effect on poverty in West Java province. Simultaneously, economic growth, HDI and Gini index have a significant effect on poverty levels.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and determine the relationship between employment and changes in the economic structure of the people's welfare in Langsa City. Welfare is an order of life and social, material and spiritual livelihood that is filled with a sense of safety, decency and inner and outer peace that allows every citizen to carry out efforts to fulfill the best possible physical, spiritual and social needs for himself, his household and Public. Workers are residents who have or are currently working, who are looking for work, and who carry out other activities such as going to school and taking care of the household. In practical terms, according to him, the notion of labor and non-labor is only differentiated by the age limit. The results of this study indicate that employment affects welfare through changes in economic structure. This explains that with an increase in the workforce of working age people in Langsa City who are actively involved, it will be followed by changes in the economic structure in the non-agricultural sector. So that with changes in the economic structure it will have a positive and significant effect on the welfare of the people in Langsa City. This explains that changes in the economic structure that occur in the increase in the distribution of the non-agricultural sector positively increase the welfare of the community.
