Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research is meant to find out to analyze the influence competency, discipline, and motivation to the performance of employees. The purpose of this research is to identify phenomenon and to obtain empirical evidence as well as conclusion concerning the effect of the three above mentioned variables to  the performance of employees at the Production Unit of PT. Yasulor Indonesia.This research applies quantitative design, explanatory research, with hypothetical testing of survey technique, questionnaire using the scale of likert 4. The population is 240 employees from production department by employing 150 persons as samples. The technique of data analysis: (1) validity and reliability test; (2) classic assumption test; (3) determination coefficient (R2); (4) simple and multiple regression model; (5) hypothetical testing by partial test (t-test) and simultaneous test (F-test). The result of hypothetical and analytical test is as follows:1.    Variable of competency (X1) has positive and significant effect on the performance of employees (Y), based on regression coefficient of 47.6% and value of t count of 0.000 (<0.05). It means that the work competency (X1) has positive and significant effect on the performance (Y)2.    Variable of motivation (X2) has positive and significant effect on the performance of employees (Y), based on regression coefficient of 55.7% and value of t count of 0,000 (<0.05). It means that work motivation (X2) has positive and significant effect on the performance (Y)3.    Variable of competency (X1) and motivation (X2), and simultaneously have positive and significant effect on the performance of employees (Y), based on regression coefficient of 56.1 % and value of F count of (93.981) (<2.672). It means that the competency (X1) and motivation (X2), simultaneously have positive and significant effect on the performance (Y)Based on the result of research, it is recommended that PT. Yasulor Indonesia should reanalyze the too high target of the company, provide its employee with n activity that is entertaining, spiritual, and refreshing in nature, conduct a training of synergic building team, and provide a forum of open discussion and provide a suggestion box in order to find out complaints and obstacles faced by employees during their employment.  Keywords: Competency, Discipline, Motivation, and Performance

Abstract

Abstract

Organizational citizenship behavior is considered ineffective since it is not balanced with a sufficient quality of work life, such as a comfortable working environment, a sufficient compensation, career advancement, and others. Furthermore, a lack of job satisfaction leads to many employees ignoring their work behavior. This research used a mixed method that systematically integrates quantitative and qualitative methods, with the first stage of the research utilizing quantitative methods and the second stage using qualitative ones. Subject data is the type of data utilized in this research (self-report). The information was gathered straight from the millennial employees of South Tangerang. The objective of this research is to find out efforts to increase organizational citizenship behavior by analyzing the influence of exogenous and intervening variables on organizational citizenship behavior. According to this research findings, there are some impacts of organizational commitment and work-life balance with job satisfaction, one of them is work-life balance will increase organizational citizenship behavior without the support of job satisfaction. In addition, there are four accepted hypotheses and three rejected hypotheses.

Abstract

The increasing competitiveness of the job market requires young workers to possess not only technical abilities but also strong soft skills. In response to this need, a Community Service Program (PKM) titled Soft Skills Training to Improve the Competitiveness of Young Workers in Situ Gadung Village, Tangerang Regency was conducted. This program aimed to equip the youth in Situ Gadung Village with essential soft skills to enhance their employability and adaptability in the workforce. The activity was carried out on April 26–27, 2025, in Situ Gadung Village, involving 14 lecturers from Universitas Pamulang as facilitators and 24 local participants. The training used a combination of methods including material presentation, hands-on practice, group discussion, and question-and-answer sessions to ensure effective learning. The topics covered communication skills, teamwork, time management, problem-solving, and work ethics. The results showed increased awareness and understanding among participants regarding the importance of soft skills, with positive feedback indicating that the training was beneficial and applicable to real-life work settings. This PKM activity contributes to community development by fostering a more prepared and competitive young workforce.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership and employee competence on employee performance at the Pusat Data dan Teknologi Informasi Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset, dan Teknologi (Pusdatin Kemendikbudristek). The research method uses quantitative methods. The population in this study were all employees of the Pusat Data dan Teknologi Informasi Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset, dan Teknologi (Pusdatin Kemendikbudristek) totaling 179 people. The sampling technique used the Slovin formula with a sample size of 64 people. The data analysis method in this study uses the IBM SPSS version 26 application. Includes validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, simple linear regression test, multiple linear regression test, coefficient of determination test, t test and f test. The results of this study are Leadership (X1) has a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) with a determination value of 79.4% and in the hypothesis test obtained a tcount value of 14.371> t table 1.999 with a significance of 0.008 <0.05. Employee Competence (X2) has a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) with a determination value of 63.2% and in the hypothesis test obtained a tcount value of 10.320> t table 1.999 with a significance of 0.006 <0.05. Leadership (X1) and Employee Competence (X2) simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) with multiple linear regression equations Y = 4.193 + 0, 630X1 + 0.253X2. With a determination value of 43.1%. Hypothesis testing obtained Fcount value 117.553> Ftable 3.15 with a significant level of 0.000 <0.05, thus Ho1 is rejected and Ha1 is accepted, meaning that simultaneously Leadership and Employee Competence have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance of the Pusat Data dan Teknologi Informasi Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset, dan Teknologi (Pusdatin Kemendikbudristek).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Bhakti Karya Distribusi Indonesia. Baik secara parsial maupun secara silmutan. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh dengan jumlah 80 responden. Analisis data koesfisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini adalah disiplin kerja berpengaruh sigifikasikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan persamaan regresi Y = 12,134 + 0,749 X1 nilai korelasi variable disiplin kerja sebesar 0,597, artinya kedua variabel memiliki tingkat hubungan yang kuat. Dan uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai thitung 6,566> dari ttabel 1,644. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan persamaan regresi Y=1,635+ 1,006 X2. Nilai korelasi motivasi kerja sebesar 0,89 artinya kedua variabel memiliki hubungan yang sangat kuat. Dan uji hipotesis diperoleh thitung 16,287> ttabel 1,664. Disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifiksikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan persamaan regresi Y= 2,53 + 0, 250X1 + 1071X2. Nilai korelasi sebesar 0,881 artinya variabel bebas dengan variabel terkait memiliki tingkat hubungan yang sangat kuat dan uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai Fhitung 133,238 Ftabel 3,11 dengan demikian Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, maka artinya secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Bhakti Karya Distribusi Indonesia, Depok.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja dan pelatihan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Wiratama Bhakti Manunggal Jakarta. Metode penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan sampel sebanyak 147 responden. Metode Analisa data menggunakan uji validitas, reliabilias, asumsi klasik, analis regresi linear, korelasi, determinasi, uji t dan uji F. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan persamaan regresi Y = 21, 599 + 1,470 X1, korelasi Rx1y sebesar 0,775, determinasi menunjukkan kemampuan variabel disiplin kerja dalam memberikan kontribusi pengaruh terhadap variabel kinerja sebesar 60% dan uji hipotesus menunjukkan nilai t hitung 14,757 > t tabel 1,976 atau probabilitas Sig 0,000 > 0,05 maka Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan pelatihan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan persamaan regresi Y = 39, 667 + 1,345 X2, korelasi Rx2y sebesar 0,671, determinasi menunjukkan kemampuan variabel pelatihan dalam memberikan kontribusi pengaruh terhadap variabel kinerja sebesar 45% dan uji hipotesis menunjukkan nilai t hitung 10,897 > t tabel 1,976 atau probabilitas Sig 0,000 > 0,05 maka Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan disiplin kerja dan pelatihan secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan persamaan regresi Y = 15,783 + 1,103 X1+ 0,642 X2 nilai korelasi Rx12y sebesar 0,816, determinasi menunjukkan secara bersama-sama kemampuan variabel disiplin kerja dan pelatihan dalam memberikan kontribusi pengaruh terhadap variabel kinerja sebesar 66,5% dan uji hipotesis simultan menunjukkan nilai Fhitung 143,229 > Ftabel 3,059 atau probabilitas Sig 0,000 < 0,05, H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the partial and simultaneous influence of the work environment, occupational safety and health on employee performance at PT. Pangan Jaya Subafood. The method used in this research is quantitative with a descriptive associative approach and saturated sampling technique with a population and sample of 164 respondents. The analytical methods used include linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and Hypothesis Testing as a means of proving the hypothesis. The correlation coefficient value of the work environment, occupational safety and health on employee performance is at the level of 0.375, so the level of correlation between variables is interpreted as low. Hypothesis testing obtained a value of Subafood Pangan Jaya, Hypothesis testing obtained a value of Pangan Jaya Subafood, The results of this research are the work environment (X1) and work safety and health (X2) with the regression equation Y = 19.256 + 0.262X1 + 0.173X2 which can be interpreted as the work environment and work safety and health having a positive effect on employee performance. Partial or simultaneous hypothesis testing obtained fcount > ftable (13.121 > 3.05) and significant < 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05), so Ho3 is rejected and Ha3 is accepted, meaning that the work environment (X1) and occupational safety and health (X2) have a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance. The results of the Determination coefficient analysis which were tested together had an influence of 0.141 or 14.1% while the remaining 85.9% was influenced by other factors.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the competence and work motivation have on the performance of employees of PT. Indomarco Prismatama Lebak Bulus, South Jakarta, both partially and simultaneously. This study uses a quantitative approach with a saturated sampling technique to 52 respondents. Data analysis was carried out through validity tests, reliability, multiple linear regression, T test, F test, and coefficient of determination (R²). The results of the study indicate that partially, the competence variable (X1) has a partial effect on the employee performance variable (Y) which can be seen from the t count> t table (19.589> 2.010) and the constant significance is smaller than 0.05 (0.000 <0.05). Likewise, the motivation variable (X2) also has a partial effect on the employee performance variable (Y) with t count> t table (4.772> 2.010) and the constant significance is smaller than 0.05 (0.000 <0.05). Simultaneously, the competency (X1) and motivation (X2) variables influence employee performance (Y) as seen in the Fcount value > Ftable (11,038 > 3.180) and the significance level is smaller than 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05). The Determination Coefficient is 0.340, which means that the influence of the independent variables, namely the Training and Competence variables, influences the dependent variable, employee performance by 34%, while the remaining (100-34%) = 66% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Job Stress and Roster Work Systems on Organizational Commitment, with Job Satisfaction acting as an intervening variable. This study is motivated by indications of low organizational commitment and high job stress among roster workers in Morowali. The research method used was quantitative and associative. The sample consisted of 150 roster workers in Morowali, using a non-probability sampling technique. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Squares (PLS). The results of the hypothesis test demonstrated that Job Stress and Roster Work Systems each significantly influence Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment. Furthermore, Job Satisfaction was shown to significantly influence Organizational Commitment. This study concludes that Job Satisfaction is an effective variable in mediating the influence of Job Stress and Roster Work Systems on Organizational Commitment.
