Abstract

The biggest real threat to economic stability is a workforce that is not ready to face the challenges or changes around it. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of training and motivation on the performance of employees of PT. Sentra Jaya Distribution Tangerang. The research method uses quantitative with a population of 120, determining the sample using the Slovin formula with an error rate of 10% obtained 54 respondents. Data collection methods using primary data and secondary data. Test the instrument using the validity and reliability test, the prerequisite data test uses the normality test, the autocorrelation test, the multi-collinearity test, and the heteroscedasticity test, while the statistical tests use the multiple regression equation, the correlation coefficient test, the coefficient of determination test and the significance test. The Effect of Training and Motivation on Employee Performance at PT. Distribution of Sentra Jaya Tangerang, the analysis of the data that the researchers concluded that the regression equation Y = a + b1X1 + b2X2 which was found was Y = 15.454 + 0.387 X1 + 0.265 X2, with the multiple correlation coefficient R was 0.563, this showed a positive effect. Then get the equation Tcount> T table (2.478> 2.008) in the hypothesis test at α = 0.05 or 5% (significance 0.003 <0.05) then, thereby indicating the hypothesis proposed is accepted, or in other words, Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Thus there is a positive and significant effect between the provision of training and motivation on the performance of employees of PT. Sentra Jaya Distribution Tangerang

Abstract

Implementation of biology practicums could not be carried out optimally. This is because students' skills in practicums are less, time allocation and media are limited, while the use of learning media is very important.. Digestive system practicums have 4 food tests and often make students confused, upside down between the chemical testers with one another, even though when the practical test food test material will be re-practiced and assessed as a practical value. For this reason, it is necessary to development of learning media based tutorial video on the digestive system practicum. The purpose of this research is to analyze the validity and feasibility of a learning media based tutorial video on the digestive system practicum. The research steps taken using the 4D development model are Define, Design, Development, and Disseminate. The research instruments used were media availability questionnaires, interview sheets, validity sheets, and teacher and student response questionnaire sheets. Analysis of the data used is descriptive quantitative percentage. The results showed tutorial video on the digestive system practicum was classified as very valid by media expert 98%, and material expert 100%. Tutorial video on the digestive system practicum is very feasible 97% according to the teacher and 10 students. In this research, the effectiveness of optimizing the digestive system practicum cannot be carried out due to the Covid 19 pandemic. It is recommended to test the effectiveness of the digestive system practicum tutorial video media in future research so that it can be applied in optimizing practicum in schools.

Abstract

This research is entitled "Analysis of Leadership Style on Employee Turnover Intention at Gebang Medika Tangerang Mother and Child Hospital". The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the leadership style at the Gebang Medika Tangerang Mother and Child Hospital. In this research, researchers used qualitative methods. This research was carried out using interview techniques, observation, documentation and theoretical studies based on bibliography and other references. Researchers conducted interviews with 6 sources consisting of Medical Services & Support Manager, General Manager, Casemix Coordinator, Environmental Health, Finance and Registration Staff. So, the result of the leadership style applied by the Gebang Medika Tangerang Mother and Child Hospital is to apply an autocratic leadership style. This leadership style has criteria or characteristics that always consider the organization as personal property, are arrogant, identify personal goals with organizational goals, consider subordinates as tools. simply, does not want to accept criticism and suggestions, and is too dependent on power. An autocratic leadership style has a significant effect on employee turnover, because employees feel uncomfortable with the nature of leaders who tend to be moody, cannot control their emotions and do not involve employees when making decisions.

Abstract

Abstrak: Artikel ini mempunyai tujuan untuk melihat bagaimana pemanfaatan teknologi digital melalui metode pembelajaran berbasis game secara efektif di era pandemi COVID-19 dengan menggunakan pembelajaran yang menarik agar siswa yang melakukan pembelajaran tetap aktif. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian literatur review dengan menggunakan studi Pustaka yang memanfaatkan literatur sebagai objek primer dalam penelitian. Dengan memanfaatkan teknologi dalam pembelajaran dengan menggunakan metode pembelajaran Game Based Learning dapat memberikan pembelajaran yang lebih aktif, menarik, efektif dan efisien selama pandemi COVID-19.Abstract: This article aims to see how the use of digital technology through game-based learning methods is effective in the COVID-19 pandemic era by using interesting learning so that students who are learning remain active. This type of research is literature review research using literature study that utilizes literature as the primary object in research. By utilizing technology in learning using game-based learning methods, it can provide more active, interesting, effective and efficient learning during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract

GrabMerchant is an application used by GrabFood and GrabMart business partners to manage various business operations, including order processing, inventory management, and promotional activities. Despite its widespread use, user satisfaction remains relatively low, with an average rating of 3.8 out of 5 based on 214,000 reviews—lower than its competitor, GoBiz, which has a rating of 4.1 out of 5 from 195,000 reviews. Several issues reported by users—such as errors in the notification feature, inventory management, and promotion setup—indicate potential usability problems. This study aims to evaluate the usability level of the GrabMerchant application using the System Usability Scale (SUS) and the Retrospective Think Aloud (RTA) method. The SUS method is used to measure users’ perceptions of the application's ease of use, while the RTA method helps assess effectiveness and efficiency, as well as identify issues that may not be detected through quantitative measurements. The findings show that GrabMerchant received a SUS score of 74.01, which places its usability in the “Good” category based on the adjective rating scale. The application’s effectiveness rate was recorded at 93%, indicating high success in task completion, while efficiency was measured at 0.35 goals per second, suggesting that task completion time could still be improved. Furthermore, the study identified several key issues, including difficulty locating features, an unappealing interface design, and a lack of user guidance. Based on these findings, the study proposes several recommendations, such as adding a search feature, optimizing the user interface—e.g., by clarifying icon layouts, minimizing redundancy, improving contrast, and using more distinct color variations for feature icons—as well as providing simulators and in-app tutorials. Implementing these recommendations is expected to improve the overall usability of the GrabMerchant application, enhance the user experience, and ultimately increase user loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the role of education, particularly economic education, in shaping environmentally friendly economic behavior of students as a strategy to realize sustainable development. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach based on a literature review that examines national, international scientific sources, and official documents. The results of the review show that economic education has significant potential to instill sustainability values through sustainable economic literacy. This literacy includes students’ ability to understand, evaluate, and make economic decisions that consider social and ecological impacts. However, in practice, economic learning in schools is still focused on the cognitive level and has not fully integrated sustainability values comprehensively. In addition, environmentally friendly economic behavior has also not become a primary indicator in learning outcomes, thus creating a gap between the competencies developed and the expected sustainability goals. This study finds that the number of studies that examine changes in economic behavior as an indicator of the success of sustainable economic education is still very limited. This opens the door for further research focusing on the relationship between economic education, sustainable economic literacy, and the formation of economic behavior that is aware of ecological aspects

Abstract

The increasing competitiveness of the job market requires young workers to possess not only technical abilities but also strong soft skills. In response to this need, a Community Service Program (PKM) titled Soft Skills Training to Improve the Competitiveness of Young Workers in Situ Gadung Village, Tangerang Regency was conducted. This program aimed to equip the youth in Situ Gadung Village with essential soft skills to enhance their employability and adaptability in the workforce. The activity was carried out on April 26–27, 2025, in Situ Gadung Village, involving 14 lecturers from Universitas Pamulang as facilitators and 24 local participants. The training used a combination of methods including material presentation, hands-on practice, group discussion, and question-and-answer sessions to ensure effective learning. The topics covered communication skills, teamwork, time management, problem-solving, and work ethics. The results showed increased awareness and understanding among participants regarding the importance of soft skills, with positive feedback indicating that the training was beneficial and applicable to real-life work settings. This PKM activity contributes to community development by fostering a more prepared and competitive young workforce.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership and employee competence on employee performance at the Pusat Data dan Teknologi Informasi Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset, dan Teknologi (Pusdatin Kemendikbudristek). The research method uses quantitative methods. The population in this study were all employees of the Pusat Data dan Teknologi Informasi Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset, dan Teknologi (Pusdatin Kemendikbudristek) totaling 179 people. The sampling technique used the Slovin formula with a sample size of 64 people. The data analysis method in this study uses the IBM SPSS version 26 application. Includes validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, simple linear regression test, multiple linear regression test, coefficient of determination test, t test and f test. The results of this study are Leadership (X1) has a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) with a determination value of 79.4% and in the hypothesis test obtained a tcount value of 14.371> t table 1.999 with a significance of 0.008 <0.05. Employee Competence (X2) has a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) with a determination value of 63.2% and in the hypothesis test obtained a tcount value of 10.320> t table 1.999 with a significance of 0.006 <0.05. Leadership (X1) and Employee Competence (X2) simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) with multiple linear regression equations Y = 4.193 + 0, 630X1 + 0.253X2. With a determination value of 43.1%. Hypothesis testing obtained Fcount value 117.553> Ftable 3.15 with a significant level of 0.000 <0.05, thus Ho1 is rejected and Ha1 is accepted, meaning that simultaneously Leadership and Employee Competence have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance of the Pusat Data dan Teknologi Informasi Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset, dan Teknologi (Pusdatin Kemendikbudristek).

Abstract

Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja fisik dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Kecamatan Cisoka Kabupaten Tangerang baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling yaitu sampel jenuh dengan jumlah 57 responden yang diambil dari seluruh divisi yang ada pada perusahaan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu: uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji regresi berganda, uji koefisien korelasi secara simultan, uji koefisien determinasi secara simultan, uji T dan uji F. Pengujian hipotesis secara parsial variabel Lingkungan Kerja Fisik (X1) diperoleh nilai thitung > ttabel (2,825 > 2,004)dan nilai signifikansi 0,007 < 0,05. Artinya Lingkungan Kerja Fisik(X1) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai (Y). Uji hipotesis secara parsial variabel Disiplin Kerja (X2) diperoleh nilai (5,040 > 2,004) dan nilai signifikansi 0,00 < 0,05. Artinya disiplin kerja (X2) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai (Y). Pengujian hipotesis secara simultan diperoleh nilai Fhitung > Ftabel (97,650 > 2,780)dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa lingkungan kerja fisik (X1) dan disiplin kerja (X2) berpengaruh signifikan baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai (Y) Kecamatan Cisoka Kabupaten Tangerang.
