Abstract

PT Satyaraya Keramindoindah (Roman) merupakan perusahaan industri yang bergerak dibidang manufaktur pembuatan keramik lantai, keramik dinding dan aksesoris pendukungnya. Roman merupakan perusahaan yang mengutamakan kualitas dalam pembuatan produksinya. Pelapis 1 dan pelapis 2 merupakan salah satu bahan baku pembuatan keramik bersifat cair yang terbuat dari bahan material-material mentah. Sehingga dengan pelapis 1 dan pelapis 2 yang baik bisa menghasilkan keramik berkualitas tinggi. membahas tentang pelapis 1 dan pelapis 2 itu sendiri yaitu sebuah cairan pelapis ubin sebelum proses pembuatan bentuk keramik yang bermotif. Dan fungsi pelapis 1 dan pelapis 2 tersebut yaitu sebagai pelapis dasar keramik untuk menjadikan sebuah motif tertentu yang telah ditentukan pihak perusahaan. Pelapis 1 dan pelapis 2 secara pembuatan atau millingannya dilakukan dibagian laborat, tepatnya di Glaze Ball Mill (GBM) yang secara pemakaian bahan baku tersebut dilakukan di bagian produksi keramik atau di Glazing line (GL), yang seharusnya banyaknya kuantitas pembuatan pelapis 1 dan pelapis 2 yang telah diproduksi di Glaze Ball Mill (GBM) harus sama kuantitasnya pada saat pemakaian di bagian produksi atau di Glazing Line (GL), tapi setelah dikontrol dengan perhitungan secara data dari bagian laborat dan data pemakaian di Glazing Line (GL) terdapat selisih kuantitas. Dan selisih tersebut disebut inefisiensi atau suatu pemborosan produk yang terbuang.

Abstract

Abstract

Technological developments are getting faster and faster, including evolutions that occur in the field of technology and internet innovation which have an impact on changes in the industrial era 4.0. communication related to interaction also changes. For example, the internet is used not only to find information, but is also used to assist village officials in managing village data and to facilitate communication between Suka Maju village officials. This program aims to hone skills in using communication technology for Pekon devices. This activity was carried out in the form of training involving lecturers, students and all village officials. The main target of this activity is Pekon Suka Maju from several hamlets. The first step taken was socialization of the activity plan by distributing brochures and pamphlets at the Pekon hall. then the e-Leadership training and mentoring process so that it becomes a pekon tool that is proficient in using communication technology, through google drive, google doc, google meet, google sheets and others. This program was implemented well and the Pekon Suka Maju officials were able to apply this communication technology in village data management. So that village device activities are more effective and efficient in achieving village goals and sustainability in the future.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi pada masa sekarang sangat cepat sehingga mendorong manusia untuk menggunakan teknologi yang ada saat ini, salah satunya yaitu teknologi smart home yang dapat menghubungkan manusia dengan perangkat serta perangkat dengan perangkat. Penerapan smart home juga terhubung dengan teknologi internet of things (IoT) dimana penggunaan dapat mengakses seluruh perangkat yang terhubung melalui jaringan internet untuk mempermudah manusia dalam mengontrol dan memantau peralatan elektronik yang terhubung ke jaringan smart home. Penerapan smart home dan IoT juga membantu dalam rangka penerapan hemat energi serta menjaga keamanan sekitar rumah. Penulis berhasil melakukan simulasi yang dilakukan di aplikasi Cisco packet tracer menggunakan metode Network Development Life Cycle (NDLC), dimana hasil dari simulasi rancangan bisa di kontrol penuh dari jaringan internal maupun ekternal sehingga membantu pengguna mengakses jaringan smart home secara berkala tanpa terkendala waktu dan lokasi dengan syarat smartphone atau komputer terhubung dengan jaringan internet.

Abstract

 The increasing number of MSMEs in Indonesia has become increasingly significant, especially amid developments in communication technology and during the COVID-19 pandemic in recent years. This research aims to determine the implementation of the Palembang City government program in supporting the digital transformation of MSMEs through digital marketing strategies. This qualitative descriptive study uses data collection techniques with in-depth interviews with the Department of Cooperatives and MSMEs in Palembang and MSME actors in Sekanak Lambidaro 26 Ilir, and will carry out observations and documentation. Determination of informants in this research was carried out using purposive sampling. Informants were selected deliberately based on criteria determined by the research objectives. The results of this research include culinary MSME players who have undergone a digital transformation, specifically in terms of digital payments and digital cashiers, as well as digital marketing, including creating logos, utilizing Google Maps, and employing sales applications such as marketplaces. E-commerce utilizes social media as a promotional medium, featuring various content, including social media marketing and online registration of halal certificates. The implementation of the Palembang City government's digital transformation program has not been evenly distributed, as evidenced by observations made by 3 out of 5 MSME informants who were unaware of its existence. Program, but the perpetrators participated in events organized by the Palembang City government.

Abstract

In Indonesia, one of the health problems that frequently arises is stunting. Currently, Indonesia is ranked 5th in the incidence of stunting in babies in the world. In Indonesia, stunting is called stunting, meaning there are obstacles to physical development and brain development in children. The prevalence of West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) was 24.6%, decreasing to 8.1% compared to information from the Indonesian nutritional status survey (SSGI), where one of the villages, Pansor Village, had 39 standing babies, the aim of carrying out this research activity was To avoid the number of incidents in babies in Pansor village, the approach taken is to provide outreach activities about stunting and its consequences, explaining the dangers of stunting to children to the community, especially mothers with two bodies. Explaining the consumption of nutritious food through demonstration activities for making bonus meals, methods for implementing clean and healthy living behavior through hand washing activities to cadre mothers and mothers of two in the RT. Indeed, 75% of cadre mothers and women with two bodies in Pansor village have undertaken socialization regarding stunting, the result of dedication to the community is that the women of cadres and mothers with two bodies are able to master the movement of washing their hands and making additional food.

Abstract

Efforts to efficiently utilize fishery products and economic value to extend the shelf life of fish are called fisheries processing. Traditional market markets and household-scale industries still dominate the fishery processing industry. Home Industry (IRT) fishery products in Palembang is IRT Kuemicel. Application of technology capable of processing fishery products (Snackhead fish). The selection of snakehead fish as raw material is seen from the characteristics of fish meat, nutritional ingredients, and the supply of this type of fish in the Palembang area. The purpose of this activity is to increase the knowledge and skills of processing fishery products for Kuemicel IRT’s so as to produce products made from Snackhead fish that are more attractive and have high nutritional content. This activity aims to improve knowledge and skills in processing fishery products for IRT Kuemicel, the methods of activities used include FGD, Training, Tool Provision, and Evaluation. artners' knowledge and skills increased regarding the processing of snakehead fish. Partners have been able to produce processed snakehead fish products (pempek, kemplang and petty snakehead fish) which have their own advantages compared to existing products in the market. In addition, partners' knowledge and skills have also increased in the field of marketing. Partners know marketing management including sales with internet technology, namely digital marketing and social media as a product catalog. Partners develop marketing and promotional media by improving advertisements and posts on social media and providing a more attractive product appearance than before. The service activities that have been carried out at IRT Kuemicel help solve problems in partners so that partners can produce products that meet standards in large enough quantities, of course, saving costs and production time.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of online video content on consumer behavior in the Tik Tok Shop context. With the increasing popularity of Tik Tok as a social media platform focused on video content, the question of how video content influences consumer behavior has become relevant. The research results show that there is a significant correlation between online video content presented on Tik Tok Shop and consumer online shopping behavior. Interesting, informative and creative video content tends to increase consumer interest in purchasing the product or service being promoted. In addition, this research also identified that Tik Tok's special features, such as duets, challenges, and live streaming, have a significant impact in increasing consumer engagement. Utilization of these features by sellers can increase interactions with consumers, which in turn can influence purchasing decisions. In conclusion, online video content has an important role in shaping consumer behavior at Tik Tok Shop. Therefore, sellers and marketers need to understand the importance of creating engaging and creative content to achieve their marketing goals on these platforms.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to understand how the use of smartphones is implemented in product photography by MSME actors in 26 Ilir, Palembang City. The type of research conducted is qualitative. Qualitative research is a strategy chosen by the researcher to observe or describe a phenomenon, gather information, and present the results of this study. Data collection techniques used to obtain data aligned with the research objectives include in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. This research involved five informants from MSMEs in 26 Ilir, Palembang City. The findings include: MSME actors in 26 Ilir, Palembang City, use smartphones for product photography; however, one MSME actor does not implement product photography due to the lack of social media usage. The impact of photography on the promotions of MSMEs in 26 Ilir, Palembang City, on Instagram is significant, as the use of attractive and creative product photography enhances consumer appeal on each MSME's Instagram page in 26 Ilir, Palembang City.

Abstract

In this research, the writer uses a qualitative descriptive approach. In descriptive qualitative research, interpreting and explaining the data obtained by researchers from interviews, observations, documentation, so as to get answers to problems in detail and clearly. This research activity was carried out at the location of Suka Maju Village, Ngaras District, Pesisir Barat Regency, Lampung. This study proves that Small, and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Suka Maju Village, Ngaras District, Pesisir Barat Regency, Lampung Province still choose traditional communication, this is due to the slow knowledge of SMEs actors towards online marketing or digital marketing, in using google maps there are still many SMEs actors who do not understand a google maps application, even though this google maps application can help producers and consumers so that the efforts made by producers are known and consumers can easily find information about the efforts that have been made. Lack of knowledge about the use of google maps is also caused by inadequate internet network access factors and the lack of socialization carried out by the community for SMEs in Sukamaju Village.
