Abstract

This research aims to know: (1) teacher activity while applying learning of Numbered Head Together on the subject matter of the Starter System, (2) student activity of eleventh grade students (TKR) of SMK NEGERI 1 Sukamara while following application of learning model of Numbered Head Together, (3) students response at eleventh grade students (TKR) of SMK NEGERI 1 Sukamara on learning by using the learning model of Numbered Head Together (NHT) on the subject matter of the starter system, (4) the result of student learning of eleventh grade students (TKR) of SMK NEGERI 1 Sukamara after following learning model of Numbered Head Together (NHT) on the subject matter of the starter system. This research was quantitative descriptive, this research took subject of eleventh grade students (TKR) of SMK NEGERI 1 Sukamara selected as research subject. The instruments used were Cognitive Learning Result Test, Students Activity Sheet, Teacher Activity Sheet and Student Response Questionnaire, and student learning outcomes involving Cognitive and Psychomotor aspects. The results of data analysis indicated that the overall shows that the student activity performed well. The completeness of cognitive learning tests individually there were 26 finished (92%) and 2 unfinished (8%). Classically this learning was said to be completed because the percentage of completeness obtained (92.39%).

Abstract

This research aims to discover whether the positive correlation and significance between student’s perception about the educational mechanical engineering workshop to motivation in following the practical production process at academic year 2016/2017. The one of factors influencing the student’s motivation is perception to mechanical workshop paradigm in which many students stated that practical work is less maximum during implementation. Furthermore, several students showed then less motivation signed less providing own attention to instructor. In this research, it uses the survey type involving data collection method is utilizing the questionnaire and interview. The research subject is university students of 2011/2012/2013 with sample total is 61 students. The data analysis used the moment product correlation. The analysis prerequisite tests are normality test and linearity test followed by SPSSV to be analysis prerequisite test. The result performed that there the positive relationship and significance between student’s perception about mechanical engineering workshop to motivation in attending production process at academic year 2016/2017. It is proved by correlation coefficient value Rxy at about 0.927 and tcount at around 1.985 higher than ttable having value at 1.671 on significance level 0.05.

Abstract

Problems in class X TSM in SMKN 1 Palangka Raya in learning system conducted by teachers were ineffective learning model. Effective learning in school is very difficult to apply especially on gasoline engine subject because it has a lot of explanations including Explanation of combustion motor that includes type and working principle of motor fuel so that students consider motor fuel material is difficult to be understood. The learning alternative that can improve students' learning motivation is with the learning model talking stick The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of talking stick model on student learning outcomes on the material motor fuel class X TSM at SMKN 1 Palangka Raya Year Teaching 2016/2017. The research used experimental research consisting of two classes namely TSM A experimental class by using talking stick teaching model which is 16 students and TSM B control class using learning model of lecture which amounted to 16 students, at SMKN 1 Palangka Raya. In the data after the research conducted post test group experimental results and control group of hypothesis test data in can Tcount = 5,10 > ttable = 2,042 at a significant level 5% = 0,05 and dk = (16 + 16 - 2) = 30. Visible tcount ttable, then Ho rejected and HIbe accepted. So it can be concluded that there is influence of student learning outcomes taught by using the model of talking stick learning on the material of cars fuel class X TSM SMKN 1 Palangka Raya academic year 2015/2016

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the application of the problem solving model runs well and to find out how the results of the application of learning models Problem solving on the subjects of Light Vehicle Engine Maintenance competencies apply how to care for conventional gasoline fuel systems/carburetors, as well as student learning outcomes data by the teacher showed that of the 40 students as many as 5 (12.5%) students reached the minimum completeness criteria (MCC) score and 35 (87.5%) did not reach the minimum completeness criteria (MCC) score, while the minimum completeness criteria were set at 70, this study aimed to find out whether there was an increase in activeness and student learning outcomes after the learning model is applied. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The research subjects were 25 students. The technique of collecting data in this study used observation and test sheets. This research shows results as follows: The research process all went well, it was supported by data from the questionnaire analysis of teacher activities and data on the results of student questionnaire activity analysis. It shows that the application of the model is very effective. As well as the value of the results of the student response questionnaire which is equal to 93% of students strongly agree. Based on the analysis of student value data, this model proved effective in improving student learning outcomes. The value of students after the post-test shows that of the 25 students obtained 92% of students who complete the minimum completness criteria (MCC) are 70, where the average post test score is 80.32 and 8% of students score under the minimum completeness criteria (MCC). Compared to the results of the pre test, of which 25 students obtained 8% of students who completely met the minimum completeness criteria (MCC) and 92% of students who scored below the minimum completeness criteria (MCC) that had been set 70 with the level of achievement of post test learning outcomes that is 80%.

Abstract

This research aims to know the student learning outcomes by applying the learning model of Numbered Head Together (NHT) on the subject of starter system in class XI TKR B under Light Vehicle Engineering competency in SMKN-1 Sananaman Mantikei Tumbang Manggu. The methods used in this research is a method of descriptive, with the population sample of research using students in Class XI TKR B SMK-1 Sanaman Mantikei Tumbang Manggu about 28 students. The instruments are based on the student activity sheet observations, data test results, and learning student response sheet. The research results show that the application of this learning model can improve the students’ learning response being more active than before to interact to other students, as well as during learning the lesson of starter system is more enthusiastic. Then students are more confident and capable enough to understand and demonstrate the content of subjects.

Abstract

About workshop services at XYZ activity that has been given, there are still customer dissatisfaction like clean toilets, availability of benches / chairs in the waiting room, the air circulation in the waiting room. Customer complaints are an indicator of the workshop management to improve its services. Measurement of performance and expectations based on customers satisfaction was conducted using SERVQUAL to know the value gap, which is the value of the difference between what being performed to services that have been received with expectations based on customer ratings. To map the improvement priority, the method of Importance Performance Analysis is used. From IPA, P20 variable is obtained, with value X 'of 2.89 and Y' with 4.14, P25 variable with values of X 'and Y 2.86' to 4.17, P26 variables with X 'with 2.51 and Y '4.09 and P35 variable with a value of 2.69 X and Y' is a factor of 4.11. Those are the improvement priorities.

Abstract

Field Experience Program (PPL) can be defined as a program that imparts a variety of knowledge, attitudes, and skills in order to establish a professional teacher. PPL also prerequisite applicative and integrated capabilities of all previous learning experience in a training program in the form of performance in all matters relating to the position of teacher, both learning activities and tasks of other teacher. Mechanical Engineering Education Study Program (PSPTM) through UP3L FKIP Unpar send students for teaching practice in schools, in this case PSPTM is a manufacturer that foster student and the school as a part of consumers. From the results of studies using Importance Performance Analysis analysis, it is obtained that variables that affect the quality of students is based on the expectations and perceptions of the respondents in the realm plan learning activities found that the factors that must be repaired is like the formulation of specific goals of learning (X12), the determination of teaching aids ( X14), choice of learning activities (X16) and discipline (X25). For the realm of implementation of learning, factors to get priority repair are providing teaching aids and learning resources required (P13), maintaining student’s orderin learning (P28), carry out the assessment during the learning process (P30), a summary (P33). Customer Satisfaction Index of the value of the realm of learning plans to get a value of 54.17% and in the realm of learning activities get an assessment of 58.02%, based on the table Stratford on the range of values ? 51-65% category simply quite satisfactory.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is knowing the mind maping learning strategies against student learning outcomes in understanding simple electronic basics lesson. This research is a type of pre-experimental research with the method of a pretest-posttest design group. Samples from this study were students of class X in motorcycle engineering (TBSM) who numbered 19 people. Research data is quantitative data from learning outcomes test instruments in the form of pretest scores and posttest scores. Instrument test results from 50 multiple choice choices items obtained 30 questions received to be used as instruments in this research. Parametric hypothesis test results obtained price calculate > t table (6,21 > 2,03). Because t = 6,21 is greater than t table = 2,03, so this means H1 is received, what is required about learning strategies mind mapping of student learning outcomes in lesson material understanding simple electronic basics. Results can be investigated student learning outcomes after learning with learning strategies mind mapping is better than student learning outcome before learning with learning strategies mind mapping.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of snowball throwing learning model on student learning outcomes in the basics of pneumatic system basics of automotive basic technology in class X of TSM SMKN 1 Buntok, year 2017/2018. This type of research uses true experimental design, the form of research design used in this study uses the form of the pretest-posttest type control group design wherein the initial test will be given before treatment is given and the final test will be given before treatment. The results of this study indicate that the calculation using the t test with a significance level of ? = 0.05 obtained a t count value of 10.25 while the t table value was 2.004. Because t count > t table. This means that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, so it can be concluded that there is an influence of student learning outcomes taught using the snowball throwing learning model

Abstract

Course review horay is one type of cooperative learning. This learning is a test of the understanding of students who use boxes that meet the questions and are numbered to answer them. Students who get the right sign at the earliest immediately shout horror or other yells. The purpose of this study was to study the effect of the course horay review model on the learning outcomes. This study was a pre-experimental with one group pretest-posttest design. The sample of this study was the students of Motorcycle Business (TBSM) which 28 students. The results of the parametric hypothesis test using the t test two correlated samples obtained the value of t count > t table (4,44 > 2,01). Because t count = 4.44 is greater than t table = 2.06, this means that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, which means that it relates to the learning model influencing the course review horay model on student learning outcomes
