Abstract

This research focuses on the freelancer policy published in the electronic daily, Kompas, from 2003 to 2022 with a Discourse Network Analysis approach. This form of research includes qualitative research. The technique used for data collection is library research. The data analyzed is secondary data, namely in the form of online news articles on the Kompas.com portal. There are 98 pro and con statements. Data analysis using DNA Analyzer. It was obtained that the economic value of pro statements was 28 statements and there were 10 counter statements. In the autonomy value, there are 27 pro statements and 4 counter statements. The value of work-life balance has 18 pro statements and 1 counter statement. There are 4 social values ​​for pro statements and 3 counter statements. There are 6 pro statement development values ​​and 1 counter statement, then visualized using the Visone application. The research results show that there are six value propositions for daily freelancers, there is only one value that is not discussed, namely hedonic value. Regarding economic value, the focus of the discussion focuses on holiday allowances for freelancers. Meanwhile, the autonomy value discussed is freelancers who have no bargaining value. In terms of social values, discussions on the recruitment of freelancers still experience many obstacles, thus triggering conflict. Next, the balance value discusses daily freelancers who are forced to work outside company working hours. Lastly, the development value discusses the large number of daily freelancers in Indonesia.

Abstract

Purpose – This study aims to test the influence of organizational culture, work discipline and training programs on employee performance with trust as a mediator. Methodology/approach – The population in this study were all civil servants in functional positions at the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs of the Republic of Indonesia totaling 253 employees. The sampling technique used proportional random sampling with the Slovin formula with an error margin of 5% with a sample size of 155 respondents. The data analysis method used in this study was Path Analysis. Findings – There is a significant positive direct influence of Organizational Culture, Work Discipline, Training Programs and Trust on Employee Performance. There is a significant positive direct influence of Organizational Culture, Work Discipline, and Training Programs on Trust. The Trust variable is able to mediate the influence of Organizational Culture, Work Discipline, and Training Programs on Employee Performance. Novelty/value – This study raises a topic that has been relatively little explored in the context of improving employee performance in the government sector, especially in the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs of the Republic of Indonesia, with a focus on Civil Servants in Functional Positions.

Abstract

There is a significant positive effect of Trust on Employee Performance. Simultaneously there is a significant positive effect of organizational culture, work discipline, training programs, and trust on employee performance.

Abstract

The increasing competitiveness of the job market requires young workers to possess not only technical abilities but also strong soft skills. In response to this need, a Community Service Program (PKM) titled Soft Skills Training to Improve the Competitiveness of Young Workers in Situ Gadung Village, Tangerang Regency was conducted. This program aimed to equip the youth in Situ Gadung Village with essential soft skills to enhance their employability and adaptability in the workforce. The activity was carried out on April 26–27, 2025, in Situ Gadung Village, involving 14 lecturers from Universitas Pamulang as facilitators and 24 local participants. The training used a combination of methods including material presentation, hands-on practice, group discussion, and question-and-answer sessions to ensure effective learning. The topics covered communication skills, teamwork, time management, problem-solving, and work ethics. The results showed increased awareness and understanding among participants regarding the importance of soft skills, with positive feedback indicating that the training was beneficial and applicable to real-life work settings. This PKM activity contributes to community development by fostering a more prepared and competitive young workforce.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Alva Karya Perkasa Jakarta Timur baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Jenis penelitian ini pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT Alva Karya Perkasa Jakarta Timur yang berjumlah 96 karyawan dengan penentuan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh dimana seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel, sehingga sampel penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 96 responden. Hasil penelitian ini diketahui bahwa hasil uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai thitung > ttabel atau (8,114 > 1,985) dan diperkuat dengan probability significancy 0,000 < 0,05 dengan nilai persamaan regresi Y = 14,651 + 0.373 X1. Secara parsial Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT Alva Karya Perkasa Jakarta Timur, hal ini dapat dibuktikan dengan hasil uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (4,677 > 1,985) dan diperkuat dengan probability signifcancy 0,000 < 0,05 dengan nilai persamaan regresi Y = 25,427 + 0,405 X2. Secara simultan Disiplin Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT Alva Karya Perkasa Jakarta Timur, hal ini dapat dibuktikan dengan nilai F hitung > F table atau (33,276 > 2,700), hal ini juga diperkuat dengan nilai p value < Sig.0,05 atau (0,000 < 0,05) dengan diperoleh persamaan regresi Y = 13,476 + 0,342 X1 + 0,083 X2.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to assess the combined impact of employee recruitment and training on the performance of PT Narya Anak Negeri (Klenger Burger) employees. Employing a quantitative approach, the study utilized saturated sampling, involving 75 respondents who are employees of PT Narya Anak Negeri (Klenger Burger). Statistical analyses encompassed validity and reliability testing, classical assumption testing, simple linear analysis, multiple linear regression, determination coefficient computation, as well as hypothesis testing using t-tests and F-tests. Findings indicate that Recruitment (X1) significantly enhances Employee Performance (Y), as evidenced by a calculated t value (8.604) surpassing the critical t value (1.666). Similarly, Job Training (X2) demonstrates a positive and significant impact on Employee Performance (Y), with a calculated t value (7.553) exceeding the critical t value (1.666). Moreover, simultaneous Recruitment (X1) and Job Training (X2) jointly exert a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance (Y), as indicated by an F value (44.156) surpassing the critical F value (2.73), with a probability significance of 0.000 < 0.05. Consequently, the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected in favor of the alternate hypothesis (H3), affirming a simultaneous positive and significant relationship between Recruitment and Job Training on Employee Performance at PT Narya Anak Negeri (Klenger Burger).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kesehatan Bank Victoria bila diukur dengan pendekatan Risk Profile atau Profil Risiko, untuk mengetahui tingkat kesehatan Bank Victoria bila diukur dengan pendekatan Good Corporate Governance, untuk mengetahui tingkat kesehatan Bank Victoria bila diukur dengan pendekatan Earning atau Rentabilitas, untuk mengetahui tingkat kesehatan Bank Victoria bila diukur dengan pendekatan Capital atau Permodalan dan untuk mengetahui tingkat kesehatan Bank Victoria bila diukur dengan menggunakan metode RGEC. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Variabel dan pengukuran pada penelitian ini terdiri dari faktor Risk Profile, faktor Good Corporate  Governance,  faktor  Earnings,  faktor  Capital atau permodalan.  Hasil  analisis  menunjukkan  bahwa  tingkat kesehatan Bank Victoria TBK pada tahun 2015-2019 di ukur dengan menggunakan RGEC antara lain dengan pendekatan Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earning dan Capital berada pada rata-rata pembobotan sebesar 80,55 %. Itu artinya secara keseluruhan bahwa kinerja keuangan Bank Victoria TBK mulai 2015-2019 dikatakan sehat. Kata Kunci: Risk Profile; Good Corporate Governance; Earning; Capital; Kinerja Keuangan
